7. Razor head according to claim 6, wherein the razor head has a power take-off, the bearing or guide being arranged at least to be coupled to the power take-off.

8. Razor head according to claim 6, wherein the razor head housing is at least arranged to be coupled to at least one of a bearing-like structure, a rail structure, or a combination thereof.

9. A shaving apparatus comprising at least a grip portion and a shaving head, characterized in that the shaving apparatus is assembled at least using a shaving head according to any one of claims 6-8, at least one blade, blade unit, or a combination thereof, at least one of which is arranged to be coupled to at least one of a bearing-like structure, a guide rail, or a combination thereof.

10. A shaving apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein the blades and/or blade units are driven by at least one of manual, electric or a combination thereof.

Background

Hair removal devices are special cutting tools for beard, sweat hair and hair, which are distinguished from slicing and the like, and include, according to blade classification, three main categories, namely, shell-less blades, framed/shelled blades and shrouded blades with stationary and stationary blades; the power forms include manual and electric. Disclosure of Invention

A blade unit structure is at least one blade unit configured to couple to at least one of a bearing-like structure, a rail, or a combination thereof.

At least one blade, blade unit, or a combination thereof, at least one of which is configured to couple to a bearing-like structure, a rail, or a combination thereof; the blade and/or blade unit can be connected at least to the inner ring of the bearing or to the movable part of the guide rail; the guide rail comprises a sliding guide rail and a ball guide rail; the bearing and the guide rail can be made of at least one of metal, ceramic, plastic or a combination thereof; the blade unit may be of any of the various known blade unit configurations; the blades and/or blade units include blades and/or blade units of manual and electric shavers.

Preferred bearing-like structures include at least one of rolling bearings, sliding bearings, non-contact bearings, or combinations thereof; the bearing can be a spherical bearing, a needle bearing, a joint bearing or a self-aligning bearing; since both the bearing and the guide track can be shaped to change, the blade or blade unit can follow the contour of the skin surface once attached to the bearing and the guide track.

Preferred non-contact bearings include at least one of magnetic bearings, gas bearings, electromagnetic bearings, or combinations thereof.

The preferred bearing is at least one of a maintenance-free bearing, a self-lubricating bearing, or a combination thereof; such as the self-lubricating rolling bearings of the elgs, plain bearings and linear guides.

The four faces (sides and blade front and back) of the blade assembly may be part of the four sides of the blade mount/housing frame; after assembly of the blade assembly with the blade housing/base and addition of the guard and lubricant head, the blade assembly becomes a blade cartridge that is connected to the grip portion by a pivotal connection to become a complete razor.

The preferred structure of blade and skin supporting surface or blade supporting part guarantees that blade and beard contained angle setting is with close perpendicular as the priority, including blade perpendicular to beard and cutting edge inclined plane perpendicular to beard, and the blade cutting edge can be divided into single inclined plane cutting edge and double inclined plane cutting edge.

Preferred blade or blade unit arrangements are secured by welding, gluing, welding, snapping, riveting, threading or combinations thereof, at least one of which fixedly connects the blade and the frame support.

Preferred blades or blade unit materials are at least one of metal based, alloy based, plastic and polymer based, ceramic based, semiconductor materials, or combinations thereof; the blade supporting and fixing part is made of at least one of metal, ceramic, glass, compound, plastic, polymer, semiconductor material or combination thereof; the supporting part is a thin strip/plate or a line; the sheet/tape or wire comprises at least one of rigid and flexible or a combination thereof.

The preferred blade and the edge part of the supporting part of the hollow frame in the same direction have at least two blades, and at least one pair of blades are opposite; the blade unit has at least two blades which are not parallel; it is common for two adjacent blades to be non-parallel to facilitate removal of shaving debris.

The preferred plate-shaped hollow frame support is less than 2mm thick, preferably less than 1 mm thick, most preferably less than 0.3mm, such as 0.2 mm thick.

Preferably the adjacent edge tip clearance is greater than the blade distal surface clearance.

