Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of plywood processing, in particular to a method and equipment for gluing a high-strength ecological poplar fiber base material.

Background

The plywood is one of common furniture materials, is one of three large plates of an artificial plate, and can also be used as a material for airplanes, ships, trains, automobiles, buildings, packing boxes and the like. A group of veneers are typically assembled and glued perpendicular to each other in the direction of the adjacent layers of wood grain, and the skins and inner sheets are typically symmetrically disposed on either side of the center layer or core. The glued veneer is pressed into the wood grain board blank by the criss-cross matching of the glued veneer according to the wood grain direction under the condition of heating or not heating. The number of layers is generally odd, and a few are even. The difference of physical and mechanical properties in the longitudinal and transverse directions is small. The types of plywood commonly used are plywood, plywood and the like. The plywood can improve the utilization rate of the wood and is a main way for saving the wood.

When the existing plywood adopts a hot-pressing process, the side wall of the base material is easy to deform, and the later-stage finishing is needed, so that the production efficiency is reduced.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a high-strength ecological poplar fiber substrate gluing device, which comprises a hot pressing base, a lifting platform, elastic temperature raising plates, a conveying belt, a support frame, four extrusion arms and a discharge rod, wherein the top end of the hot pressing base is provided with a hot pressing groove, the lifting platform is arranged at the bottom of the hot pressing groove, the side wall of the hot pressing base is provided with a discharge hole, the discharge hole is communicated with the hot pressing groove, the discharge rod is arranged at one side of the hot pressing groove far away from the discharge hole, the number of the elastic temperature raising plates is four, the four elastic temperature raising plates are respectively arranged at the periphery of the hot pressing groove, the support frame is fixedly connected with the hot pressing base and is positioned above the hot pressing base, the extrusion arms are arranged at one side of the support frame and are positioned above the hot pressing groove, the conveyer belt is arranged above the hot pressing seat and is positioned on one side of the hot pressing groove.

When hot pressing is carried out, the poplar fiber substrate is limited in the hot pressing groove, the elastic heating plate is utilized to heat the poplar fiber substrate, and meanwhile, deformation of the periphery of the poplar fiber substrate is prevented, trimming procedures are saved, and production efficiency is improved.

The lifting platform comprises a lifter and a supporting plate, the lifter is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the hot pressing groove, and the supporting plate is arranged at the top end of the lifter.

The lifter is utilized to drive the supporting plate to vertically ascend or descend along the hot pressing groove, so that the poplar fiber substrate is convenient to transport.

The extrusion arm comprises a first air cylinder and a plate body, the first air cylinder is arranged on one side of the support frame, and the plate body is located at the output end of the first air cylinder, below the first air cylinder and above the plate body.

And pushing the plate body to move downwards by using the first air cylinder, so that the poplar fiber base plate in a stacked state is positioned between the plate body and the supporting plate, and applying pressure through the first air cylinder to finish hot pressing.

After the poplar fiber substrate is hot-pressed, the lifting platform conveys the poplar fiber substrate to the side face of the rod body, and the second cylinder pushes the rod body to move, so that the poplar fiber substrate after hot pressing is pushed to the discharge hole.

The high-strength ecological poplar fiber substrate gluing equipment further comprises a PLC control panel, wherein the PLC control panel is arranged on the outer side wall of the hot pressing seat and is electrically connected with the lifting platform, the elastic heating plate, the conveying belt, the extrusion arm and the discharging rod respectively.

The elastic heating plates respectively comprise a plurality of telescopic rods, two conical heating plates and two vertical heating plates, the number of the telescopic rods is multiple, the telescopic rods are vertically arranged on the inner side wall of the hot pressing groove, the vertical heating plates are fixedly connected with the telescopic rods and located on one side, away from the hot pressing seat, of the telescopic rods, the number of the conical heating plates is two, and the two conical heating plates are respectively fixedly connected with the vertical heating plates and located at the upper ends and the lower ends of the vertical heating plates.

Each telescopic rod comprises a fixed rod, a movable cylinder and a spring, the fixed rod is fixedly connected with the hot pressing seat and is positioned on the inner side wall of the hot pressing groove, the movable cylinder is movably connected with the fixed rod and is positioned on one side, far away from the hot pressing groove, of the fixed rod, two ends of the spring are respectively fixedly connected with the fixed rod and the movable cylinder and are positioned on the outer side wall of the fixed rod, and the vertical heating plate is fixedly connected with the movable cylinder and is positioned on one side, far away from the fixed rod, of the movable cylinder.

pushing the plate body to press downwards by using the first air cylinder until the plate body is contacted with the heated poplar fiber substrate, and continuously pressing for 1min to form a high-strength ecological poplar fiber substrate;

the lifter moves the supporting plate to one side of the discharging rod, the second air cylinder is utilized to push the rod body, and the high-strength ecological poplar fiber substrate is pushed out from the discharging hole to finish discharging.

According to the gluing method and the gluing equipment for the high-strength ecological poplar fiber base materials, the single poplar fiber base plate is conveyed into the hot pressing groove by the conveying belt, the poplar fiber base plate is stacked above the lifting platform after being conveyed for multiple times, the lifting platform conveys the poplar fiber base plate to the position near the elastic heating plate, the elastic heating plate and the extrusion arm are used for completing hot pressing, the discharging rod is used for completing discharging, and by the structure, the elastic heating plate heats the poplar fiber base plate, meanwhile, the deformation of the periphery of the poplar fiber base plate is prevented, the trimming process is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.

s2: the lifter 21 moves the supporting plate 22 to the position below the elastic heating plate 3, and the elastic heating plate 3 heats the poplar fiber substrates in a stacked state, the temperature is maintained at 180-220 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 5 min;

s3: pushing the plate body 62 downwards by using the first air cylinder 61 until the plate body 62 is contacted with the heated poplar fiber substrate, and continuously pressing for 1min to form a high-strength ecological poplar fiber substrate;

s4: the lifter 21 moves the supporting plate 22 to one side of the discharging rod 7, the second cylinder 71 is used for pushing the rod body 72, and the high-strength ecological poplar fiber substrate is pushed out from the discharging hole 12, so that discharging is completed.
