Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 includes paper conveying plates 231 symmetrically installed on the frame 1, paper conveying roller groups 232 rotatably installed on the paper conveying plates 231, first belt ropes (not shown in the drawings) sleeved between the paper conveying roller groups 232, and a position limiting strip 234 disposed above the paper conveying plates 231; the arc-shaped steel sheet 2231 is connected between the two paper conveying plates 231, the paper conveying plates 231 are provided with heat dissipation holes 235, and a plurality of heat dissipation fans 236 are installed in the paper conveying plates 231. The stopper 234 is disposed above the sheet feeding plate 231 and is disposed in parallel with the sheet feeding plate 231.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a mounting frame 24 is mounted above the paper feeding plates 231, a pulley set 25 is rotatably mounted on the mounting frame 24, the pulley set 25 is mounted between the two paper feeding plates 231, a second belt (not shown) is mounted on the pulley set 25, and the pulley set 25 and the paper feeding roller set 232 are arranged in parallel and in the same direction in the conveying direction.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a servo motor 27 is installed at the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23, the servo motor 27 is connected with a pressure wheel 28, and the pressure wheel 28 is located above the conveying belt assembly 222 in the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 and is arranged at intervals; the frame 1 is provided with a photoelectric sensor 29 electrically connected with a servo motor 27 for sensing the facial tissue conveying speed in the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 and the bottom tissue conveying speed in the bottom tissue conveying mechanism 3, and further the servo motor 27 controls the rotation of the pressing wheel 28 to realize the control of the facial tissue conveying speed and fulfill the aim of synchronously converging the facial tissue and the bottom tissue at the pressing mechanism 5.

The implementation principle is as follows: by adjusting the inclination angle between the facial tissue deviation correcting belt 2211 and the deviation correcting support 2212 in the facial tissue deviation correcting belt assembly 221, the conveying surface 2215 of the driven conveying part 2214 formed by the deviation correcting guide wheels 2213 is changed, the conveying direction of the facial tissue deviation correcting belt assembly 221 is obliquely arranged relative to the conveying direction of the conveying belt assembly 222, the conveying direction of the conveying surface 2215 is obliquely arranged relative to the conveying direction of the conveying belt assembly 222, the driven conveying part 2214 is gradually obliquely arranged inwards along the conveying direction, the oblique direction of the facial tissue deviation correcting belt assembly 221 is opposite to the oblique direction of the driven conveying part 2214, the facial tissue is conveyed in the conveying surface 2215 formed between the driven conveying part 2214 and the facial tissue deviation correcting belt assembly 221, the effect of achieving the effect of correcting the facial tissue while conveying and achieving the effect of completely flush and flush fit when the facial tissue is pressed is conveyed; the facial tissue is conveyed to the facial tissue deviation correcting device through the facial tissue automatic feeding device 21 and conveyed and corrected on the facial tissue deviation correcting belt assembly 221 and the conveying belt assembly 222, so that the effect of the paper laminating production quality is improved.

referring to fig. 1, a paper mounting machine includes a frame 1, a bottom paper conveying mechanism 3, a gluing mechanism 4, a pressing mechanism 5 and a face paper conveying mechanism 2, wherein the bottom paper conveying mechanism 3, the gluing mechanism 4 and the pressing mechanism 5 are arranged on the frame 1, the face paper conveying mechanism 3, the gluing mechanism 4 and the pressing mechanism 5 are arranged in sequence, a face paper inclined conveying device 23 is inclined to convey downwards, and the tail end of the face paper inclined conveying device is connected with the pressing mechanism 5.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the horizontal facial tissue conveying device 22 is composed of a facial tissue deviation rectifying belt assembly 221 and a plurality of conveying belt assemblies 222 arranged at intervals, and an arc-shaped steel mesh 223 is arranged between the facial tissue deviation rectifying belt assembly 221 and the conveying belt assemblies 222 and between the adjacent conveying belt assemblies 222 for supporting facial tissue conveying; referring to fig. 6, the arc net 223 is composed of a plurality of wave-shaped arc steel strips 2231, and a plurality of hollowed portions 2232 are formed at the wave portions between adjacent arc steel strips 2231.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, an adjusting cross bar 224 arranged perpendicular to the conveying direction of the horizontal facial tissue conveying device 22 is arranged on the frame 1, the conveying belt assemblies 222 are all slidably mounted on the adjusting cross bar 224, and a fixing part 225 is arranged on the conveying belt assembly 222 for fixing the conveying belt assembly 222 on the adjusting cross bar 224; the fastener 225 is in the form of a fastening bolt 2217 for securing it.

Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the facial tissue deviation correcting belt assembly 221 includes a facial tissue deviation correcting belt 2211 mounted on the frame 1, a deviation correcting support 2212, and a deviation correcting guide wheel 2213 rotatably disposed on the deviation correcting support 2212, wherein a plurality of deviation correcting guide wheels 2213 are sequentially disposed on the deviation correcting support 2212 to form a driven conveying portion 2214; the deviation rectifying support 2212 is provided with multiple sections, and deviation rectifying guide wheels 2213 are arranged on the multiple sections of deviation rectifying support 2212.

Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the conveying direction of the conveyor belt assembly 222 is arranged obliquely to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt assembly 222, and the driven conveying portion 2214 is located above the conveyor belt assembly 222 and forms a conveying surface 2215 for conveying a sheet 2215 therewith; the conveying direction of the conveying surface 2215 is arranged obliquely to the conveying direction of the conveying belt assembly 222, the driven conveying portion 2214 is arranged obliquely inward along the conveying direction, and the oblique direction of the conveying belt assembly 222 is opposite to the oblique direction of the driven conveying portion 2214; the angle between the conveying direction of the driven conveyor 2214 and the conveying direction of the conveyor belt assembly 222 is 1-10 °.

Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the conveyor belt assembly 222 includes a conveyor roller set 2221 rotatably disposed on the frame 1 and a conveyor belt 2222 sleeved on the conveyor roller set 2221; the frame 1 is provided with a correcting pallet 2223 for supporting the stable transmission of the conveyor belt 2222, and the correcting pallet 2223 is arranged in parallel with the conveying direction of the conveyor belt assembly 222.

Referring to fig. 3 to 5, a plurality of fixing seats 2216 are installed on the machine frame 1 at intervals, a plurality of moving seats 2218 are installed on the fixing seats 2216, the moving seats 2218 are installed on the side of the deviation rectifying support 2212, waist-shaped grooves 2219 are formed in the moving seats 2218, fixing bolts 2217 are connected to the fixing seats 2216, and the fixing bolts 2217 penetrate through the waist-shaped grooves 2219 to fix the moving seats 2218 to the fixing seats 2216.

Referring to fig. 3 to 5, a transverse strut 227 is mounted on the frame 1, the transverse strut 227 is connected with a pressing bar 228, and the length direction of the pressing bar 228 is arranged parallel to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt assembly 222 and is arranged above the conveyor belt assembly 222 at intervals; to facilitate adjustment of the spacing between the bead 228 and the conveyor belt assembly 222, adjustment bars 229 are provided between the bead 228 and the cross braces 227 to accommodate different thicknesses of tissue.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 includes paper conveying plates 231 symmetrically installed on the frame 1, paper conveying roller groups 232 rotatably installed on the paper conveying plates 231, belt ropes i sleeved between the paper conveying roller groups 232, and pressing strips 228 disposed above the paper conveying plates 231; the arc-shaped steel sheet 2231 is connected between the two paper conveying plates 231, the paper conveying plates 231 are provided with heat dissipation holes 235, and a plurality of heat dissipation fans 236 are installed in the paper conveying plates 231.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, an installation frame 24 is installed above the paper conveying plates 231, a rope pulley group 25 is rotatably installed on the installation frame 24, the rope pulley group 25 is installed between the two paper conveying plates 231, a second belt rope is installed on the rope pulley group 25, and the rope pulley group 25 and the paper conveying roller group 232 are arranged in parallel and in the same direction in the conveying direction.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a servo motor 27 is installed at the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23, the servo motor 27 is connected with a pressure wheel 28, and the pressure wheel 28 is located above the conveying belt assembly 222 in the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 and is arranged at intervals; the frame 1 is provided with a photoelectric sensor 29 electrically connected with a servo motor 27 for sensing the facial tissue conveying speed in the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 and the bottom tissue conveying speed in the bottom tissue conveying mechanism 3, and further the servo motor 27 controls the rotation of the pressing wheel 28 to realize the control of the facial tissue conveying speed and fulfill the aim of synchronously converging the facial tissue and the bottom tissue at the pressing mechanism 5.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the base paper conveying mechanism 3 includes a base paper placing frame 31, a base paper conveying belt 32 disposed at the bottom of the base paper placing frame 31, and a base paper conveying pair roller set 33 disposed between the base paper placing frame 31 and the gluing mechanism 4. The bottom paper at the lowest position in the bottom paper placing frame 31 is taken out by the bottom paper conveying belt 32, and is conveyed to the gluing mechanism 4 by the bottom paper conveying pair roller group 33.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a constant pressure cylinder 34 is installed at one side of the bottom paper placing frame 31, a piston rod of the constant pressure cylinder 34 is connected with a paper pressing rod 35, the constant pressure cylinder 34 drives the paper pressing rod 35 to move towards the bottom paper placing frame 31 so as to perform constant pressure on the bottom paper in the bottom paper placing frame 31, and the stability of the bottom paper placed in the bottom paper placing frame during the transportation of the bottom paper is improved.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the glue applying mechanism 4 includes a glue applying roller set 41 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, a glue outlet pipe 42 disposed above the glue applying roller set 41, a conveying roller set 43 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, and a glue returning groove 44 disposed below the glue applying roller set. The glue solution is conveyed to the position between the upper glue roller pair group 41 through the glue outlet pipe 42, and then the base paper is conveyed through the conveying roller pair group 43, so that the purpose of automatic gluing is achieved.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the pressing mechanism 5 includes a plurality of pressing roller pairs 51 rotatably disposed on the frame 1, and the plurality of pressing roller pairs 51 are disposed at intervals along the conveying direction of the base paper conveying mechanism 3. In order to improve the transition stability between the mechanisms during the conveying of the base paper and the facial paper, gap bridge plate groups 52 are arranged between the base paper conveying mechanism 3 and the gluing mechanism 4, and between the gluing mechanism 4 and the pressing mechanism 5.

