Technical Field

The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of internet, in particular to a business handling method based on financial services and a related device thereof.

Background

A remote Video Teller Machine (VTM) is an integrated electromechanical device for handling some banking counter services by means of remote video. The device enables a user to handle banking business in a remote video mode according to the instruction of a bank teller without going to a bank counter for handling. A remote Teller Agent (VTA) is used to provide Teller-guided services to the VTM.

In the prior art, when a user needs to handle certain services with strong speciality, the VTM can directly match a target service expert for the user according to the target service selected by the user. However, since most users are not clear about the specific category to which the banking business with strong specialty belongs, there is a case that the selected target business does not conform to the business actually required by the target business, so the business experts automatically matched for the users by the VTM according to the target business category selected by the users do not necessarily conform to the actual requirements of the users, and since the number of the business experts is small relative to the number of the bank tellers, the matching of the business experts not conforming to the requirements of the users wastes the time of the business experts and the time of the users, thereby reducing the business handling efficiency.

Detailed Description

The embodiment of the application provides a business handling method based on financial services and a related device thereof, which are used for improving business handling efficiency.

The business handling method based on financial services provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a VTM (virtual machine tool) and is used for handling some bank counter businesses in a remote video mode.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a business transaction method based on financial services according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the business transaction method described in this embodiment includes the following steps:

101. receiving a request of a user for handling a target service by a VTM, wherein the request comprises a service type of the target service;

VTM (video Teller Machine, VTM) remote video Teller machines, also called virtual Teller machines, are mechatronic devices used to transact some banking counter services through a remote video method. The VTM remote terminal is provided with a video display screen, a touch display screen, a password keyboard, a second-generation card reader, a camera, an A4 printer, a bank card reading and writing card sender, a microphone, a loudspeaker and other hardware modules, and can realize remote video communication between a user and bank business personnel through means of high-definition video, identity verification and the like, so that remote handling of bank businesses such as debit card application, short message service, debit card activation, telephone bank application, service consultation, financial management business and the like is realized.

When a user clicks an icon of a target service to be transacted on a touch display screen of the VTM, the VTM receives a request of transacting the target service by the user. For example, icons such as "debit card application service", "short message service", "service consultation service", "financial service" and the like are displayed on a touch display screen interface of the VTM, the service that the user wants to handle is "financial service", and at this time, the "financial service" is a target service of the user, and when the user clicks the icon of "financial service" on a display interface of the remote teller machine, the VTM receives a request of the user for handling the "financial service".

102. The VTM accesses a first host in the remote teller system according to the service type so that the first host processes the target service and obtains target service data, and the first host is used for providing target service handling guidance for the user through a target teller;

the remote teller system is provided with a special remote teller aiming at the VTM terminal, and the remote teller assists the VTM terminal user in conducting business handling through voice or video communication technology.

For example, the VTM calls a first host computer in a remote teller system according to the financial transaction selected by the user, the first host computer is operated by a remote teller specially processing the financial transaction, the remote teller provides financial transaction guidance for the user through the first host computer in a voice or video communication mode, and processes the financial transaction through the first host computer so as to obtain the actual required transaction of the user. For example, the remote teller may guide the user to fill in the user risk questionnaire evaluation in a video manner through the first host computer, and obtain the user rating, where the user rating data is the target business data obtained by the first host computer. The user ratings are classified as cautious, robust, balanced, aggressive. When the remote teller obtains that the user is graded as a cautious type, the business expert for the remote teller to select the debt class with low risk and low income for the user continues to provide professional debt purchasing service for the user; when the remote teller gets the user rating to be aggressive, the business expert for the remote teller to select the high-risk high-income security class for the user continues to provide security purchase service for the user.

The remote teller processes the target service in advance through the first host, the actual requirements of the user can be obtained through video or voice communication, the target expert is selected for the user by the remote teller according to the actual requirements of the user, and compared with the VTM which directly matches the service expert for the user according to the service type selected by the user, more specialized and personalized services can be provided for the user through the mode of the service expert selected by the remote teller through the video or voice communication with the user.

103. Receiving feedback information of the first host by the VTM, wherein the feedback information is used for indicating that the first host lacks target business process data required for handling the target business, the feedback information carries second host information, the second host information is determined by the target business data, and the second host information is information of a host in a remote expert system;

the target business process data may be process information required for processing the target business. For example, currently, the remote teller needs to transact a security purchase service for a user, but at this time, the remote teller cannot provide a more professional security subscription scheme for the user, so that a specific security subscription scheme cannot be input to enable the first host to generate target service flow data, at this time, the remote teller enables the first host to send feedback information to the VTM through an operation instruction, the feedback information carries information of the second host in the remote expert system, and the VTM searches for the second host in the remote expert system through the feedback information.

The remote expert system is provided with a special remote expert aiming at the VTM terminal, and assists the VTM terminal user to conduct professional banking business transaction through a voice or video communication technology.

104. The VTM is accessed to a second host in the remote expert system according to the feedback information, and the second host is used for providing target business handling guidance for the user through a target expert;

for example, when a user needs to purchase a security type financial product, the VTM terminal may consult a target remote expert for the relevant knowledge of the security type financial product, and the target remote expert may make a professional security type financial product subscription scheme for the user according to the actual needs of the user.

105. The VTM indicates the first host to send the target business data to the second host, so that the second host determines the target business process data according to the target business data;

and after the VTM calls the second host, the VTM instructs the first host to send the target service data to the second host. For example, if the target business data of the first host is the data of the risk questionnaire evaluation result of the user, the VTM instructs the first host to send the data of the risk questionnaire evaluation result to the second host, so that the target expert refers to the risk questionnaire evaluation result through the screen of the second host and formulates a target business handling scheme according to the result, and the target expert inputs the target business handling scheme into the second host to generate target business process data. For example, the target expert selects different types of securities for the user and configures purchase ratios of the different types of securities, and the target expert inputs the purchase ratios of the different types of securities into the second host to enable the second host to generate business processes required for purchasing the different types of securities, so that the second host determines target business process data.

106. And the VTM transacts the target business for the user through the first host or the second host according to the target business process data.

And the VTM guides the user to transact the target business through a target business transaction step generated by the first host or the second host according to the target business process data.

In the embodiment of the application, the VTM is accessed to a first host in a remote teller system, so that a target teller can process a target service through the first host to obtain a service actually required by a user and obtain target service data through the first host, the target teller can select a second host operated by a target expert for the user through the first host according to the actual requirement of the user, the target teller is a target expert matched with the actual requirement of the user, the target expert formulates a professional service handling scheme for the user according to the actual requirement of the user, and inputs the service handling scheme into the second host to generate target service flow data, so that the VTM handles the target service for the user through the first host or the second host according to the target service flow data, the probability of matching service experts which do not accord with the actual requirement of the user is reduced through the method, and the time of the user and the experts is saved, thereby improving the efficiency of business handling.
