A reflective film, comprising a base layer, characterized in that: the surface of the base layer is provided with a first adhesive layer formed by a first adhesive, the first adhesive layer is provided with a plurality of glass beads to form a glass bead layer, the surface of the glass bead layer is provided with a coating layer, and the surface of the coating layer is provided with a second adhesive layer formed by a second adhesive;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of reflective materials, in particular to a reflective film.

Background

The reflective material can provide the effect of reflecting light, and can be generally used on daily articles such as lampshades, clothes reflective strips, traffic signs and the like.

The gold stamping process is a special printing process without ink, the gold stamping refers to a process of stamping an electrochemical aluminum foil to the surface of a printing stock at a certain temperature and pressure, and a gold stamping machine is equipment for finishing the gold stamping process.

The gold stamping can greatly beautify products, and the conventional reflective materials cannot be applied to the gold stamping process due to the limitation of the conditions of the reflective materials, so that the applicant improves the reflective material process to prepare the reflective materials which can be applied to the gold stamping process.

a reflective membrane comprises a base layer, wherein the surface of the base layer is provided with a first adhesive layer formed by a first adhesive, the first adhesive layer is provided with a plurality of glass beads to form a glass bead layer, the surface of the glass bead layer is provided with a coating layer, and the surface of the coating layer is provided with a second adhesive layer formed by a second adhesive;

when the first adhesive is oily glue, the second adhesive is aqueous glue;

when the first adhesive is an aqueous glue, the second adhesive is an oily glue.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the surface of the second adhesive layer further has a glue layer.

In the above technical scheme, preferably, the material of the adhesive layer is hot melt adhesive.

In the above technical solution, preferably, a third adhesive layer formed by a third adhesive is further provided between the glass bead layer and the film coating layer;

when the first adhesive is oily glue, the third adhesive is aqueous glue;

when the first adhesive is an aqueous glue, the third adhesive is an oily glue.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the thickness of the third adhesive layer ranges from 0.2 to 1.2 filaments.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention utilizes the characteristic of separation of the oil-based glue and the water-based glue and combines the requirement of the gold stamping process on the separation characteristic to prepare the reflecting material which can be applied to the gold stamping process, thereby improving the application range and the quality of the reflecting material.

referring to fig. 1, the reflective film comprises a base layer 1, wherein the base layer 1 can be a PET film, the surface of the base layer 1 is provided with a first adhesive layer 2 formed by a first adhesive, the thickness of the first adhesive layer 2 ranges from 0.5 to 1.5 filaments, the first adhesive layer 2 is provided with a plurality of glass beads forming a glass bead layer 3, the diameter of the glass beads ranges from 10 to 100 μm, the surface of the glass bead layer 3 is provided with a coating layer 4, the thickness of the coating layer 4 ranges from 10 to 100 muir, the surface of the coating layer 4 is provided with a second adhesive layer 5 formed by a second adhesive, and the thickness of the second adhesive layer 5 ranges from 0.2 to 1.2 filaments.

In this embodiment, when the first adhesive is an oily glue, the second adhesive is an aqueous glue;

when the first adhesive is an aqueous glue, the second adhesive is an oily glue.

When the adhesive is water-based adhesive or oil-based adhesive, the water-based adhesive and the oil-based adhesive can be mutually fused, the separable characteristic can be adapted to a gold stamping process, and the gold stamping process can be applied to the improved reflective film.

In this embodiment, the surface of the second adhesive layer further has an adhesive layer 6, and the material of the adhesive layer 6 may be a hot melt adhesive.

referring to fig. 2, a reflective film includes a base layer 1, the base layer 1 may be a PET film, the surface of the base layer 1 has a first adhesive layer 2 formed of a first adhesive, wherein the thickness of the first adhesive layer 2 is in the range of 0.5 to 1.5 filaments, the first adhesive layer 2 has a plurality of glass beads forming a glass bead layer 3 thereon, wherein the diameter of the glass beads is in the range of 10 to 100 μm, the surface of the glass bead layer 3 has a third adhesive layer 7 formed of a third adhesive, the thickness of the third adhesive layer 7 is in the range of 0.2 to 1.2 filaments, the surface of the third adhesive layer 7 has a coating layer 4, the thickness of the coating layer 4 is in the range of 10 to 100 muir, the surface of the coating layer 4 has a second adhesive layer 5 formed of a second adhesive, and the thickness of the second adhesive layer 5 is in the range of 0.2 to 1.2 filaments.

In this embodiment, when the first adhesive is an oil-based adhesive, the second adhesive and the third adhesive are water-based adhesives;

when the first adhesive is water-based glue, the second adhesive and the third adhesive are oil-based glue.

When the adhesive is water-based adhesive or oil-based adhesive, the water-based adhesive and the oil-based adhesive can be mutually fused, the separable characteristic can be adapted to a gold stamping process, and the gold stamping process can be applied to the improved reflective film.
