1. An assembly plant for a container production line, for mounting containers, the assembly plant comprising:

a first mounting arrangement for mounting an end stile of a container to a base frame at a first work area, the first mounting arrangement comprising:

an end frame conveyor mechanism disposed at least partially above the first work area for conveying an end frame of the container to the first work area;

a first support table located at the bottom of the first work area for supporting the undercarriage of the container; and

the first fixing mechanism is used for fixing an end frame and an underframe of the container;

a second mounting device for mounting a side panel of the container to the container at a second work area, the second mounting device comprising:

a second support table at the bottom of the second work area for supporting the undercarriage of the container; and

a second securing mechanism for securing the container;

a conveying device disposed at least partially between the first assembly device and the second assembly device for conveying the containers of the first work area to the second work area.

2. The assembling equipment for a container production line according to claim 1, wherein said first assembling device has at least two said end frame conveying mechanisms, and at least two said end frame conveying mechanisms are respectively provided with said first supporting table and said first fixing mechanism correspondingly.

3. The assembly plant for a container production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end frame conveying mechanism comprises:

a cross-beam disposed at least partially above the first work area in a direction perpendicular to a length of a chassis of the container;

the transverse moving assembly is arranged on the cross beam and can move along the length direction of the cross beam; and

a longitudinal movement assembly coupled to the lateral movement assembly and movable in a vertical direction to move an end frame of the container to the first work area.

4. The assembly plant for a container production line according to claim 1, wherein said first and second securing mechanisms each comprise:

a lateral positioning assembly provided at both sides of the container in a width direction of the container to fix the container in the width direction of the container; and

the longitudinal positioning assemblies are arranged on two sides of the container along the length direction of the container so as to fix the container in the length direction of the container.

5. Assembly plant for a container production line according to claim 4,

the transverse positioning assembly comprises a first matching part and a first positioning part, the first positioning part is provided with a first moving head which can move along the width direction of the container, and the first moving head and the first matching part are matched with each other to fix the container;

the longitudinal positioning assembly comprises a second matching part and a second positioning part, the second positioning part is provided with a second moving head which can move along the length direction of the container, and the second moving head and the second matching part are matched with each other to fix the container.

6. The assembly apparatus for a container production line as recited in claim 1, wherein the first securing mechanism further comprises a chassis positioning assembly disposed on the first support table, the chassis positioning assembly comprising:

an undercarriage mount pivotable about a first pivot axis parallel to a length direction of the container; and

the bottom cylinder can drive the underframe fixing frame to pivot around the first pivot shaft so that one end of the underframe fixing frame contacts and fixes the underframe on the first supporting table.

7. The assembly apparatus for a container manufacturing line as recited in claim 1, wherein the first securing mechanism and the second securing mechanism each include a top positioning assembly, the top positioning assembly including:

a top mount pivotable about a second pivot axis parallel to a length direction of the container; and

the top cylinder can drive the top fixing frame to pivot around the second pivot shaft so that one end of the top fixing frame contacts and fixes the end frame.

8. The assembly apparatus for a container manufacturing line as recited in claim 7, wherein the first securing mechanism further comprises a top rotating assembly, the top rotating assembly comprising:

the top positioning assembly in the first fixing mechanism is arranged on the rotating seat; and

the rotating cylinder can drive the rotating base to rotate around the vertical direction, so that the top positioning assembly on the rotating base rotates, and interference between the end frame of the container and the top positioning assembly in the process of transporting the container to the first working area is avoided.

9. The assembly apparatus for a container manufacturing line as recited in claim 1, wherein the first securing mechanism further comprises an intermediate positioning assembly, the intermediate positioning assembly comprising:

a middle mount pivotable about a third pivot axis parallel to the vertical direction; and

the middle cylinder can drive the middle fixing frame to pivot around the third pivot shaft so that one end of the middle fixing frame can contact and abut against the end frame.

