Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the method for installing a molded case circuit breaker capable of being quickly installed according to the present invention includes: when the molded case circuit breaker is installed, an electric power overhaul worker holds the molded case circuit breaker in hand, aligns the molded case circuit breaker with the fixing frame 2, and applies a certain force to enable the installation assembly 3 to be preliminarily clamped on the fixing frame 2, so that preliminary fixing of the molded case circuit breaker is realized; then, the push plate 31 is manually pushed, so that the push plate 31 drives the sliding sleeve 32 to slide to the fixed mounting hole 21 of the fixing frame 2 along the guide through hole 131, and after the push plate 31 is completely pushed, the push rod 331 is manually pushed inwards, the push rod 331 slides in the sliding sleeve 32 to drive the connecting arm assembly 332 to slide, at this time, the first connecting arm 3321 and the second connecting arm 3322 slide along the guide groove 3221, and the third connecting arm 3323 and the fourth connecting arm 3324 are forced to turn over outwards and are matched with torsion springs arranged at the tail ends of the third connecting arm 3323 and the fourth connecting arm 3324, and finally, the first connecting arm 3321, the second connecting arm 3322, the third connecting arm 3323 and the fourth connecting arm 3324 are in right-angle shapes, so that further limiting of the molded case circuit breaker is realized, and at this time, the molded case circuit breaker is fixed without external force intervention. And then the final limit of the molded case circuit breaker is realized by the external bolt and the threaded hole 133 in threaded connection, so that the molded case circuit breaker can be stably fixed on the fixing frame 2. In the installation of installation component 3, when the manpower promoted the push pedal 31 inwards and drive the sliding sleeve 32 to slide to the fixed mounting hole 21 of mount 2 in, the push pedal 31 can inwards compress the first spring 34, and the first spring 34 atress can increase its self elastic potential energy, after the manpower disappeared, the elastic potential energy reaction push pedal 31 of first spring 34 through its self production for push pedal 31 slides to the opposite direction, thereby drive the even arm subassembly 332 of warp and hug closely at the rear side of mount 2, realize effective spacing to moulded case circuit breaker.

Buffering subassembly 4 agrees with mount 2 through agreeing with piece 41 before moulded case circuit breaker installs to by agreeing with baffle 42 realization to agreeing with the spacing of piece 41, later under the condition of artificial application of force, play certain cushioning effect to moulded case circuit breaker by second spring 44, avoid moulded case circuit breaker shell to produce the damage. In the installation, when the manpower aims at the circuit breaker mount 2 and carries out preliminary fixed, agree with the fixed mounting hole 21 of piece 41 and mount 2 and correspond, and agree with and connect in the fixed mounting hole 21 of mount 2, and agree with the inseparable laminating of the front end lateral wall of baffle 42 and mount 2, when manpower drive push pedal 31 inwards removal afterwards, second spring 44 receives the extrusion and compresses, thereby realize the cushioning effect to moulded case circuit breaker, and compression process has increased the elastic potential energy of second spring 44 to a certain extent, after the manpower disappears, second spring 44 cooperates the spacing firmly at mount 2 rear side with the even arm subassembly 332 that has warp through its self elastic potential energy and first spring 34, thereby be favorable to the fixed of follow-up bolt.

Example 2

This example differs from example 1 in that: in this embodiment, the buffering component 4 is not provided, and two fitting blocks are fixedly connected to the rear side of the mounting plate 13, and symmetrically arranged on the mounting plate 13 and used for fitting with the fixed mounting holes 21 of the fixing frame 2; the front end of the conjunction block is fixedly connected with a conjunction baffle which can be clamped at the front end of the fixed mounting hole 21 of the fixing frame 2 and used for limiting the fixing frame 2.

The above description is only two specific embodiments of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modifications made by the design concept should fall within the scope of infringing the present invention.
