Background

The abalone belongs to the gastropoda of mollusca, and the edible part of the abalone is the gastropoda thereof, so the abalone is delicious in taste and rich in nutrition and is popular with consumers. With the rapid development of cold chain transportation and the increase of consumption demand of people on fresh food, the demand of fresh abalone on the market is increasing day by day. In order to keep the flavor and taste of fresh abalone, fresh live abalone is subjected to quick freezing treatment with shell before transportation. Because the shell of abalone is uneven, adheres to other biology and silt easily, need clean its shell before carrying out quick-freeze processing and packing, can avoid polluting the abalone flesh in the later stage processing on the one hand, and on the other hand can improve the article looks of abalone, promotes the value of sale. At present most processing plants adopt the manual mode of wasing one by one to carry out the clearance of abalone shell. An operator holds the oyster knife or the pen type sander to clean or polish the abalone shell to remove silt and attachments, and then the abalone shell is washed by clean water and enters the next procedure. The manual mode of cleaning and polishing one by one is inefficient, labor cost is high, and operators are easily injured by oyster knives or polishing machines.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the abalone cleaning device provided by the invention can clean the abalones in batches at the same time, and the abalones do not need to be turned over or manually placed in the cleaning process; but clean back abalone automatic unloading need not artifical the packing, and required operation personnel are few, and operation personnel working strength is low, and operation personnel operation process does not relate to and uses sharp weapon difficult injury, and every abalone cleaning device need two operation personnel at most and can accomplish incessant, batched washing of abalone fast.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the abalone cleaning device of the present invention comprises a cleaning basket, a plurality of cleaning plates and two transmission mechanisms;

the cleaning basket is hollow and is in a cuboid shape with an opening at the top and the bottom; the top of the cleaning basket is provided with a cover plate, and the bottom of the cleaning basket is provided with a grid plate; a plurality of strip-shaped through holes are respectively formed in two opposite side surfaces of the cleaning basket; a vibration motor is arranged on one side of the cleaning basket, which is not provided with the strip-shaped through hole;

the cleaning plates respectively penetrate through the strip-shaped through holes on the two side surfaces and are arranged on the cleaning basket, the cleaning plates are parallel to each other, and the two sides of each cleaning plate are respectively provided with a sheet-shaped brush;

The working principle of the invention is as follows: before use, the bottom of the cleaning basket is closed by the grid plate, the cover plate and the vibrating motor are opened, the abalones are poured into the cleaning basket, the abalones are uniformly distributed in a gap between the cleaning plates under the driving of the vibrating motor, and the two abalones cannot be placed together side by adjusting the distance between the two adjacent cleaning plates, so that a layer of abalones is vertically paved between the two cleaning plates; then close vibrating motor, abalone and the flaky brush trickle in the clean basket, unnecessary water flows from the grid tray, then cover the apron, open drive mechanism, drive mechanism drives cleaning plate reciprocating motion, and two adjacent cleaning plate motion opposite directions, and then clean two faces of abalone simultaneously, close drive mechanism after the cleanness finishes, open vibrating motor, trickle to abalone and flaky brush once more, the filth is washed away, then take off the grid tray, under vibrating motor's vibration, the abalone drops from clean basket bottom, accomplish the washing.

From the above description, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the abalone cleaning device provided by the invention can clean the abalones in batches at the same time, the abalones do not need to be put in the cleaning device one by one, and the abalone does not need to be turned over in the cleaning process; the abalone can be automatically discharged after being cleaned, and the abalone does not need to be manually collected. The abalone cleaning device provided by the invention has the advantages that the number of required operators is small, the working intensity of the operators is low, the operators are not involved in the operation process, the operators are not easy to hurt, and each abalone cleaning device can quickly complete the uninterrupted and batch abalone cleaning by at most two operators.

Furthermore, two grooves are formed in the bottom of the cleaning basket, the opening ends of the two grooves are arranged oppositely, the width of each groove is larger than the thickness of each grid plate, and each grid plate is connected with the cleaning basket in a sliding mode through the two grooves.

Further, the sheet-shaped hairbrush comprises a mother surface and a son surface; one side of the mother surface is connected with the cleaning plate, and the other side is provided with barbed hair with a hook; round bristles are arranged on one side of the sub-surface, and nylon bristles are arranged on the other side of the sub-surface.

As can be seen from the above description, the barbed and round bristles with hooks are constructed in the same manner as the hook and loop fastener.

Further, the nylon bristles on the same subpad have different lengths.

From the above description, the nylon bristles with different lengths are beneficial to more comprehensively cleaning the rugged abalone, and dead corners are not easy to leave.