10. The assembly equipment for a container production line according to claim 1, wherein the first assembly device comprises a first workbench which is arranged on at least two sides of the first working area for workers to process the container;

the second assembling device comprises a second workbench, and the second workbench is arranged on at least two sides of the second working area so as to be processed by workers.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of container manufacturing, in particular to assembling equipment for a container production line.

Background

The container is a large-sized cargo container which has certain strength, rigidity and specification and is specially used for transferring or transporting goods, is a storage and transportation tool commonly used in modern logistics, has large demand and is widely applied to domestic and international transportation.

In the prior art, a container assembly line is provided with a plurality of stations, and workers need to perform operations such as installation and welding on the container at the stations, wherein in the initial production stage, a front frame, a rear frame, side walls, a bottom frame and the like which are arranged in a discrete manner are lifted to an assembly table of the container, and then the devices are installed and welded. Then, because the number of parts for assembly is large in the assembly process, the number of tools needing to participate in processing is large, interference is easily generated between the parts, interference is easily formed between the processing steps, the working strength of workers is increased, the working efficiency of the workers is reduced, and the capacity of a container production line is limited to a certain extent.

Therefore, there is a need to provide an assembly plant for a container production line to at least partially solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an assembling device for a container production line, which is used for installing a container, and comprises:

a first mounting arrangement for mounting an end stile of a container to a base frame at a first work area, the first mounting arrangement comprising:

an end frame conveyor mechanism disposed at least partially above the first work area for conveying an end frame of the container to the first work area;

a first support table located at the bottom of the first work area for supporting the undercarriage of the container; and

the first fixing mechanism is used for fixing an end frame and an underframe of the container;

a second mounting device for mounting a side panel of the container to the container at a second work area, the second mounting device comprising:

a second support table at the bottom of the second work area for supporting the undercarriage of the container; and

a second securing mechanism for securing the container;

a conveying device disposed at least partially between the first assembly device and the second assembly device for conveying the containers of the first work area to the second work area.

Optionally, the first assembling device has at least two end frame conveying mechanisms, and the at least two end frame conveying mechanisms are respectively and correspondingly provided with the first supporting table and the first fixing mechanism.

Optionally, the end frame delivery mechanism comprises:

a cross-beam disposed at least partially above the first work area in a direction perpendicular to a length of a chassis of the container;

the transverse moving assembly is arranged on the cross beam and can move along the length direction of the cross beam; and

a longitudinal movement assembly coupled to the lateral movement assembly and movable in a vertical direction to move an end frame of the container to the first work area.

Optionally, the first and second fixing mechanisms each comprise:

a lateral positioning assembly provided at both sides of the container in a width direction of the container to fix the container in the width direction of the container; and

the longitudinal positioning assemblies are arranged on two sides of the container along the length direction of the container so as to fix the container in the length direction of the container.

Optionally, the lateral positioning assembly comprises a first fitting part and a first positioning part, the first positioning part is provided with a first moving head which can move along the width direction of the container, and the first moving head and the first fitting part are mutually matched to fix the container;

the longitudinal positioning assembly comprises a second matching part and a second positioning part, the second positioning part is provided with a second moving head which can move along the length direction of the container, and the second moving head and the second matching part are matched with each other to fix the container.

Optionally, the first fixing mechanism further includes an underframe positioning assembly, the underframe positioning assembly is disposed on the first supporting table, and the underframe positioning assembly includes:

an undercarriage mount pivotable about a first pivot axis parallel to a length direction of the container; and

the bottom cylinder can drive the underframe fixing frame to pivot around the first pivot shaft so that one end of the fixing frame contacts and fixes the underframe on the first supporting table.

Optionally, the first and second securing mechanisms each comprise a top positioning assembly comprising:

a top mount pivotable about a second pivot axis parallel to a length direction of the container; and

the top cylinder can drive the top fixing frame to pivot around the second pivot shaft so that one end of the top fixing frame contacts and fixes the end frame.

