1. A vending apparatus, comprising:

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic vending equipment, and particularly relates to automatic vending equipment and a mode for randomly selling goods.

Background

In the existing automatic vending equipment, a customer selects and sells commodities in the commodity selling process, and after the customer selects and pays for the determined commodities, the automatic vending equipment provides the determined commodities to the customer by having certainty.

In some automatic vending equipment for random vending, although freshness is brought by uncertainty of commodity purchase, in such automatic vending equipment, commodity value and commodity category in a single automatic vending equipment are generally close to each other, and after the equipment is placed for a long time, freshness provided for customers is gradually weakened, so that the equipment is not beneficial to long-time popularization and use.

Disclosure of Invention

The main object of the present invention is to provide an automatic vending apparatus and a mode for randomly selling goods, which can provide a variety of goods display and shipment through different sections.

According to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vending apparatus comprising: the machine case comprises a machine case main body, wherein the machine case main body comprises a conventional commodity display part positioned above and a preferred commodity display part positioned below, the conventional commodity display part comprises a top storage chamber for storing conventional commodities in a centralized mode, a turntable mechanism for stirring the conventional commodities is arranged below the top storage chamber, a first goods outlet is arranged below the turntable mechanism, the preferred commodity display part comprises a plurality of display windows arranged in rows, and each display window is provided with a display door capable of being opened independently and automatically; the man-machine interaction part comprises a ticket outlet and a ticket exchanging part, the ticket outlet is used for sequentially issuing tickets for exchanging goods, the tickets are scanned by the ticket exchanging part, and the case body rotates to discharge goods from the first ticket outlet or open the display door specified by the tickets to take goods by driving the turntable mechanism.

According to the mode of random sale of goods as described in the second aspect of the present invention, the preferred goods have a size greater than the conventional goods, and the preferred goods in the third display window have a size greater than the preferred goods in the second display window.

The mode of random sale of goods according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention is used for cashing the last couple of the tickets of the preferred goods in one of the third display windows, which are positioned in the end-to-end connection.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an automatic vending apparatus includes a cabinet body 1000, the cabinet body 1000 includes a conventional goods display portion 100 located above and a preferred goods display portion 200 located below, the conventional goods display portion 100 includes a top storage chamber for storing conventional goods in a concentrated manner, a turntable mechanism 110 for stirring the conventional goods is provided below the top storage chamber, a first goods outlet 120 is provided below the turntable mechanism 110, the preferred goods display portion 200 includes a plurality of display windows arranged in a row, each display window is provided with a display door which can be opened independently and automatically; the human-machine interaction part 300 includes a ticket outlet 310 and a ticket exchanging part 320, the ticket outlet 310 is used for sequentially issuing tickets for exchanging goods, and after the tickets are scanned by the ticket exchanging part 320, the case body 1000 is rotated by driving the turntable mechanism 110 to discharge goods from the first outlet 120 or open a display door designated by the tickets to take goods.

In some embodiments of the present invention, it is preferable that the merchandise display part 200 includes a plurality of second display windows 210 and third display windows 220, the third display windows 220 have a larger window size and capacity than the second display windows 210, each display window is installed with an elastic electromagnetic lock 230, the display door is fastened to the window of the display window through the elastic electromagnetic lock 230, and the elastic electromagnetic lock 230 is controlled by the main controller to be opened.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the conventional goods display part 100 includes a case back plate and a display housing, the display housing is installed at an outer side of the case back plate, and the display housing and the case back plate are connected to form the conventional goods display part 100 for accommodating and displaying the conventional goods.

In the conventional goods exhibition part 100 for placing goods of the same or different kinds having the same size and the like, the goods in the preferred goods exhibition part 200 are partitioned, the more expensive and high-value preferred goods having a larger size are placed through about two third exhibition windows 220, and the preferred goods having a size larger than the conventional goods but smaller than the goods in the third exhibition windows 220 are placed through about six second exhibition windows 210. So that the specifications of the goods in the vending apparatus exhibit a gradient change to enhance the entertainment in the purchase of goods through the vending apparatus.

