However, the products sold by today's vending machines have expanded from early drinks, light snacks to high value fast-food products such as lipstick, mitten crab, over-the-counter medicine, charger, footwear, steak, milk, cooked food, lunch boxes, small appliances in general, and the like. With the demand of numerous products, the putting scale of vending machines in semi-closed areas with large people flow, such as factories, hospitals, markets, office buildings, commercial parks and schools, is rapidly enlarged, and the core mechanisms of the traditional vending machines are not suitable for more product requirements and selling occasions. Particularly, for heating edible goods such as instant noodles, rice noodles, self-heating rice and the like, the packaging shape of the food is changed along with the change of different manufacturers, and the food is usually in a square, oval or round box shape. For the traditional shop window type goods storage mechanism, the outer packages with different shapes cannot be compatible. The invention aims to solve the problems that the storage capacity of a vending machine is small, the vending machine cannot adapt to the vending of heated edible goods with different packaging shapes and the like in the prior art, and provides the heated edible goods vending machine with a rotary drum type storage and delivery mechanism and a control method thereof through improving the layout and the form of the storage mechanism and the heating mechanism in the vending machine, and the heated edible goods vending machine is particularly suitable for automatically vending the heated edible goods packaged in a box shape.

The invention adopts the following specific technical scheme:

In a third aspect, the present invention is further based on the technical solution of the first aspect mentioned above, and further provides a specific form of a drum type storage and delivery mechanism, wherein the drum type storage and delivery mechanism further includes a main shaft, a lifting mechanism and a horizontal pushing mechanism; the main shaft is vertically arranged and is driven to rotate around the axis by a driving mechanism; the storage cylinders are distributed along the circumferential side of the main shaft in an annular mode, and each storage cylinder is connected with the main shaft through a rotating connecting mechanism for transmission, so that the storage cylinders can rotate around the main shaft synchronously under the driving of the main shaft; the cylindrical inner cavity of each storage cylinder is used for storing goods to be sold in a vertically stacked mode, and a goods inlet and a goods outlet of the goods to be sold are formed in the shell of each storage cylinder; in the process that all the storage cylinders rotate around the main shaft, the goods outlets on the shell can be aligned with the goods outlet channels communicated with the whole rotary cylinder type storage goods outlet mechanism one by one; the lifting mechanism and the horizontal pushing mechanism are both arranged at the position of the delivery channel, and do not interfere with the storage barrel in a rotating state; the lifting mechanism can be controlled to extend into the cylindrical inner cavity of the storage cylinder body of which the goods outlet is aligned with the goods outlet channel, and other goods to be sold except for the bottom goods to be sold in the cylindrical inner cavity are lifted, so that the other goods to be sold are separated from the bottom goods to be sold; and the horizontal pushing mechanism is used for pushing the bottommost goods for sale separated from other goods for sale out of the goods outlet and into the goods outlet channel.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. The technical characteristics in the embodiments of the present invention can be combined correspondingly without mutual conflict.

In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or be indirectly connected to the other element, i.e., intervening elements may be present. In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly connected" to another element, there are no intervening elements present.

In the present invention, there is provided a heated edible item vending machine having a drum-type storage and delivery mechanism, wherein the heated edible item according to the present invention may be any food that satisfies eating conditions by heating, such as rice flour, noodles, instant noodles, rice balls, sandwiches, self-heating rice, and the like. The basic components of the vending machine comprise a rotary drum type storage and delivery mechanism A, a heating device B and a delivery and conveying mechanism C. The main functions and the action relations of the three parts are as follows:

the rotary drum type storage and delivery mechanism A is provided with a plurality of rotatable storage drums 2, heated and edible goods 7 to be sold are stored in the storage drums 2 in a vertical stacking mode, and the stored goods 7 to be sold can be controlled to be conveyed to the heating device B. It should be noted that the goods 7 to be sold delivered from the drum-type storage delivery mechanism a may be directly conveyed to the heating device B or may be indirectly conveyed to the heating device B after being transferred.