Optionally, the first securing mechanism further comprises a top rotating assembly, the top rotating assembly comprising:

the top positioning assembly in the first fixing mechanism is arranged on the rotating seat; and

the rotating cylinder can drive the rotating base to rotate around the vertical direction, so that the top positioning assembly on the rotating base rotates, and interference between the end frame of the container and the top positioning assembly in the process of transporting the container to the first working area is avoided.

Optionally, the first fixing mechanism further comprises an intermediate positioning assembly, the intermediate positioning assembly comprising:

a middle mount pivotable about a third pivot axis parallel to the vertical direction; and

the middle cylinder can drive the middle fixing frame to pivot around the third pivot shaft so that one end of the middle fixing frame can contact and abut against the end frame.

Optionally, the first assembling device includes a first workbench disposed on at least two sides of the first working area, so that workers can process the container;

the second assembling device comprises a second workbench, and the second workbench is arranged on at least two sides of the second working area so as to be processed by workers.

According to the assembling equipment for the container production line, disclosed by the invention, the assembling equipment comprises the first assembling device, the second assembling device and the conveying device, the end frame of the container can be fixed on the underframe of the container through the first assembling device, then the container processed in the first working area is conveyed to the second working area through the conveying device, and then the side plate of the container is fixed on the container through the second assembling device, so that the assembling process of the container is improved, the original processing operation on one station is split into the processing operation on two stations, the interference among the processing operations is reduced, the operators can reasonably perform operations such as installation, welding and the like on the container, the working strength of the operators is reduced, the working efficiency of the operators is improved, and the capacity of the container production line is improved.

Detailed Description

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the embodiments of the invention.

It should be noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of exemplary embodiments according to the invention. As used herein, the singular is intended to include the plural unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. It will be further understood that the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising," when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.

Exemplary embodiments according to the present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The invention provides an assembling device for a container production line. In the final assembly line of the container, the container needs to be assembled and processed from the parts such as the front frame, the rear frame and the bottom frame, and the like, and the container body is finally formed. In the initial stage of the container production line, the front frame and the rear frame of the container are required to be fixedly mounted on the horizontally arranged bottom frame in a vertical arrangement mode. The assembling equipment provided by the invention can be used for installing the front frame and the rear frame of the container on the bottom frame, and simultaneously can be used for installing the side plates of the container on the bottom frame.

In one embodiment according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the assembling apparatus includes a first assembling device 100, a second assembling device 200, and a transporting device 300, wherein the first assembling device 100 may be used to mount a front frame and a rear frame of a container to a container bottom frame, and after a container is preprocessed in the first assembling device 100, the container is transported to the second assembling device 200 via the transporting device 300, and the second assembling device 200 may be used to mount a side panel of the container on the container.

In the present embodiment, the installation of the front frame and the rear frame of the container is the same as the transportation method, and the installation method of the front frame and the rear frame of the container will be representatively described below by taking the end frame as an example.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first mounting device 100 is used to mount an end frame of a container to a bottom frame of the container at a first working area. The first assembling device 100 includes an end frame conveying mechanism 110, a first support table 120, and a first fixing mechanism. Wherein the end frame conveying mechanism 110 is at least partially arranged above the first working area, and can convey the end frame of the container in the previous station to the first working area. Preferably, the end frame conveyor 110 is capable of conveying the end frames of the containers in a vertically oriented manner to the first work area. The first support table 120 is disposed at the bottom of the first working area for supporting the underframe of the container, and after the end frame is conveyed to the first working area by the end frame conveying mechanism 110, a worker can mount the end frame to the container underframe. A first securing mechanism is disposed in the first work area and is operable to secure the end stiles and base frame of the container in a processing position. After that, the worker can perform processing operations such as installation and welding on the container.

After the end stiles and base frames of the containers have been processed in the first work area, the containers are transported from the first work area to the second work area by the transport device 300. It will be appreciated that the end stiles of the finished container are already secured to the base frame in the first work area and the side panels of the container are secured to the base frame and end stiles of the container in the second work area.

