The foam pressure sensor, the foam flowmeter, the water pressure sensor and the water flowmeter are respectively provided with an input signal line to be connected with the input end of the electric control module, and the output end of the electric control module is provided with an output signal line to be connected with the flow regulating valve and the electric proportional hydraulic valve.

As can be seen from fig. 3, the hydraulic motor 52 is connected to the hydraulic pump 521 and the electric proportional hydraulic valve 522 through a hydraulic pipe, and the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid entering the hydraulic motor is adjusted by the electric proportional hydraulic valve, so as to change the rotation speed of the hydraulic motor, change the rotation speed of the foam pump, and further adjust the flow rate of the foam pump.

As can be seen from fig. 4, the hydraulic motor drive shaft and the foam pump drive shaft are connected by a resilient coupling.

As can be seen from fig. 5, a rotary valve plate 562 is disposed inside the flow regulating valve, and the rotary valve plate is connected to change the sectional area of the foam pipe, so as to regulate the foam flow.

The working process of the invention is as follows: the foam liquid in the foam liquid tank enters a foam pump through a foam pipe, the foam flow is regulated through a foam pump and a flow regulating valve which are driven by a hydraulic motor, and the foam flow is measured through a foam flowmeter; meanwhile, water in the water tank enters the water pipe through the fire pump and is measured by the water pressure sensor and the water flow meter; the measured foam liquid and water are mixed in a water pipe, compressed air is output by an air compressor and mixed into foam mixed liquid, and finally the foam mixed liquid is sprayed out by a foam gun or a fire monitor.

The beneficial effect of adopting above technical scheme is: the foam pump is a large-displacement pump, is driven by a hydraulic motor with the rotating speed controlled by an electric proportional hydraulic valve, and is combined with a flow regulating valve arranged on a foam pipeline to jointly control and regulate the foam flow of the foam pipeline, so that the stepless regulation of the foam mixing proportion within the range of 0.1-10% can be realized.
