In order to keep the flavor and taste of fresh abalone, fresh live abalone is subjected to quick freezing treatment with shell before transportation. Because the shell of abalone is uneven, adheres to other biology and silt easily, need clean its shell before carrying out quick-freeze processing and packing, can avoid polluting the abalone flesh in the later stage processing on the one hand, and on the other hand can improve the article looks of abalone, promotes the value of sale. At present most processing plants adopt the manual mode of wasing one by one to carry out the clearance of abalone shell. An operator holds the oyster knife or the pen type sander to clean or polish the abalone shell to remove silt and attachments, and then the abalone shell is washed by clean water and enters the next procedure.