The second mounting device 200 is used to mount the side panels of the container on the container at the second work area. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second mounting device 200 includes a second support stage 210 and a second fixing mechanism. The container transferred by the transfer device 300 may be supported on the second support table 210. A second securing mechanism may then be used to secure the container in a processing position in the second area.

The assembling apparatus for a container manufacturing line according to the present invention includes a first assembling device 100, a second assembling device 200 and a conveying device 300, the end frame of the container may be fixed to the underframe of the container by the first mounting device 100, then the container processed in the first working area is conveyed to the second working area through the conveying device 300, and the side plates of the container are fixed on the container through the second assembling device 200, so that the assembling process of the container is improved, the original processing operation on one station is divided into the processing operation on two stations, the interference among the processing operations is reduced, the container welding device has the advantages that the workers can reasonably install and weld the container, the working strength of the workers is reduced, the working efficiency of the workers is improved, and the capacity of a container production line is improved.

Specifically, since the conventional container includes a front frame and a rear frame, which are installed at different positions on the bottom frame, in order to further improve the installation efficiency of the container production line, the first assembling device 100 in this embodiment has at least two end frame conveying mechanisms 110, wherein the first end frame conveying mechanism is used for conveying the front frame of the container, and the second end frame conveying mechanism is used for conveying the rear frame of the container. In addition, since the conventional container includes various specifications such as 20 feet and 40 feet, in order to improve the applicability of the first assembling device 100, the first assembling device 100 may further include a third end frame transfer mechanism in the present embodiment. The second end frame conveying mechanism and the third end frame conveying mechanism can both convey the back frame of the container. Therefore, different end frame conveying mechanisms can be selected according to the working requirements to convey the rear frame of the container to different positions, so that containers of different specifications can be produced conveniently. It will be appreciated that the plurality of end frame delivery mechanisms 110 each have a first support table 120 and a first securing mechanism disposed in correspondence therewith to facilitate positioning of the end frames.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the end frame conveying mechanism 110 can move the end frame placed in the vertical direction to the first working area, and the end frame conveying mechanism 110 may include a cross beam 111, a lateral moving assembly 112, and a longitudinal moving assembly 113. Wherein the cross beam 111 is at least partially arranged above the first working area along the length direction perpendicular to the underframe of the container, the transverse moving component 112 is arranged on the cross beam 111 and can move along the length direction of the cross beam 111, the longitudinal moving component 113 is connected with the transverse moving component 112 and can move along the vertical direction, and the longitudinal moving component 113 can be connected with the end frame arranged in the vertical direction and can transport the end frame to the first working area. Illustratively, the longitudinal moving assembly 113 may be configured as an electric hoist, and an end of the electric hoist is provided with a clamp capable of being connected with a corner piece of the end frame, for example, the clamp may have a rotating head protruding into a hole of the corner piece, and the rotating head may be rotated 90 degrees after protruding into a through hole of the corner piece to connect the end frame.

That is, the end frame conveying mechanism 110 can convey the end frame from the side of the container to the first working area in the width direction of the underframe of the container.

In the first assembling apparatus 100, both the bottom frame and the end frame of the container may be supported on the first supporting platform 120, and in order to position the container more accurately, the first fixing mechanism includes a transverse positioning component and a longitudinal positioning component disposed close to the bottom frame of the container, wherein the transverse positioning component is used for positioning the width direction of the container, and the longitudinal positioning component is used for positioning the length direction of the container. Specifically, the transverse positioning assembly includes a first matching portion 131 and a first positioning portion 132, the first matching portion 131 and the first positioning portion 132 are respectively disposed at two sides of the container along the width direction thereof, the first positioning portion 132 is provided with a first moving head capable of moving along the width direction of the container, when the container needs to be positioned, the first moving head of the first positioning portion 132 moves and abuts against the bottom frame of the container, so that the container and the first matching portion 131 contact with each other, thereby positioning the container. Based on the same location principle, the longitudinal positioning assembly comprises a second matching portion and a second positioning portion, the second matching portion and the second positioning portion are respectively arranged on two sides of the container along the length direction of the container, a second moving head capable of moving along the length direction of the container is arranged on the second positioning portion, when the container needs to be positioned, the second moving head of the second positioning portion moves and abuts against the container, the container is in mutual contact with the second matching portion, and therefore the container is positioned.

Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the second assembling device 200, both the bottom frame and the end frame of the container may be supported on the second supporting platform 210, and in order to position the container more accurately, the second fixing mechanism may also include a lateral positioning component and a longitudinal positioning component, the lateral positioning component includes a first matching portion 231 and a first positioning portion 232, and the longitudinal positioning component includes a second matching portion and a second positioning portion. The lateral positioning component and the longitudinal positioning component in the second assembling device 200 have the same structure as those in the first assembling device 100, and can position the container in the same manner, and a description thereof will not be repeated.

In the first assembling device 100, the end frame and the bottom frame of the container are not fixedly connected before being processed, so that the fixing effect of the end frame and the bottom frame of the container is further improved. The first securing mechanism further includes a chassis positioning assembly disposed on the first support table 120. The chassis positioning assembly includes a chassis fixing frame 141 and a bottom cylinder 142. The undercarriage mount 141 is pivotable about a first pivot axis parallel to the length direction of the container, and the bottom cylinder 142 is capable of driving the undercarriage mount 141 to pivot about the first pivot axis such that one end of the undercarriage mount 141 can contact and abut against the undercarriage on the first support table 120. Preferably, one end of the chassis fixing frame 141, which can be in contact with the chassis, is provided with a sliding member, so that when the transverse positioning assembly and the longitudinal positioning assembly position the chassis, a certain moving space can be provided for positioning the chassis while the fixing effect is ensured.

In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the first assembling device 100, in order to secure the installation position of the end frame, it is necessary to fix the end frame of the container. In this embodiment, the first fixing mechanism further includes a top positioning assembly capable of fixing the top of the container. The top positioning assembly comprises a top mount 151 and a top cylinder 152, wherein the top mount 151 is pivotable about a second pivot axis parallel to the length direction of the container, and the top cylinder 152 is capable of driving the top mount 151 to pivot about the second pivot axis such that one end of the top mount 151 can contact and abut against the end frame, thereby fixing the end frame in a vertical direction.

Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 4, in the second assembling device 200, the end frame and the side plate of the container also need to be fixedly connected by welding or the like, and therefore, the end frame of the container also needs to be fixed, the second fixing mechanism may also include a top positioning assembly, the top positioning assembly in the second assembling device 200 includes a top fixing frame 251 and a top cylinder 252, the top positioning assembly in the second assembling device 200 also has the same structure as the top positioning assembly in the first assembling device 100, and can position the container in the same manner, and the description thereof will not be repeated.

In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the first assembling device 100, the end stile of the container needs to be transported downward to the first working area in the vertical direction, and in order to avoid interference of the end stile with the top positioning assembly during movement, the first fixing assembly further includes a top rotating assembly on which the top positioning assembly may be disposed. When the end frame of the container needs to be placed downwards into the first working area, the top rotating assembly can be used for moving the top positioning assembly away from the movable area of the end frame, and after the end frame is placed into the first working area, the top rotating assembly moves the top positioning assembly to a proper position where the end frame can be fixed. In this embodiment, the top rotating assembly includes a rotating base 161 and a rotating cylinder 162, the top positioning assembly is disposed on the rotating base 161, and the rotating cylinder 162 can drive the rotating base 161 to rotate around a rotating shaft parallel to the vertical direction, so that the top positioning assembly can rotate, and therefore, the top positioning assembly can reserve a sufficient space for the movement of the end frame in the process of placing the end frame into the first working area, so as to avoid collision. In this embodiment, one top rotating assembly is provided in the first assembling device 100, and in other embodiments not shown, two top rotating assemblies may be provided.

