As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 6, a portion of the chain guide 1 inside the closed box 4 is defined as a cleaning section guide 12, a portion near the entrance of the closed box 4 and outside the closed box 4 is defined as an entrance end outer guide 11a, a portion near the exit of the closed box 4 and outside the closed box 4 is defined as an exit end outer guide 13a, and both the entrance end outer guide 11a and the exit end outer guide 13a are higher than the cleaning section guide 12; the cleaning section guide rail 12 and the inlet end external guide rail are in transition through a front arc section 11b at 11a, and the cleaning section guide rail 12 and the outlet end external guide rail 13a are in transition through a rear arc section 13 b. Compared with a conventional flat guide rail structure, the concave structure of the guide rail cleaning section can effectively prevent water and cleaning agents in the sealed box body 4 from flowing back to the outside of the sealed box body 4, and avoid influencing an upstream guide rail and a downstream guide rail of the sealed box body 4.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, wherein, a chain automatic lubricating device 10 is further provided at the downstream of the closed box 4, the chain automatic lubricating device 10 includes: oil tank 101, defeated oil pipe 102, waste oil bucket 103, shell 104, wherein, the oil outlet end of defeated oil pipe 102 is located the top of carrying chain 2, and the oil inlet end of defeated oil pipe 102 connects oil tank 101, and oil tank 101 is provided with the control valve (not specifically shown in the figure), and waste oil bucket 103 sets up in the below of carrying chain 2 and corresponding with the oil outlet end position of defeated oil pipe 102, and the oil outlet end of defeated oil pipe 102 and waste oil bucket 103 all are located shell 104.

The method for cleaning the hanger on line by using the online automatic cleaning equipment for the hanger on the spraying production line comprises the following steps:

s100, washing with water in the previous step: in a spraying production line, after a workpiece after being sprayed and cured is discharged, the conveying chain 2 conveys the hanger 3 into the closed box body 4, in a front-path washing area, under the action of a water circulating pump 51 connected with a front-path washing tank 5, a plurality of high-pressure water nozzles on water spray pipes 52 on two sides spray oppositely to spray high-pressure water to the conveying chain 2 and the hanger 3 to form a water curtain, the conveying chain 23 and the hanger 3 are subjected to front-path washing, and dust on the surfaces of the conveying chain 2 and the hanger 3 is washed away; the water pressure range of the high-pressure water is approximately 5-8 MPa, and the actual water pressure is preferably a low value in the range because the previous washing is mainly used for washing off surface dust.

S200, cleaning with a medicament: after the previous washing, the hanging tool 3 is conveyed into a reagent washing area by the conveying chain 2, under the action of a reagent circulating pump 61 connected with the reagent washing tank 6, a plurality of high-pressure spraying nozzles on the spraying pipes 62 on two sides spray the reagents oppositely, and the high-pressure washing reagents are sprayed to the conveying chain 2 and the hanging tool 3, namely, the high-efficiency paint removing and plastic removing reagents commonly used in the field, so that the solidified powder or paint adhered to the surfaces of the conveying chain 2 and the hanging tool 3 is removed, and the pressure range of the high-pressure washing reagents is approximately 5-8 MPa.

S300, later washing: after the medicament is cleaned, the hanging tool 3 is conveyed into a next washing area by the conveying chain 2, and in the next washing area, under the action of a water circulating pump 71 connected with a next washing tank 7, a plurality of high-pressure water nozzles on water spraying pipes 72 on two sides spray water oppositely to spray high-pressure water to the conveying chain 2 and the hanging tool 3 so as to wash the medicament and the insufficiently-fallen solidified powder or paint on the surfaces of the conveying chain 2 and the hanging tool 3; the high-pressure water range of the subsequent water washing is approximately 5-8 MPa, and the actual water pressure preferably has a high value in the range, so that the surfaces of the conveying chain 2 and the hanging tool 3 are washed more cleanly and thoroughly.

S400, drying: after the subsequent washing, the hanger 3 is sent into the drying area 8 by the conveying chain 2, and the conveying chain 2 and the hanger 3 are dried by the drying device 81.

According to the operational requirements, the following lubrication steps can also be carried out on the conveyor chain 2:

s500, automatic lubrication: after the conveying chain 2 with the hanger 3 leaves the airtight box 4, the conveying chain 2 is lubricated through the automatic chain lubricating device 10, specifically, a control valve is opened, lubricating oil in the oil tank 101 drips on the conveying chain 2 through the oil conveying pipe 102 to lubricate the conveying chain 2, and waste oil after lubrication is collected through a waste oil barrel 103 below the conveying chain 2.

After the online cleaning of the hanger is completed, the conveying chain 2 conveys the hanger 3 to workpiece loading, and then the next cycle of workpiece spraying can be started.

According to the invention, the on-line automatic cleaning equipment for the hangers is arranged on the existing spraying production line, so that the on-line automatic cleaning of the conveying chains and the spraying hangers and the automatic lubrication of the chains are realized, the hangers are replaced and cleaned manually, the production efficiency is improved while a large amount of labor is saved, the spare hangers do not need to be prepared additionally, and the cost of the hangers is greatly saved; and the environmental protection is better.