A shaving head/cartridge comprising at least a blade and a power take off, being a shaving head formed using at least the blade structure, blade unit structure of any one of the preceding claims, at least one blade, blade unit, or combinations thereof, at least one of which is configured to couple to at least one of a bearing-like structure, a guide, or combinations thereof; the power output part of the manual shaver is a connecting structure of the blade holder and the holding handle or a frame of the blade holder;

in the blade unit, preferably, only the blade edge tip contacts or approaches the skin, the included angle between at least one partial surface of the blade edge on the skin contact side of the blade and the skin contact side surface of the plate-shaped hollow frame is more than 0 degree, and the included angle between at least the adjacent surface of the blade edge and the skin contact side surface of the plate-shaped hollow frame is more than 0 degree; the plate shape is generally a thin plate and comprises a plane thin plate and a curved surface thin plate, the curved surface thin plate is mostly a large-curvature thin plate, the thickness of the thin plate is mostly in millimeter level and below, and at least one blade is arranged in the hollow frame supporting part; the blade can be a polygon, a non-matrix blade edge or an existing blade; the blade can be fixedly connected in the edge part of the plate-shaped hollow frame, two ends of the blade can be connected on the surfaces of a pair of edges of the frame, and the support part of the hollow frame is formed by integral forming, assembly forming or combination of the integral forming and the assembly forming; forming a blade holder or a blade head alone or in combination with the housing; simple pivotal connections can also be added to form a simple blade holder/bit; the complexity may also be such that a fixed connection structure, a lubricant and a guard may be added and connected to the housing/shell to form a cartridge/shaver head.

The blade, the blade unit and the blade holder are preferably provided with two skin supporting parts, and at least one skin supporting part is a plate-shaped hollow frame; one of the two skin supporting parts mainly plays a role of supporting skin, the other one mainly plays a role of contacting or approaching the skin, the surface shapes of the two skin supporting parts can be flat or curved, and the surface shapes of the two skin supporting parts are approximately similar or similar in outline.

The preferable skin contact supporting part has the function of a blade supporting part, the skin contact supporting part can be in a plate shape or a three-dimensional shape with an additional side elevation, and the blade supporting part can be a shaft or a surface; the blade holder is formed of a blade unit structure having at least one of a support side, guard, lubrication, housing, mount, connector, or combinations thereof, and the support may also have a continuous outer surface, such as a partially continuous closed curve, polyhedron, or the like.

Preferred blade unit positioning features are formed by stamping, cutting, bonding, welding, fusing, snapping, riveting, threading, molding, wire cutting, etching, additive manufacturing, subtractive machining, or combinations thereof, to form at least one of the features.

A shaving apparatus comprising at least a grip portion and a shaving head, the shaving apparatus being assembled using at least the shaving head of any one of the preceding claims, at least one blade, blade unit, or a combination thereof, at least one of which is configured to couple to at least one of a bearing-like structure, a rail, or a combination thereof; the shaver can be driven manually or electrically, and also can be provided with an electric power driving part, the plate-shaped hollow frame, the blade unit or the combination thereof are driven through the transmission connecting part, and the electric shaver can be formed as long as the plate-shaped hollow frame is connected with the transmission connecting part.

The preferred drive means for the blades and/or blade units is at least one of manual, electric, or a combination thereof.

Preferred modes of movement of the blades and/or blade units are at least one of rotary, reciprocating, following, or combinations thereof; the follow-up refers to a manual shaver.

In the first embodiment, an integral hollow stainless steel plate frame is used as a blade supporting part, and the stainless steel plate is made of a stainless steel sheet material; the specification model is JDA11, the outside dimension of the stainless steel plate frame of a single blade unit is diameter 40 × thickness 0.3mm, the side widths of the stainless steel plate frame are all 2mm, the longest length of a single blade is 36mm of a triangular prism, the cross section perpendicular to the blade is 0.3mm in height and 0.3mm in bottom edge, the bevel side triangle formed by connecting the vertex of the blade and the midpoint of the bottom edge is removed, the included angle of the blade is about 18 degrees, the radius of the tip of the blade is not more than 10 micrometers, the angle of the blade and the skin contact surface of the integral hollow stainless steel plate frame is about 63 degrees, and the gap of the blade is 0.3 mm; the blades are uniformly arranged in the frame at intervals; fixing a thin plate on a workbench, adopting a three-axis laser processing machine tool, firstly processing the shape of a blade and the interior of a frame in sequence according to the design parameters of the blade, then adopting laser polishing or etching process to finely process the blade tip to make the radius of the blade less than 10 micrometers, the blade component or the blade unit can be fixedly connected with a separable buckle of an inner ring of a maintenance-free self-aligning spherical bearing with the inner diameter of 40mm, the surface of the skin contact surface of a whole hollow stainless steel plate frame and the surface of the skin contact side of the bearing are approximately the same large-curvature curved surface, the tip end of a blade edge is approximately flush with the surface of the skin contact side of the whole hollow stainless steel plate frame, the inner ring of the self-aligning bearing is detachably connected with the driving output end of a shaver, the outer ring of the self-aligning spherical bearing and the outer shell of the shaver head are fixedly assembled into a complete blade frame or a shaver head, and the shell and a holding handle part of a built-in power driving part are detachably connected through threads to form the shaver.

