Technical Field

The invention belongs to an industrial ray inspection device for a pipeline circumferential weld, and particularly relates to a film positioning device for inspecting a connecting pipe weld.

Background

Reactor pressure vessels are important equipment used in nuclear power plants to hold and contain the reactor core and internals. The welding seam of the inlet and outlet connecting pipe of the reactor pressure vessel is positioned in the area close to the reactor core fission region, and the operation working condition is extremely complex, so that the welding seam is taken as a key inspection object in the in-service inspection specifications of domestic and foreign nuclear power stations. Prior to radiographic inspection, the inspector needs to place a film cassette on the outer surface of the weld. Firstly, confirming the position and the direction of a detected welding seam, and then marking the detection area of the detected welding seam by using lead system numbers and lead wires. Then, a plurality of image quality meters are placed near the welding seam, the film cassettes are sequentially fixed on the outer surface of the pipeline by using adhesive tapes, and finally, the back scattering lead plate is covered on the back surfaces of the film cassettes and tightened by using a locking belt.

The cassette is arranged in a narrow passage of an annular corridor in the nuclear island, the activity space of personnel is limited, and the observation is seriously influenced by the field structural support. During in-service inspection, the radiation dose of the field environment is 1-3 msv/h, the contact dose rate of the surface of the pipeline is even as high as 10-20 msv/h, and certain psychological pressure is brought to inspectors. Each piece of welding cloth usually needs 10-30 minutes, not only the operation procedure is complicated, work efficiency is lower, and inspection personnel's radiation risk is great moreover, still drops film magazine and other small articles in the hole and the gap on ground easily. The radiographic inspection time for completing the connecting pipe welding seam of the reactor pressure vessel at one time is up to 8-10 hours, and once sheet distribution errors occur, the construction period of shutdown maintenance of the nuclear power station is seriously influenced, and great economic loss is caused.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the bracket is made of stainless steel material with the thickness of 2mm, and the inner side of the bracket is pasted with a rubber gasket to protect the surface of the detected part and increase the friction force. During installation, one end of the film fork is inserted into a gap between the fixed block pin shaft and the plane of the bracket, the other end of the film fork can be directly pressed into the groove of the locking base, and the film fork can be tightly pressed on the surface of the bracket by means of the tension of the spring in the locking base. When the film is taken, the film fork can be easily separated from the groove only by pulling the handle behind the locking base;

(4) in order to improve the applicability of the film bracket, the corresponding bracket appearance is designed according to different main pipeline appearance sizes. The binding face of the film fork and the bracket is designed into an arc shape corresponding to the appearance of the bracket, so that the binding effect is improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.

The invention provides a film positioning device for detecting a welding seam of a reactor pressure vessel connecting pipe, which comprises a film fork 2 and a film bracket. As shown in fig. 1, the film fork 2 is integrated with the film cartridge 1, and the film carrier is integrated with the weld to be tested, so that the film cartridge and the weld to be tested can be accurately positioned by the quick connection between the film fork 2 and the film carrier 2.

The film fork 2 is in a shape of a Chinese character 'neither', and is a welding part formed by two vertical rods and a cross rod. The ends of the two vertical rods which are arranged in parallel are semicircular, so that the vertical rods can be smoothly inserted into the back sliding grooves of the special magazine without damaging the hidden bag. The cross rod of the film fork 2 is in a bilateral symmetry structure, the bottom surface of the cross rod is arc-shaped and is consistent with the curvature radius of the semicircular waistband. The through groove of bottom surface both alleviates the weight of film fork, can also be convenient for take of film fork. The pointed end part of the cross rod is a contact part with a positioning device on the film bracket, and the circumferential positioning of the film fork 2 is realized through the simultaneous action of a positioning pin of the fixing block 8 and a pressing block of the locking base 6; the film fork is radially positioned through the rectangular grooves of the positioning block 8 and the locking base 6.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the main body of the film holder includes a first semicircular waist band 9 and a second semicircular waist band 12, which are made of fan-shaped or rectangular thin-walled stainless steel plates. Before bending into a cone or a cylinder, a screw positioning hole is processed in advance, so that the installation accuracy of the positioning block 8 and the locking base 6 can be ensured. The positioning block 8 and the locking base 6 are arranged on the appointed position of the film bracket through a positioning bolt 13. One end of the first semi-circular waist belt 9 and the second semi-circular waist belt 12 is provided with a detachable hinge 15, and the other end is provided with a fastener seat 4 for installing the fastener 3. After the fastening belt 14 mounted on the pin of the fastening seat 10 is inserted into the fastening device 3, the arm of the fastening device 3 is pulled back and forth, so that the combined first and second semicircular waist belts 9 and 12 can be quickly mounted on the pipeline. According to the requirements of the number and the arrangement sequence of the film cassettes, the two first semicircular waistbands 9 and the second semicircular waistbands 12 are sequentially provided with a corresponding number of fixing blocks 8 and locking bases 6. In order to ensure that the positioning mark 5 and the image quality meter 7 can be clearly and completely displayed on the negative, a width area of about 25mm is reserved on one side of the first semicircular waistband 9 and one side of the second semicircular waistband 12 for arranging the positioning mark 5 and the image quality meter 7.

