Technical Field

The invention relates to environmental sanitation equipment, in particular to a snow removing vehicle.

Background

The regional span and climate change of China are large, and snow falls in most regions in winter. The snow disaster is a major potential hazard of traffic in the north, most of the areas are the north, and snow disasters are seriously influenced if the snow is not cleaned in time, and can cause rear-end collision of vehicles, so that the work is in a stagnation state, and the construction period is delayed and greatly influenced. The traffic accidents accompanied by snowfall not only cause economic loss, but also have serious influence on our safety. How to rapidly and effectively remove the accumulated snow on the road and ensure the smooth traffic of the road becomes a problem to be solved.

At present, three common snow removing methods are available, namely mechanical snow removing, artificial snow removing and chemical snow removing. The manual snow removal needs to occupy the road for a long time, so that traffic jam is easily caused, the efficiency is low, the cost is higher, and the mode is not suggested; chemical snow removal is to spray a snow melting agent on a road surface, remove snow in a chemical mode and prevent the snow from being frozen, but chemical substances are easy to remain on the road surface for a long time, have a corrosion effect on tires of passing vehicles, possibly influence the normal growth of roadside vegetation and have adverse effects on the roadside environment, and the mode is not suggested; the mechanical snow removal is widely applied, and generally, snow on a road is firstly cleaned to the roadside by a machine, then the snow on the roadside is pushed into a large pile by a loader, and then the large pile of snow is loaded onto a load-carrying truck by the machine and is transported to the suburb of a city to be dumped. In the process, a large amount of manpower and various machines are required to finish the snow cleaning task together, the time is long, and the congestion of the road traffic is also increased in the snow cleaning process.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome one of the defects or shortcomings of the prior art, the invention provides the snow removing vehicle which can realize high-efficiency removal and high-efficiency transportation and can complete the transportation function at one time. The adopted technical scheme is as follows:

Furthermore, the rear oil cylinder is connected with a hydraulic system of the backward-turning self-unloading transport vehicle, the lower end edge part of the snow bucket is abutted against the road surface when the cylinder rod of the rear oil cylinder extends out, the chain is tensioned, and the snow bucket is lifted to leave the road surface when the cylinder rod retracts.

Compared with the prior art, the snow removing and conveying device can remove accumulated snow on the road surface, convey the accumulated snow into the carriage and directly convey the accumulated snow to a snow field, and is rapid, efficient and seamless in snow removing and conveying.

The front oil cylinder 203 is connected with a hydraulic system of the backward tipping self-discharging transport vehicle 100, the blade part of the snow shovel 201 is abutted against the road surface when the cylinder rod of the front oil cylinder extends out, and the snow shovel 201 is lifted to leave the road surface when the cylinder rod retracts. The snow shovel 201 is lifted off the road surface to facilitate the filled tip-back dump truck 10 to travel quickly on the road to the snow dump.

In this embodiment, the rear snow removing device 300 includes a fixed plate 301 fixedly connected to the middle of the frame of the dump truck 100, and a rear frame 302 hinged thereto, and the width of the rear frame 302 is greater than or equal to the width of the carriage of the dump truck 100; the lower surface of the fixed plate 301 is fixedly provided with a hydraulic motor 303 with a transmission and a cylinder body hinged with a rear oil cylinder 308, and a cylinder rod of the rear oil cylinder 308 is hinged with a rear frame 302; a driving chain wheel 304 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the hydraulic motor 303; the rear frame 302 is rotatably provided with a shaft 305, the middle part of the shaft 305 is fixedly provided with a driven sprocket 306, and the driving sprocket 304 and the driven sprocket 306 are wound with a chain 307; the shafts 305 on the two sides of the driven chain wheel 306 are respectively fixedly provided with packing augers 309 with opposite rotation directions; a snow hopper 310 with an open front end is fixedly arranged on the rear frame 302, and through holes 311 corresponding to the packing auger 309 are formed in side plates on two sides of the snow hopper 310; the side plates on the two sides of the snow hopper 310 are fixedly connected with a cover body 314 with a gourd-shaped section respectively, the inner cavity of the cover body 314 is communicated with the through hole 311, the upper end of the cover body 314 is fixedly connected with a first axial flow fan 315, the power source of the first axial flow fan 315 is a hydraulic motor, the upper end of the first axial flow fan 315 is fixedly connected with a first conveying pipe 316 which is vertically arranged, and the upper end of the first conveying pipe 316 is close to the upper end of the carriage of the back-tipping self-discharging transport vehicle 100 and is not contacted with the carriage of the back-tipping self-discharging transport vehicle 100; the upper end of the carriage close to the tip-back dump truck 100 is fixedly provided with a bracket 317, the bracket 317 is provided with a funnel 318 with a large lower end opening and a small upper end opening, the upper end of the funnel 318 is fixedly connected with a second axial fan 320, the power source of the second axial fan 320 is a hydraulic motor, the upper end of the second axial fan 320 is fixedly connected with a second delivery pipe 321, and the free ends of the two second delivery pipes 321 respectively face the front side or the rear side of the carriage of the tip-back dump truck 100.

The first delivery pipe 316 and the second delivery pipe 321 are docked without contact by the funnel 318, facilitating rear dumping of snow in the compartment. The second axial fan 320 relays the first axial fan 315, so that snow powder can continuously flow in the first conveying pipe 316 and the second conveying pipe 321, the problem of insufficient lift is avoided, the power of a required hydraulic motor is relatively reduced, and the hydraulic system is suitable for more vehicle types.

The rear oil cylinder 308 is connected with a hydraulic system of the back-tipping self-discharging transport vehicle 100, when a cylinder rod of the rear oil cylinder extends, the lower end edge part of the snow bucket 310 abuts against the road surface and the chain 307 is tensioned, when the cylinder rod retracts, the snow bucket 310 lifts away from the road surface, and after the snow bucket 310 lifts away from the road surface, the full back-tipping self-discharging transport vehicle 10 can conveniently and quickly travel to a snow field on the road.

In another preferred embodiment, a cutting blade 312 is fixed to the shaft 305 corresponding to the through hole 311. During the rotation of the shaft 305, the accumulated snow extruded into the cover 314 by the rotation of the auger is cut into pieces, which is convenient for the first axial fan 315 to pump upwards.

In another preferred embodiment, a plurality of springs 313 are fixed on the shaft 305 outside the through hole 311. In another preferred embodiment, a wrench 319 for rotating the funnel 318 is fixed to the funnel 318. Therefore, when accumulated snow is dumped in a snow field, the two second conveying pipes 321 can rotate to the outer side of the carriage without interfering with the carriage by only moving the wrench 319, so that snow can be conveniently dumped behind the carriage.

In another preferred embodiment, the diameter of the through hole 311 is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the packing auger 309. Therefore, snow can not be accumulated in the snow hopper in the rotating process of the auger 309, and the cleaning is cleaner.
