the first angle steel comprises a first horizontal section and a first vertical section which are fixedly connected, the first vertical section is perpendicular to the first horizontal section, and the first horizontal section is used for being fixed on a ship hull outer plate;

the second angle steel comprises a second horizontal section and a second vertical section which are fixedly connected, the second vertical section is perpendicular to the second horizontal section, the second horizontal section is provided with a long groove, and the length direction of the long groove extends along the width direction of the second horizontal section;

the first vertical section is attached to the second vertical section, and the first base component further comprises a fastener which is fixedly connected between the first vertical section and the second vertical section so as to fixedly connect the first angle steel and the second angle steel;

The mounting base for the marine windscreen wiper as claimed in claim 2, wherein a hand wheel is connected to the other end of the threaded adjusting rod in a rotation stopping manner, and the outer contour of the hand wheel is located between the first horizontal segment and the second horizontal segment.

The mounting base for the marine wiper blade as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first vertical section and the second vertical section are provided with friction portions on opposite sides thereof, the friction portions are a plurality of parallel convex ridges arranged at intervals, and the length direction of the convex ridges is perpendicular to the length direction of the first angle steel.

7. The mounting base for the marine wiper blade as recited in claim 6, wherein a groove is formed between two adjacent ridges, and the groove is engaged with the ridges.

8. The mounting base for the marine wiper blade as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a wiper rail, wherein the end of the wiper rail is provided with a connecting hole, and a fixing bolt is inserted into the connecting hole and the elongated slot.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of marine windscreen wipers, in particular to a mounting base of a marine windscreen wiper.

Background

On a ship, a marine wiper is usually installed outside a front window of a cab, and due to the fact that rainwater or seawater adheres to the front window glass to influence the sight line, water drops can be timely scraped off by the marine wiper to guarantee good sight line.

The Chinese invention patent application with application publication number CN112092978A and application publication number 2020.12.18 discloses a bracket assembly of a marine wiper, and particularly discloses that the bracket assembly comprises a first bracket body arranged on the outer side of window glass, the section of the first bracket body is L-shaped, the first bracket body comprises a first fixing plate and a first mounting plate, the first fixing plate and the first mounting plate are fixed on a ship body, and the first mounting plate is provided with a first mounting hole for fixing a sliding rail of the wiper; and the second support body is used for being arranged between two adjacent window glass bodies, the section of the second support body is in a T shape, the second support body comprises a second fixing plate and a second mounting plate, the second fixing plate is used for being fixed on the ship body, the second mounting plate is provided with a second mounting hole and a third mounting hole, the second mounting hole and the third mounting hole are used for fixing the sliding rails of two adjacent windscreen wipers respectively, and the second mounting hole and the third mounting hole are located on two sides of the second fixing plate.

When the support assembly of the existing marine windscreen wiper is used, fasteners used for being inserted into corresponding mounting holes are respectively arranged at two ends of a sliding rail of the translational windscreen wiper, so that the mounting requirements of the windscreen wiper are met.

In practice, when the wiper blade is attached, a distance between an upper end of the rubber strip and an upper edge of the windshield glass is generally required. However, when the windscreen wiper base is installed, the windscreen wiper base cannot be installed in place on site due to deformation of a hull structure or installation and construction errors of the windscreen wiper base; if the welding is relocated after cutting, the deformation of the hull plate can be further caused, and the construction cost and time are increased by reworking.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a mounting base for a marine wiper blade, which solves the problem that the marine wiper blade cannot be mounted in place on site due to deformation of a hull structure or mounting construction errors of the wiper blade base; if the welding of relocating after the cutting can further cause the deformation of hull planking, the problem of construction cost and time has been increased in the rework.

The technical scheme of the mounting base of the marine windscreen wiper comprises the following steps:

the mounting base of the marine windscreen wiper comprises a first base assembly and a second base assembly which are arranged at intervals, the structure of the first base assembly is the same as that of the second base assembly, and the first base assembly comprises first angle steel and second angle steel;

the first angle steel comprises a first horizontal section and a first vertical section which are fixedly connected, the first vertical section is perpendicular to the first horizontal section, and the first horizontal section is used for being fixed on a ship hull outer plate;

the second angle steel comprises a second horizontal section and a second vertical section which are fixedly connected, the second vertical section is perpendicular to the second horizontal section, the second horizontal section is provided with a long groove, and the length direction of the long groove extends along the width direction of the second horizontal section;

the first vertical section is attached to the second vertical section, and the first base component further comprises a fastener which is fixedly connected between the first vertical section and the second vertical section so as to fixedly connect the first angle steel and the second angle steel;

the end part of the first angle steel is provided with a first reinforcing rib, the second angle steel is provided with a second reinforcing rib, a thread adjusting piece is connected between the first reinforcing rib and the second reinforcing rib, and the length direction of the thread adjusting piece extends in parallel to the length direction of the first angle steel so as to adjust the relative position of the first angle steel and the second angle steel after the fastener is loosened.