Conventional commodity in the conventional commodity display portion 100 is packed through the hemispherical packing carton of mutual lock, wholly is globular to be placed in conventional commodity display portion 100, and the size of each globular packing carton is unanimous, packs the conventional commodity in globular packing carton to the volume of globular packing carton can wrap up suitably.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the human-machine interaction portion 300 is installed at one side of the first outlet 120, and the bills are connected end to end in sequence, and the number of the bills is equal to the sum of the number of the regular commodities in the regular commodity display portion 100 and the number of the preferred commodities in the preferred commodity display portion 200.

In the automatic vending equipment, the bills are placed in the man-machine interaction part 300 after being connected end to end, and the parts where the bills are connected are provided with cutting lines, so that a customer can conveniently and quickly cut off the single bills after purchasing the bills.

In this automatic vending apparatus, the total number of bills is equal to the total number of regular goods and preferred goods stored in the apparatus, ensuring that one bill corresponds to one goods, the bills including bills for redeeming the corresponding number of the third and second display windows 220 and 210 and a corresponding number of regular bills for redeeming the regular goods. The last piece of the bill is used for exchanging the preferred commodity in the third display window 220 with the largest specification and size, the preferred commodity with the largest specification and size is guaranteed to be purchased by the last customer, and when all the preferred commodities and the conventional commodities in the automatic vending equipment are sold out while randomness is generated, the commodities and the bill are supplemented, so that the commodities sold by the automatic vending equipment are guaranteed to be obtained, and fairness in the whole selling process is guaranteed.

In some embodiments of the present invention, a main controller is disposed in the chassis main body 1000, and after the ticket exchanging portion 320 identifies the ticket through scanning, the main controller drives the turntable mechanism 110 to rotate or open the display door designated by the ticket.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the turntable mechanism 110 is driven by a motor to rotate, a cargo channel 121 is disposed on the turntable mechanism 110 and is communicated with the first cargo outlet 120, a ball detector 122 is disposed in the cargo channel 121, a plurality of ball stirring assemblies 111 are disposed on the turntable mechanism 110, each ball stirring assembly 111 has a strip-shaped slope 112, and the slope 112 is disposed obliquely to a plane of the turntable.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the ball stirring assembly 111 is fixedly installed on the turntable mechanism in a strip shape, the cross section of the ball stirring assembly 111 is triangular, both sides of the ball stirring assembly 111 are provided with slope surfaces 112, and each slope surface 112 on the ball stirring assembly 111 is arranged along a radial direction parallel to the turntable.

The rotary disc mechanism 110 of the automatic vending equipment is provided with the shape with the strip-shaped slope surface 112 on the ball stirring component 111, and in the process that the ball stirring component 111 rotates along with the rotary disc mechanism 110, the spherical packaging box for conventional commodities in the automatic vending equipment can be lifted through a slope to turn in the conventional commodity display part 100, so that the packaging box in the conventional commodity display part 100 can be prevented from being blocked while the smooth shipment of the conventional commodity display part 100 is ensured. The ball stirring components 111 with the slope surfaces 112 are arranged on two sides, so that the spherical packaging box can move upwards along the slope surfaces 112 in the process of forward and reverse overturning of the turntable mechanism 110 and fall down after passing through the slope surfaces 112, and accordingly the packaging box is overturned and moved.

The ball-out detector 122 can detect the falling of the regular product and stop the rotation of the turntable mechanism 110 after detecting the falling of the regular product. Meanwhile, the ball discharge detector 122 has a counting function, and when the number of the regular products in the regular product display part 100 can be determined, the counting is performed synchronously in the product selling process, so that the counting is convenient.

In this automatic vending apparatus, a main controller is provided, the main controller receives the instruction information of the bill scanning fed back from the man-machine interaction portion 300, after the analysis and confirmation, when the instruction information is the regular commodity shipment, the main controller drives the turntable mechanism 110 to rotate, and after the shipment of a regular commodity is completed, the turntable mechanism 110 stops rotating, and the first shipment port 120 is closed. In some embodiments of the present invention, the preferred merchandise has a size greater than that of the conventional merchandise, and the preferred merchandise in the third display window 220 has a size greater than that of the preferred merchandise in the second display window 210.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the ticket used to redeem the preferred merchandise in one of the third display windows 220 is located in the last couple of end-to-end tickets.
