Background

An absorption tower is a device that performs an absorption operation. The liquid-gas phase contact state can be divided into three types. Usually, a countercurrent operation is adopted, the absorbent flows from top to bottom in the tower top, and contacts with the gas flowing from bottom to top, the liquid absorbed with the absorbent is discharged from the bottom of the tower, and the purified gas is discharged from the top of the tower.

The working principle is as follows: after the tail gas containing acid mist is absorbed and treated by the absorption tower 1, a tail gas exhaust valve 2 is opened, the tail gas enters a tail gas injection hole through an exhaust pipe 3 and is conveyed into an acid mist purifier 5, the tail gas is conveniently discharged and conveyed, a water pump 9 is started to work, alkali liquor in an alkali liquor tank 10 is pumped into an alkali liquor conveying pipe 8 by the water pump 9 and is conveyed to an atomizing nozzle 19 in the acid mist purifier 5 to be sprayed out, the sprayed alkali liquor flows to a recovery filter box 14 at the bottom of the acid mist purifier 5 and then enters an alkali liquor return pipe 11 to realize the recycling of the alkali liquor, the filter screen 18 improves the filtering effect on the alkali liquor, impurities in the alkali liquor are effectively filtered, and the tail gas and the alkali liquor can react more fully by virtue of a baffle 17 and adsorption cotton. Avoids the pollution to the environment and greatly improves the environmental protection and safety of production.