Furthermore, a threaded hole is formed in the first reinforcing rib, the threaded adjusting piece is in threaded fit with the threaded hole, a through hole is formed in the second reinforcing rib, one end of the threaded adjusting piece is rotatably arranged in the through hole in a penetrating mode, two blocking pieces are arranged at the end portion of the threaded adjusting piece at intervals, and the two blocking pieces are located on two sides of the second reinforcing rib respectively.

Furthermore, the other end of the threaded adjusting rod is connected with a hand wheel in a rotation stopping manner, and the outer contour of the hand wheel is located between the first horizontal section and the second horizontal section.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

In embodiment 1 of the mounting base for the marine wiper blade according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the mounting base for the marine wiper blade includes a first base component 1 and a second base component 2 which are arranged at an interval, the structure of the first base component 1 is the same as that of the second base component 2, and the first base component 1 includes a first angle steel 11 and a second angle steel 12; the first angle steel 11 comprises a first horizontal section 111 and a first vertical section 112 which are fixedly connected, the first vertical section 112 is perpendicular to the first horizontal section 111, and the first horizontal section 111 is used for being fixed on a hull outer plate; the second angle iron 12 includes a second horizontal section 121 and a second vertical section 122 fixedly connected to each other, the second vertical section 122 is perpendicular to the second horizontal section 121, the second horizontal section 121 is provided with a long groove 124, and a length direction of the long groove 124 extends along a width direction of the second horizontal section 121.

The first vertical section 112 and the second vertical section 122 are attached to each other, and the first base component 1 further comprises a fastener which is fastened between the first vertical section 112 and the second vertical section 122 so as to fixedly connect the first angle steel 11 and the second angle steel 12; the end of the first angle steel 11 is provided with a first reinforcing rib 113, the second angle steel 12 is provided with a second reinforcing rib 123, a threaded adjusting part 14 is connected between the first reinforcing rib 113 and the second reinforcing rib 123, and the length direction of the threaded adjusting part 14 extends in parallel to the length direction of the first angle steel 11 so as to adjust the relative position of the first angle steel 11 and the second angle steel 12 after the fastener is loosened.

And, the screw thread adjusting part 14 is set between the first reinforcing rib 113 of the first angle steel 11 and the second reinforcing rib 123 of the second angle steel 12, the second angle steel 12 can be driven to move relatively to the first angle steel 11 by the screw thread adjusting part 14, so that the position of the second angle steel 12 can be adjusted along the length direction of the first angle steel 11 after the fastener is loosened, that is, the position of the first angle steel 11 can be adjusted up and down when the first angle steel 11 is welded and fixed on the hull outer plate. When the ship body structure is deformed or the installation construction error of the windscreen wiper base occurs, the installation position of the windscreen wiper can be adjusted on site, the distance between the upper end of the windscreen wiper and the upper edge of the front window glass is ensured to meet the requirement, and the problem that construction cost and time are wasted due to reworking is avoided.

The first vertical section 112 and/or the second vertical section 122 are/is provided with an adjusting long hole 114, the length direction of the adjusting long hole 114 extends along the length direction of the first angle steel 11, the fastening piece is a fastening bolt 13 which is arranged in the adjusting long hole 114 in a penetrating mode, and a nut is assembled on the fastening bolt 13 in a threaded mode. In this embodiment, the first vertical section 112 is provided with two long adjustment holes 114, the two long adjustment holes 114 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first angle steel 11, the second vertical section 122 is provided with two through holes 125, the two through holes 25 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second angle steel 12, and the fastening bolt 13 is inserted into the long adjustment holes 114 and the corresponding through holes 125.

Two adjusting long holes 114 are formed in the first vertical section 112 of the first angle steel 11, two through holes 125 are correspondingly formed in the second vertical section 122 of the second angle steel 12, fastening bolts 13 penetrate through the adjusting long holes 114 and the corresponding through holes 125, and the first angle steel 11 and the second angle steel 12 are clamped and fixed through the fastening bolts 13, nuts and nut gaskets. A hand wheel 141 is connected to the other end of the screw adjustment lever 14 in a rotation-stop manner, and an outer contour of the hand wheel 141 is located between the first horizontal section 111 and the second horizontal section 121.

When the hand wheel 141 is rotated to drive the threaded adjusting piece 14 to rotate, the threaded adjusting piece 14 is in threaded fit with the threaded hole of the first reinforcing rib 113, so that axial driving force is generated; through the axial stop cooperation formed between the two blocking pieces 142 at the end of the threaded adjusting piece 14 and the second reinforcing rib 123, the purpose of driving the second angle steel 12 to move along the length direction of the first angle steel 11 is finally achieved.

In order to improve the fastening effect between the first angle steel 11 and the second angle steel 12, friction parts are respectively arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the first vertical section 112 and the second vertical section 122, the friction parts are a plurality of convex ridges 15 which are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the length direction of the convex ridges 15 is perpendicular to the length direction of the first angle steel 11. The wiper guide rail 3 and the second horizontal section 121 of the second angle steel 12 are mounted in the connecting hole and the long groove 124 through the fixing bolt, and the position of the wiper guide rail 3 can be adjusted along the length direction of the long groove 124 according to mounting requirements, so that the purpose of adjusting the mounting position of the wiper guide rail 3 left and right is achieved.
