The lithium battery classification and collection device according to claim 1, further comprising a first collection part (6) and a second collection part (7), wherein the first collection part (6) is communicated with the first material guiding part (18) for collecting lithium batteries of one size or shape, and the second collection part (7) is communicated with the second material guiding part (31) for collecting lithium batteries of another size or shape.

4. The lithium battery classification and collection device according to claim 1, further comprising a feeding mechanism (4), wherein the feeding mechanism (4) comprises:

a material transferring part (41) positioned between the second filtering part (324) and the first collecting part (6) and used for receiving the lithium battery with one size or shape falling in the second filtering part (324), wherein a rotating part (43) positioned on the bearing part (5) is arranged on the material transferring part (41); and

the transmission assembly (42) is positioned between the driving mechanism (2) and the material transferring part (41), the driving mechanism (2) drives the material transferring part (41) to rotate around the rotating part (43) through the transmission assembly (42) and is used for feeding lithium batteries of one size or shape into the first collecting part (6); and

and the resetting component (44) is connected with the material transferring part (41) and is used for driving the material transferring part (41) to reset.

The lithium battery classifying and collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the scraping part (14) is provided with a plurality of partitions (142) distributed at intervals, and the distance between two adjacent partitions (142) only allows lithium batteries of one size or shape to pass through.

In summary, the driving mechanism 2 drives the lithium batteries in the storage portion 12 to move through the sweeping portion 14, the first filtering portion 121 on the storage portion 12 is designed to enable the lithium batteries with one size or shape to fall from the first filtering portion 121, the lithium batteries with another size or shape are driven by the scraping part 14 to the second material guiding part 31 of the impurity removing mechanism 3, the lithium batteries with another size or shape with one size or shape are moved together in the second material guiding part 31, the second filtering part 324 in the second material guiding part 31 and the first filtering part 121 are designed in the same way, so that the lithium batteries with one size or shape in motion can automatically enter the second filtering part 324 to complete further screening, thereby realize the function that the button lithium cell that mingles with in the cylindrical lithium cell was screened out automatically, possess the characteristics that work efficiency is high.
