1. A preparation method of a portable nanometer antibacterial hand washing gel bead is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) adding glycerol into hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution under stirring, uniformly mixing, pouring onto a substrate, drying to form a film, and uncovering the film to obtain a cellulose film;

(2) uniformly coating a super-hydrophobic coating on the surface of the cellulose membrane in the step (1) to serve as the inner side, and constructing a portable nano antibacterial hand washing coagulated bead outer membrane;

(3) under the condition of stirring, adding a clay solution into a carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution, uniformly mixing, and adding glycerol to obtain a built-in nano antibacterial hand washing gel;

(4) and (3) wrapping the hand washing gel prepared in the step (3) in the outer membrane prepared in the step (2) for forming to obtain the portable nano antibacterial hand washing gel bead.

The method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the concentration of the hydroxypropylmethylcellulose solution is 0.05 to 5 mol/L; the glycerol accounts for 20-30% of the mass of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; the temperature for drying and film forming is 30-60 ℃; the substrate is a polytetrafluoroethylene plate.

Preferably, in the step (1), the concentration of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution is 0.05-5 mol/L;

(4) wrapping 1mL (3) of hand washing gel with the cellulose outer membrane obtained in the step (2), and forming to obtain the portable nano antibacterial hand washing gel bead.

Example 2

(4) wrapping 2mL of the hand washing gel prepared in the step (3) with the cellulose outer membrane obtained in the step (2), and forming to obtain the portable nano antibacterial hand washing gel bead.

(4) wrapping 3mL of the hand washing gel prepared in the step (3) with the cellulose outer membrane obtained in the step (2), and forming to obtain the portable nano antibacterial hand washing gel bead.

(3) under the stirring condition, adding 5mL of 1mg/mL clay solution into 50mL of 10mg/mL carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution, uniformly mixing, and adding 50% glycerol (equivalent to the mass fraction of carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt) to obtain a built-in nano antibacterial hand washing gel;

(4) and (3) wrapping 5mL of the hand washing gel prepared in the step (3) with the cellulose outer membrane obtained in the step (2), and forming to obtain the portable nano antibacterial hand washing gel bead.

The portable nano antibacterial hand washing gel bead prepared in the embodiment 4 is internally provided with 5mL of hand washing gel, is small in size, is suitable for being carried outside, is disposable, is free from water washing, and effectively avoids bacteria contamination and pathogenicity; because the film forming material is a natural high molecular material, natural antibacterial components, food-grade clay and certain moisture, when the antibacterial deodorant is used, the outer film is pinched by hands to break the outer film, the built-in antibacterial condensation flows out, and the hands knead the antibacterial deodorant without washing, so that the antibacterial deodorant can effectively sterilize, adsorb and clean, and cannot cause harm to human bodies and the environment.