The using process of the invention is as follows:

in front of the cloth piece, the two first semicircular waistbands 9 and the second semicircular waistbands 12 are firstly combined into a whole by using the detachable hinge 15, and the positioning marks 5 and the image quality meter 7 are arranged on the edges of the first semicircular waistbands 9 and the second semicircular waistbands 12. When the device is installed on site, the bracket is wound on a detected pipeline and is fixed near a detected welding seam through the fastener 3, so that the starting point and the direction of the positioning mark 5 on the bracket are consistent with the permanent mark on the welding seam, and meanwhile, whether the distance between the edge of the bracket and the center of the welding seam is within a certain range is checked. Then, the film cartridge 1 is mounted on the fixing device of the bracket, and finally, the film cartridge 1 is tightly attached to the surface of the weld by the fixing block 8 and the locking base 6. When taking out the film, one hand holds the film cartridge, and the other hand pulls the handle 17 of the fixing device on the carriage, thereby taking out the film cartridge 1.

The invention relates to a film positioning device for detecting a welding seam of a connecting pipe of a reactor pressure vessel, which has the following characteristics:

the film cassette can be independently installed by a single person through the bracket and the film fork assembly 2;

the bracket is symmetrically provided with a plurality of sets of film fork fixing blocks 8 and a locking base 6, so that the film distribution mode that only one cassette can be installed at one time is changed into the film distribution mode that a plurality of cassettes are installed at the same time;

the fast-inserting type film fork fixing block 8 and the locking base 6 are designed to improve the mounting and dismounting efficiency of the film fork 2 and reduce the risk of the film cartridge 1 slipping;

the edge of the bracket is provided with an independent area for arranging the positioning mark 5 and the image quality meter 7;

the appearance of the bracket is designed according to the size and the shape of the detected pipeline, and the contact area between the bracket and the detected part can be effectively increased.

The film bracket adopts the hinge type connection of the conical semicircular belt, thereby not only ensuring the attaching state of the bracket and the surface of the detected pipeline, but also improving the convenience of the bracket in installation in a narrow space. The film fork positioning device designed on the film bracket can accurately divide the welding line to be detected equally by the film, thereby ensuring the full coverage of the radiographic inspection to the detected area. The rubber gasket of design in the bracket not only effectively protected the object surface of examining, can increase the frictional force between bracket and the welded seam of examining moreover, prevents that the bracket from producing and sliding.

The 'not' shape design of the film fork has a plurality of practical functions, and mainly comprises:

a) the vertical arrangement of the two cross rods and the vertical rod ensures the overall stability and realizes the circumferential and radial positioning of the concealed bag on the surface of the detected weld joint;

b) the flat vertical rods arranged in parallel can be quickly inserted into the chutes of the specially-made camera bags, so that the connection stability of the film fork and the cassette is effectively improved, and the consistency of the film fork and the symmetry center of the camera bags can be ensured;

c) the end part of the cross rod adopts the arc-shaped and bevel edge design, so that an installer can easily mount the film fork into the clamping groove of the positioning device and can not easily deviate from the clamping groove. The logical groove of horizontal pole middle part design when guaranteeing certain intensity, has increased the installer and has gripped the sense, has reduced the risk that the film fork dropped.

The fast-inserting connection design of the film fork and the positioning device effectively solves the problem of fast installation and disassembly of the cassette. During installation, one end of the film fork provided with the film cartridge is inserted into the clamping groove of the positioning block, the other end of the film fork can also easily push the wedge block of the locking base, and the spring at the rear part of the wedge block deforms under stress to exert force in the opposite direction on the wedge block, so that the function of compressing the film fork is achieved. When the rubber piece fork is disassembled, the handle at the rear part of the locking base is pulled to pull the spring to bear force, and the rubber piece fork can be smoothly taken down.
