9. The home thaw device of claim 8, wherein a surface of the water receptacle extends obliquely downward in a direction proximate to the pump housing.

10. The home thaw device of claim 1, wherein the drip pan edge is flush with the pump housing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of frozen meat thawing, in particular to a household thawing device.

Background

The existing unfreezing methods comprise an air unfreezing method, a refrigeration unfreezing method, a microwave oven unfreezing method, a hot unfreezing method, a cold water or brine soaking method and a running water unfreezing method, but the unfreezing methods cannot balance the conditions that the taste of food materials is not influenced, the convenience is realized, and water resources are saved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a household unfreezing device, which realizes water circulation between a water receiving dish and a water diversion channel through a water pump box in the unfreezing process, so that quick unfreezing is realized under the condition of not influencing the taste of food materials, and the waste of water is reduced.

The household unfreezing device has the advantages that the technical problem that the taste of food materials is not influenced, convenience is realized, and water resources are saved cannot be balanced in the unfreezing method.

Specifically, this domestic thawing apparatus includes: the water collecting device comprises a water collecting vessel 4, a water pump box 5 arranged on one side of the water collecting vessel 4, a water diversion channel arranged on the water pump box 5, and a water outlet device 2 in threaded connection with the water diversion channel 1; a tray module is arranged between the water outlet device 2 and the water receiving dish 4; the tray module comprises a tray 3 and a support part; the supporting part is provided with a locking part for limiting the sliding of the tray 3; the retaining member is nested in the diversion channel 1; the tray module is used for placing food materials to be unfrozen.

In the embodiment of the invention, when food to be thawed is placed on the tray 3, the height between the tray 3 and the water outlet device 2 is proper by adjusting the supporting part of the tray module, then the power supply of the water pump box 5 is connected, when water in the water outlet device 2 flows through the food to be thawed on the tray 3, the water flows into the water receiving vessel 4, then flows into the water pump box 5, and flows through the food to be thawed on the tray 3 again through the water diversion channel 1 under the action of the water pump box 5, so that the water circulation of the water receiving vessel 4, the water pump box 5 and the water diversion channel 1 is realized.

So, at the process of food material unfreezing, realize the hydrologic cycle between water collector 4 and diversion channel 1 through water pump box 5 to the realization is not influencing the quick unfreezing under the condition of eating the material taste, and reduces the water consumption of eating material unfreezing process.

In addition, since the supporting portion of the tray module is provided with a locking member for restricting the sliding of the tray 3, it is possible to adjust the distance between the tray 3 and the water discharge device 2.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, further, the water outlet device 2 is a shower-type water outlet nozzle.

In the embodiment of the invention, the water outlet device 2 is a shower-type water outlet nozzle, so that the contact area between food materials to be thawed and water can be increased, and the time required by the thawing process is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of hollow holes are further formed on the surface of the tray 3.

In the embodiment of the invention, in order to increase the heat dissipation area of supercooled water flowing through food materials to be thawed, increase the contact area of water and air, and increase the heat dissipation effect of the food materials to be thawed, a plurality of hollow holes are arranged on the tray 3.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, further, the tray 3 is a circular tray.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, further, the edge of the circular tray extends obliquely upward and outward.

In the embodiment of the invention, the edge of the circular tray extends upwards and outwards in an inclined manner so as to prevent the food material to be thawed from falling off the circular tray.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, further, the edge of the water receiving dish 4 is flush with the water pump box.

In the embodiment of the invention, the edge of the water receiving dish 4 is flush with the water pump box, so that the applicability of up-and-down adjustment of the tray module is improved.

In order to improve the applicability of the household thawing device, in an alternative embodiment, the bottom of the tray 3 is provided with a positioning column; a positioning hole is formed at the connecting end of the supporting part and the tray; through the clearance fit of the positioning hole and the positioning column, the rotary motion of the tray on the supporting part is realized.

In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the household unfreezing device, in an alternative embodiment, the water outlet device 2 is made of a plastic material; the diversion channel 1 is made of stainless steel.

In order to increase the speed of water circulation, the water outlet of the water receiving pan 4 is arranged at the bottom of the water receiving pan 4, which is deviated from the center side and is close to the water pump box 5 side.

In order to reduce the power consumption of the water pump box 5, the surface of the water receiving dish 4 is obliquely and downwards extended in the direction close to the water pump box 5.
