Background

Snow disasters are common natural disasters in winter in the north, most areas in the north have long ice and snow periods, and snow accumulation and line burying of a track bed are easily caused by natural phenomena of snow falling or wind snow blowing and the like in many sections of railways. In parts of northeast, northeast China and northeast China interior, severe traffic jam is often caused by accumulated snow and accumulated ice in winter, railway lines are interrupted, and normal operation of transportation work is seriously influenced. In addition, after long-term retention and freezing of snow, a hard ice layer is formed on the surface of the snow. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1-6, the railway track snow cleaning device disclosed by the invention comprises a running trolley 1, wherein the running trolley 1 comprises an engine and a roller, and the roller adopts a spool matched with a rail, so that the running trolley 1 can conveniently run on the rail. A box body 2 is fixedly arranged above the running trolley 1, a snow shoveling bucket 3 and a crushing assembly are arranged on the side wall of the box body 2 in the advancing direction, a collecting assembly and a processing device are arranged in the box body 2, and a blowing device and a control system for automatic control are arranged on the side wall of the box body 2, which is symmetrical to the snow shoveling bucket 3. The bottom surface front end of the snow shovel 3 extends forward and is a wedge-shaped surface, so that the snow shovel 3 can collect accumulated snow on the rail surface into the snow shovel 3 conveniently. The rear end of the snow shovel 3 is integrally of a conical structure, so that the collection of the collecting assembly is convenient. The side wall of the box body 2 which is symmetrical to the snow shovel 3 is provided with a standing plate 21 and a handle 22 which are convenient for an operator to stand. The control system comprises an electric cabinet 4 fixedly arranged on the side wall of the box body 2 at the same side with the standing plate 21, a controller arranged in the electric cabinet 4 and a control button 41 in signal connection with the controller. The control buttons 41 include an air extractor control button, a lifting button, an air source control button, a heating button, a snow melt agent spraying button, and a crushing button.

The crushing assembly comprises two packing augers 51 vertically and rotatably connected between the upper wall and the lower wall of the snow shoveling bucket 3 close to the inlet, belt pulleys 52 respectively and coaxially and fixedly connected to the upper ends of the central shafts of the packing augers 51, belts 53 in transmission connection with the two belt pulleys 52, and a driving motor 54 fixedly connected to the upper side wall of the snow shoveling bucket 3 and coaxially and fixedly connected with one of the belt pulleys 52, wherein the driving motor 54 is in signal connection with a controller. The crushing button is pressed down, the controller controls the driving motor 54 to work, so that the belt pulley 52 is driven to rotate coaxially, the belt pulley 52 rotates to drive the two packing augers 51 to rotate together, the packing augers 51 crush the accumulated snow entering the snow shovel 3, and the subsequent operation is facilitated.

The collecting assembly comprises a collecting box 61 fixedly arranged inside the box body 2, an exhaust fan 62 fixedly connected to the side wall of the collecting box 61 and a conveying pipeline 63 for communicating the collecting box 61 with the snow shovel 3, wherein the conveying pipeline 63 is a hose. The suction fan 62 is in signal connection with the controller. Pressing down the air exhauster control button, opening air exhauster 62, under the effect of air exhauster 62 suction, the snow after smashing can get into through pipeline 63 and collect in the case 61 and store.

The treatment device comprises a snow melt agent spraying assembly and a heating assembly. The snow-melting agent spraying assembly comprises a storage box 71 arranged at the top of the collecting box 61, a spraying head 72 uniformly and fixedly arranged on the inner top surface of the collecting box 61 and a feeding pipe 73 communicating the storage box 71 with the outside. The spray header 72 is communicated with the storage tank 71 through a pipeline, a solenoid valve 74 is arranged on a connecting pipe 82 of the spray header 72 and the storage tank 71, and the solenoid valve 74 is in signal connection with the controller. The charging pipe 73 is used to add the snow melting agent into the storage tank 71. The snow-melting agent spraying button is pressed, the electromagnetic valve 74 is opened by the controller, the snow-melting agent in the storage tank 71 is sprayed into the collection box 61 through the spray head 72, and the melting of the snow is accelerated; the heating assembly comprises electric heating wires 76 which are uniformly distributed on the inner side wall of the collecting box 61, the electric heating wires 76 are in signal connection with the controller, the heating button is pressed, and the controller controls the electric heating wires 76 to work to generate heat so as to further accelerate the melting of the accumulated snow. The side wall of the collecting box 61 is connected with a drain pipe 75, the drain pipe 75 extends outwards to the outside of the two sides of the rail, and the melted snow water is discharged to the two sides of the rail through the drain pipe 75.

The blowing device comprises an air source 81 arranged inside the box body 2, two connecting pipes 82 which are communicated with the air source 81 and symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the box body 2, and blowing nozzles 83 uniformly arranged on the connecting pipes 82, wherein the directions of the blowing nozzles 83 on the two connecting pipes 82 are opposite, and the air source 81 is in signal connection with the controller. Pressing down air supply control button, air supply 81 is opened to the controller, and the shower nozzle 83 that sweeps can sweep the remaining snow on the track, makes track snow clearance cleaner.

Be provided with lifting unit on the snow shovel 3, lifting unit includes connecting plate 91 of fixed connection on snow shovel 3 lateral wall, sets up vertical spout 92 on box 2 lateral wall, sliding fit is in slider 93 in the spout 92 and articulate the push cylinder 94 on the box 2 inside wall. The lifting button is pressed down, the controller controls the pushing cylinder 94 to work, the piston rod end of the pushing cylinder 94 pulls the sliding block 93 to move upwards along the direction of the sliding groove 92, the sliding block 93 moves to further drive the connecting plate 91 to move upwards together with the snow shovel 3, the lifting button is pressed down again in the same way, the pushing cylinder 94 controls the snow shovel 3 to fall down, the lifting button is pressed down again, and the pushing cylinder 94 stops working, so that the height of the snow shovel 3 is adjusted. When the running trolley 1 moves forwards, the bottom edge of the snow shovel 3 is clamped on a rail sleeper due to uneven ground, and the height of the snow shovel 3 can be adjusted by controlling the lifting button to solve the problem.
