6. The adjustable elevator guide rail base of claim 1, wherein the lower base further comprises a side fixing plate connected to the lower fixing plate, the side fixing plate being disposed perpendicular to the lower fixing plate.

7. The adjustable elevator guide rail base according to claim 6, wherein the side fixing plate is provided with a mounting hole for mounting a press code.

8. The adjustable elevator guide rail base as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lower fixing plate is provided with a slot, and the length direction of the slot is perpendicular to the side fixing plates.

In addition, when the safety tongs of the car act under an abnormal working condition and clamp the guide rail of the elevator to cause the guide rail of the elevator to rapidly descend, the guide rail base is required to support the guide rail to prevent the guide rail from descending and prevent the guide rail from sliding downwards for too long distance; therefore, maintenance personnel need to regularly check and adjust the gap between the guide rail base and the guide rail to ensure that the gap is always in a proper value.

In the technical field of traditional elevators, referring to fig. 1-3, a guide rail base (300) is mainly composed of an adjusting bolt (330), a support plate (320) and a heightening plate (310), wherein each heightening plate (310) is fixed by a bolt, when an elevator guide rail (200) is shortened and a descending distance is small due to a building hoistway wall (100), the height of the guide rail base is reduced by rotating the adjusting bolt (330) to adjust the height of the support plate, when the descending distance of the elevator guide rail is large due to building contraction, the heightening plates are required to be removed to reduce the height of the guide rail base, then the height of the support plate can be accurately adjusted by rotating the adjusting bolt, and the heightening plate removed during height adjustment is scrapped and cannot be used continuously.

In view of this, the present invention provides an adjustable elevator guide rail base, which aims to solve the problems of complex structure and multiple installation and adjustment steps of the existing guide rail base to at least a certain extent.

In some specific embodiments, in order to improve the connection stability of the upper base 2 and the lower base 1, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the elevator guide rail base further includes a locking ring 3, the locking ring 3 is threadedly coupled to the mounting post 12, and the locking ring 3 is located below the mounting seat 22. Specifically, when it is necessary to adjust the gap between the support part 21 and the elevator guide rail 200, the locking ring 3 may be rotated to move downward to a proper height, and then the upper base 2 may be rotated to move downward, the bottom of the mounting seat 22 may abut against the upper surface of the locking ring 3, and the internal thread of the adjustment hole 23 and the external thread of the mounting post 12 may be engaged more tightly with the screwing of the mounting seat 22, thereby preventing the easy loosening between the upper base 2 and the lower base 1.

Specifically, in order to facilitate the rotation of the locking ring 3, referring to fig. 5, a plurality of tightening locking portions 31 are provided on the outer circumferential side of the locking ring 3, and the locking ring 3 is rotated by the tightening locking portions 31. The tightening locking portion 31 may be a projection provided on the outer circumferential side of the locking ring 3, or may be a bayonet recessed on the outer circumferential side of the locking ring 3; when the tightening clamp portion 31 is a bayonet, a tool can be clamped in the bayonet to rotate the locking ring 3; when the tightening part 31 is a protrusion, the locking ring 3 can be directly rotated without using a tool, which is convenient for operation.

In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, for the convenience of installation, the lower base 1 further includes a side fixing plate 13 connected to the lower fixing plate 11, and the side fixing plate 13 is disposed perpendicular to the lower fixing plate 11; the side fixing plate 13 is provided with a mounting hole 131 for mounting the weight 500. The elevator guide rail 200 is fixed on the side fixing plate 13 through the press code 500 in a lifting manner; in addition, a slot 111 is arranged on the lower fixing plate 11, and the length direction of the slot 111 is perpendicular to the side fixing plate 13; in this way, the lower fixing plate 11 is fixed to the support beam 400 through the slot 111, and the slot 111 can facilitate adjustment of the installation position of the lower fixing plate 11 on the support beam 400.
