adding urea-formaldehyde resin and formaldehyde into a reaction kettle, and starting stirring; adding melamine into the reaction kettle, and adjusting the pH value to 7.5; adding the first urea, and keeping the temperature for 1 h; adding urea for the second time, keeping the temperature for half an hour, and adjusting the pH value to 5.5; adding urea for three times, cooling, keeping the temperature and stirring for half an hour; and adding water into the reaction kettle, adjusting the pH value to 7-8, cooling and discharging to obtain the melamine modified urea-formaldehyde resin glue solution.

Wherein the stirring speed is 200-300r/min, the temperature is kept for 1h under the condition of 85-90 ℃ when the first urea is added, the temperature is reduced to 70 ℃ when the third urea is added, and the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃ after the water is added.

And step two, synthesizing paper dipping glue solution for later use.

Example 2

The impregnated film paper veneer anti-aging flame-retardant artificial board and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are substantially the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the main differences are as follows:

in the first step, the stirring speed is 250r/min, and when the first urea is added, the temperature is kept for 1h at 87 ℃;

in the second step, the rotating speed of the stirrer is 170r/min, and the release agent is phenolic resin demoulding;

in the third step, the soaking curing time is 6min, the gum dipping amount is 125%, the pre-curing degree is 55%, and the drying temperature of the drying box is 140 ℃;

in the fourth step, the hot pressing temperature of the hot press is 147 ℃, and the hot pressing time is 7 min.

Example 3

The impregnated film paper veneer anti-aging flame-retardant artificial board and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are substantially the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the main differences are as follows:

in the first step, the stirring speed is 300r/min, and when the first urea is added, the temperature is kept for 1h at the temperature of 90 ℃;

in the second step, the rotating speed of the stirrer is 230r/min, and the release agent is phenolic resin demoulding;

in the third step, the soaking curing time is 6min, the gum dipping amount is 130%, the pre-curing degree is 60%, and the drying temperature of the drying box is 145 ℃;

in the fourth step, the hot pressing temperature of the hot press is 150 ℃, and the hot pressing time is 8 min.

Comparative example 1

The impregnated film paper facing anti-aging flame-retardant artificial board and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are substantially the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the main differences are as follows: the urea-formaldehyde resin is not modified.

Comparative example 2

The impregnated film paper facing anti-aging flame-retardant artificial board and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are substantially the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the main differences are as follows: no flame retardant is used.

Performance testing

Taking the impregnated film paper veneer artificial board prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2, and detecting the relevant performance of the prepared impregnated film paper veneer artificial board, wherein the detection method comprises the following steps:

1. respectively detecting the formaldehyde degradation performance of each impregnated film paper-faced artificial board according to the detection standard GB/T17657-2013, and recording the obtained test results in table 1;
