When a new wear-resistant sleeve 12 is installed in the shaft hole of the hammer handle 13, the hammer handle 13 is put on the U-shaped plate 10, the wear-resistant sleeve 12 is opposite to the shaft hole, the pressing part is opposite to the wear-resistant sleeve 12, and the wear-resistant sleeve 12 is pressed into the shaft hole.

The top of the door-shaped frame 8 can be connected with a driving mechanism in a threaded connection mode, when the hammer handle 13 is disassembled, the lower pull rod 16 is inserted into the shaft hole of the hammer handle 13, two ends of the lower pull rod 16 are respectively connected to the end parts of two sides of the opening of the door-shaped frame 8, and the hammer handle 13 can be disassembled by driving the door-shaped frame 8 to move downwards. In order to ensure that the pin 15 and the wear-resistant sleeve 12 can be removed from the same lower pressing shaft 7, the outer diameter of the pin 15 is smaller than the inner diameter of the wear-resistant sleeve 12. on the basis of the above embodiment, it is further preferable that the lower pressing shaft 7 is a stepped shaft, the diameter of the lower part of the stepped shaft is smaller than the diameter of the upper part of the stepped shaft, and the width of the U-shaped opening of the U-shaped plate 10 is larger than the outer diameter of the wear-resistant sleeve 12 and the thickness of the hammer handle.