In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the first assembling device 100, the end frame and the bottom frame of the container are not fixedly connected before being processed, and in order to further improve the fixing effect of the end frame of the container, the first fixing mechanism further includes an intermediate positioning assembly 170, and the intermediate positioning assembly 170 can position the end frame of the container. Specifically, the middle positioning assembly 170 includes a middle fixing frame capable of pivoting about a third pivot axis parallel to the vertical direction and a middle cylinder capable of driving the middle fixing frame to pivot about the third pivot axis so that one end of the middle fixing frame can contact and abut against the end frame to fix the end frame in the horizontal direction, thereby preventing the end frame of the container from rolling over. Preferably, one end of the middle fixing frame, which can be contacted with the end frame, is provided with a sliding part, so that when the top positioning assembly positions the end frame, a certain moving space can be provided for positioning the end frame while the fixing effect is ensured.

A side plate positioning assembly 220 is further provided in the second assembling device 200, and as shown in fig. 4, the side plate positioning assembly 220 is provided on a second support table 210, which is movable in a width direction of the container to push the side plate of the container to a predetermined processing position, so that a worker can fix the side plate of the container and the bottom frame together by welding or the like.

In addition, in order to facilitate the working operation of the container by the worker, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first assembling device 100 is further provided with first work tables 180, wherein the first work tables 180 are disposed at least at both sides of the first work area, and specifically, the first work tables 180 may include left and right work tables disposed at both sides of the container in the width direction of the container. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 4, the second assembling device 200 is provided with a second work table 230, and the second work table 230 may also include a left work table and a right work table disposed at both sides of the container in the width direction thereof. Therefore, the workers can respectively carry out processing operation on the container on the left workbench and the right workbench.

In addition, the conveying apparatus 300 may include a conveying plate link chain capable of conveying the container of the first working area to the second working area, and a lifting table on which the conveying plate link chain is provided, and when it is necessary to move the container, the lifting table is lifted to lift the conveying plate link chain, the container placed on the first supporting table 120 is lifted, and the conveying plate link chain moves, thereby moving the container to the second working area. Thereafter, the lift table is lowered so that the second support table 210 can support the container.

In summary, in an embodiment according to the present invention, the installation operation of the container may be performed as follows:

first, in the first assembling apparatus 100, the front frame and the rear frame of the container are transferred to the first working area in the width direction of the container by the two end frame transfer mechanisms 110, at which time the top rotating assembly has moved the top positioning assembly away from the front frame and the rear frame of the container and the first supporting table 120 has placed the bottom frame of the container thereon; thereafter, the end frame transfer mechanism 110 vertically downwardly places the front and rear frames of the container in the first working area and is supported on the first support table 120, and the middle positioning assembly 170 fixes the front and rear frames of the container to prevent the container from being laterally turned; then, the end frame conveying mechanism 110 positions the front frame and the rear frame of the container, the transverse positioning assembly, the longitudinal positioning assembly and the top positioning assembly, and it can be understood that the top rotating assembly moves the top positioning assembly to a position where the front frame and the rear frame of the container can be fixed; then, the workers carry out processing operations such as installation, welding and the like on the container, wherein the gooseneck tunnel of the container is also welded on the underframe of the container; when the processing operation of the worker is finished, the first fixing mechanism is separated from the container, and the conveying device 300 conveys the container from the first working area to the second working area;

in the second assembling apparatus 200, the container is supported on the second support table 210, and the transverse positioning assembly, the longitudinal positioning assembly and the top positioning assembly in the second working area position the front frame and the rear frame and the bottom frame of the container, and at this time, the side plates of the container are already placed at the predetermined installation position, and the side plate positioning assembly 220 can push the side plates to the processing position along the width direction of the container, so that the worker can perform processing operations such as installation and welding on the container; when the second fixing mechanism is separated from the container after the finishing operation of the worker is finished, the conveying device 300 conveys the container from the second working area to the next station.

Through the assembly mode, the capacity of a container production line can be effectively improved, the production efficiency can be improved by about 20 percent compared with the existing container production equipment, the processing operations such as positioning and welding of the container are simplified, and the automatic production of the container is favorably realized.
