and step 3: performing water blowing treatment, namely blowing water to the cups in the step 2 one by one, wherein the water should be blown from top to bottom and blown from outside to inside, the water blowing time of each product is required to be not less than 6S, then, the cups are dried by a blower, the water blowing time of each product is required to be not less than 6S, and no fine water exists on the surfaces of the dried products;

and 4, step 4: carrying out spray rinsing treatment, namely moving the cup in the step 3 to a fixed position, wherein the position is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles and a plurality of stop blocks, and the stop blocks are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the spray nozzles and are used for spraying on the inner surface and the outer surface of the cup;

and 5: carrying out hot air drying treatment, namely moving the cup in the step 4 to a hot air drying channel, carrying out damp-heat exchange with the inside and the outside of the cup in a natural or forced convection circulation mode by using hot air as a drying medium in the hot air drying process, and diffusing water, namely water vapor, on the surface of the cup through a hot air flow main body; the water gradient difference is generated between the inner part of the cup and the surface, and the water in the cup is diffused to the surface in a vapor state or liquid state, so that the drying effect is achieved, and the cup is cleaned.

2. The process for cleaning cups according to claim 1, wherein the time for which the cups of step 2 are immersed in the acidic liquid is comprised between 5 and 15 s.

3. The cup cleaning process according to claim 1, wherein the time for step 4 spray rinsing is 6-10 s.

4. The cup cleaning process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature in the hot air blowing channel in the step 5 is 190 ℃ and 260 ℃.

The invention aims to provide a cup cleaning process which is clean in cleaning, high in efficiency and low in cost.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a cup cleaning process comprises the following steps:

step 1: the cup cleaning machine comprises a cleaning machine, a feeding device, a cleaning machine and a control device, wherein the feeding device comprises a single manipulator, a plurality of manipulators and a plurality of control devices;

step 2: acid cleaning treatment, namely rotating the cup in the step 1 through a cleaning machine, immersing the cup into an acid cleaning chamber in the cleaning machine, removing burrs, oil stains, splashes and welding slag by using acid cleaning solution, and passivating by using passivating solution or passivating paste to ensure that the surface of the cup is passivated with a layer of oxide film to be covered on the metal surface again, so that the metal of the cup is prevented from being corroded;

and step 3: performing water blowing treatment, namely blowing water to the cups in the step 2 one by one, wherein the water should be blown from top to bottom and blown from outside to inside, the water blowing time of each product is required to be not less than 6S, then, the cups are dried by a blower, the water blowing time of each product is required to be not less than 6S, and no fine water exists on the surfaces of the dried products;

and 4, step 4: carrying out spray rinsing treatment, namely moving the cup in the step 3 to a fixed position, wherein the position is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles and a plurality of stop blocks, and the stop blocks are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the spray nozzles and are used for spraying on the inner surface and the outer surface of the cup;

and 5: carrying out hot air drying treatment, namely moving the cup in the step 4 to a hot air drying channel, carrying out damp-heat exchange with the inside and the outside of the cup in a natural or forced convection circulation mode by using hot air as a drying medium in the hot air drying process, and diffusing water, namely water vapor, on the surface of the cup through a hot air flow main body; the water gradient difference is generated between the inner part of the cup and the surface, and the water in the cup is diffused to the surface in a vapor state or liquid state, so that the drying effect is achieved, and the cup is cleaned.

Preferably, the cup of step 2 is immersed in the acidic liquid for a period of 5-15 s.

Preferably, the time for step 4 spray rinsing is 6-10 s.

Preferably, the temperature in the hot air drying channel in the step 5 is 190-260 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the outstanding and beneficial technical effects that: the cup cleaning process provided by the invention realizes the steps of pickling, spray rinsing, hot air blow drying and the like through the cleaning machine, is fully automatically operated in the whole process, does not need manpower, and has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency, good effect and low cost.

The cup cleaning process provided by the invention realizes the steps of pickling, spray rinsing, hot air blow drying and the like through the cleaning machine, is fully automatically operated in the whole process, does not need manpower, and has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency, good effect and low cost.

Preferably, the cup of step 2 is immersed in the acidic liquid for a period of 5-15 s.