In the second embodiment, the blade material is adopted; the specification model is martensitic stainless steel 6Cr13, the maximum dimension of a single blade is length 36 × width 1.2 × thickness 0.15mm, the radius of the tip of a blade edge is not more than 10 micrometers, the skin contact side surface is formed by the skin contact side surface of a bearing, the angle between the blade and the skin contact surface is about 20 degrees, the gap of the blade edge is 0.3mm, the blade edge protrudes 10 micrometers from the skin contact surface, and the blades are uniformly arranged in a supporting frame at intervals; processing a single blade by adopting a traditional process, temporarily positioning the angle and the position of the blade by utilizing an auxiliary positioning tool, moving the blade tool to enable the blade to be positioned inside the self-lubricating bearing inner ring with the diameter of 36mm, adjusting the positions of the blade and a frame to enable the end part of the longitudinal side surface of the blade to be in contact with and fixed on the inner side surface of the bearing inner ring by adopting an adhesive or welding, applying the adhesive can also adopt 3D printing, and the adhesive can also be ultraviolet cured; the outer edge of the blade supporting frame is provided with a sliding end matched with the inverted L-shaped slideway, the blade supporting frame is provided with an L-shaped slideway circular easy-to-standard self-lubricating bearing, the blade supporting frame is in contact with the inverted L-shaped slideway bearing matched with the blade supporting frame through elasticity, the outer side of the inverted L-shaped slideway bearing matched with the blade supporting frame is fixedly connected with a shaving head shell, the surface of a blade unit and the skin contact side surface outside the self-lubricating bearing are approximately in the same plane and the same plane profile, the L-shaped slideway circular easy-to-standard self-lubricating bearing of the blade supporting frame is detachably connected with a driving output end, and a handle holding part connected with the driving part after other structures are perfected can be flexibly selected according to design expectation to form the shaving device.

In the third embodiment, a plurality of blades are assembled into a blade unit with an integral structure in advance, a circular self-lubricating sliding bearing is respectively arranged on two side edges of a shell of the blade holder to support the blade assembly or the blade unit, the outer surface of the blade assembly or the blade unit and the inner side surface of the blade holder form mutually matched spherical surfaces, preferably, the two mutually matched spherical surfaces can also be self-lubricating sliding bearing surfaces, a complete blade holder or a complete blade head is formed by arranging a protection part, a lubricating strip and a pivoting connecting part, and a handle is connected to form the manual shaving device after other rest structures are perfected according to design expectation.

In a fourth embodiment, similar to a conventional reciprocating electric shaver, a housing of a shaving head without a fixed cutter corresponds to a hollow fixed cutter holder, and for convenience of understanding and description, the housing of the shaving head corresponds to the fixed cutter holder substantially identically, the shaving head is provided therein with a blade, a transmission output end and a housing, the housing has a substantially rectangular shape surrounding the shaving head, the blade unit or the blade is substantially flush with at least one outer side surface of the housing by its own structural dimension, the housing skin contact side surface has a shape of a continuous curved surface and a continuous curved surface contour with the blade or the blade unit skin contact side surface, the blade unit or the blade support is provided on a rail sliding portion, both ends of the rail are connected to the inner side surface of the housing, the housing corresponds to a contact fixing support portion of the rail, the rail sliding portion is connected to the transmission output end of the shaving head by a rod or a housing structure, the separable razor head is coupled to a grip handle having a powered portion to form a razor.