The implementation principle is as follows: firstly, the surface paper and the bottom paper are respectively placed at the surface paper conveying mechanism 2 and the bottom paper conveying mechanism 3, and the glue solution is connected at the gluing mechanism 4, so that the initial state preparation process is completed.

Secondly, according to the sizes of the facial tissue and the bottom tissue, the conveying belt assemblies 222 are positioned on the adjusting cross rods 224 to slide by adjusting the distance between the conveying belt assemblies 222 in the facial tissue conveying mechanism 2, and are fixed by the fixing pieces 225 so as to be matched with the size of the facial tissue for normal conveying; by adjusting the inclination angle between the conveying belt assembly 222 and the deviation correcting bracket 2212 in the facial paper deviation correcting belt assembly 221, the deviation correcting effect during facial paper conveying is realized, and the coincidence between the facial paper conveying and the bottom paper pressing is improved; the facial tissue is conveyed to the facial tissue horizontal conveying device 22 through the facial tissue automatic feeding device 21, conveyed and corrected by the facial tissue correcting belt assembly 221, and finally conveyed to the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 for pressing. Meanwhile, the bottom paper is taken out from the bottom paper placing frame 31 through the bottom paper conveying belt 32 in the bottom paper conveying mechanism 3, and is conveyed to the gluing mechanism 4 through the bottom paper conveying pair roller group 33; the gluing mechanism 4 conveys the glue solution to the position between the gluing roller pair group 41 through the glue outlet pipe 42, and then conveys the base paper through the gluing roller pair group 41, so that the purpose of automatic gluing and conveying is realized.

Finally, the photoelectric sensor 29 at the facial tissue inclined conveying device 23 is used for detecting the facial tissue conveying speed in the facial tissue conveying mechanism 3, and the servo motor 27 is used for controlling the rotation of the pressing wheel 28, so that the facial tissue conveying speed is controlled, and the aim of synchronously converging the facial tissue and the facial tissue at the laminating mechanism 5 is fulfilled; the final pressing mechanism 5 performs pressing conveying on the face paper and the glued base paper through a plurality of groups of pressing pair roller sets 51 which are rotatably arranged on the rack 1, so as to realize a paper mounting process; through setting up facial tissue conveying mechanism 2, base stock conveying mechanism 3, rubberizing mechanism 4 and pressing mechanism 5, it is strong, efficient in effect to have the adaptation degree, effectively reduction in production cost, and conveniently rectify a deviation to the paper and prevent that it from appearing the skew phenomenon to improve the effect of mounting paper production quality.
