The invention relates to the technical field of frozen meat thawing, in particular to a household thawing device.

Background

The existing unfreezing methods comprise an air unfreezing method, a refrigeration unfreezing method, a microwave oven unfreezing method, a hot unfreezing method, a cold water or brine soaking method and a running water unfreezing method, but the unfreezing methods cannot balance the conditions that the taste of food materials is not influenced, the convenience is realized, and water resources are saved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a household unfreezing device, which realizes water circulation between a water receiving dish and a water diversion channel through a water pump box in the unfreezing process, so that quick unfreezing is realized under the condition of not influencing the taste of food materials, and the waste of water is reduced.

So, at the process of food material unfreezing, realize the hydrologic cycle between water collector 4 and diversion channel 1 through water pump box 5 to the realization is not influencing the quick unfreezing under the condition of eating the material taste, and reduces the water consumption of eating material unfreezing process.

In addition, since the supporting portion of the tray module is provided with a locking member for restricting the sliding of the tray 3, it is possible to adjust the distance between the tray 3 and the water discharge device 2.

In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the household unfreezing device, in an alternative embodiment, the water outlet device 2 is made of a plastic material; the diversion channel 1 is made of stainless steel.

In order to increase the speed of water circulation, the water outlet of the water receiving pan 4 is arranged at the bottom of the water receiving pan 4, which is deviated from the center side and is close to the water pump box 5 side.

In order to reduce the power consumption of the water pump box 5, the surface of the water receiving dish 4 is obliquely and downwards extended in the direction close to the water pump box 5.