And the heating device B is used for heating the goods 7 to be sold conveyed by the rotary drum type storage and delivery mechanism A so that the goods 7 to be sold can meet edible conditions. The edible conditions of the goods 7 to be sold may be determined according to the specific goods, and heating may be generally performed according to parameters such as the temperature and the time length of the heat treatment given by the supplier.

And the delivery conveying mechanism C is used for conveying the goods 7 to be sold meeting edible conditions in the heating device B to a goods taking port of the vending machine.

In addition, for the partially heated edible goods, it is necessary to inject a certain amount of water and then heat-cure the food, for example, instant food with soup such as rice flour, noodles, and instant noodles. For the vending machine for vending the heated edible goods, a water injection device D can be additionally arranged for injecting quantitative water into the packages of the goods 7 to be sold which need to be added with water and heated together, and the position and the time of water injection are positioned before the goods 7 to be sold enter the heating device B. Moreover, preferably, the water injection device D is preferably provided with a heating function capable of injecting hot water into the package of the goods for sale 7 to facilitate rapid ripening of such food.

The specific implementation forms of the rotary drum type storage and delivery mechanism A, the heating device B, the delivery conveying mechanism C and the water injection device D are not limited, and the rotary drum type storage and delivery mechanism A, the heating device B, the delivery conveying mechanism C and the water injection device D can meet corresponding functions.

Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a heated food item vending machine with the above-described water filling function. The heating edible goods vending machine is provided with the rotary drum type storage and delivery mechanism A, the heating device B, the delivery conveying mechanism C and the water injection device D, and the basic functions of the four parts of mechanisms are as described above. As shown in fig. 2, the drum-type storage and delivery mechanism a is the core of the present invention, and is installed in the casing of the vending machine, and its main function is to cooperate with other vending machine components to deliver the goods designated by the user. The structure and the operation relationship of the components of the drum-type storage and delivery mechanism a will be described in detail below.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the main components of the drum type storage and shipment mechanism a include a main shaft 1, a storage drum 2, a lifting mechanism 5, a pushing mechanism 6, and the like. The storage cylinder 2 is a cylindrical storage container having a cylindrical interior in which the items 7 to be sold can be stored in a vertically stacked manner. The cross section of the cylindrical inner cavity can be in a circular, rectangular, regular polygon and other forms, and is specifically determined according to the shape of the goods 7 to be sold, so that the goods 7 to be sold can be loaded in the cylindrical inner cavity, and the goods 7 to be sold can be ensured to move vertically and freely, but the cross section of the cylindrical inner cavity cannot be excessively larger than the overlooking outline of the goods 7 to be sold, so that the goods 7 to be sold cannot move in a large range in the horizontal direction as much as possible, and the stacking regularity of the goods 7 to be sold is ensured. The storage cylinder body 2 is provided with a goods inlet and a goods outlet of goods 7 to be sold on the shell, and the goods 7 to be sold can be replenished from the goods inlet and output to the outside from the goods outlet according to the selection of a user. The plurality of storage cylinders 2 are provided, one or more kinds of goods 7 to be sold can be put into each storage cylinder 2, and only one kind of goods 7 to be sold in a single storage cylinder 2 is possible in consideration of the efficiency of shipment. The storage cylinders 2 are circumferentially distributed along the circumferential side of the main shaft 1, all the storage cylinders 2 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction as much as possible, and the mutual distance and the central angle are kept the same as much as possible, so that accurate and automatic control can be realized subsequently.

In the present invention, for convenience of description, a path through which the cartridge 2 is shipped from inside the cartridge 2 is referred to as a shipment lane, and the form of the shipment lane may be various. In the drum-type storage and delivery mechanism a, the docking of different items 7 for sale with the corresponding delivery channels is achieved by rotating the storage drum 2 about the main shaft 1. Each storage cylinder body 2 is connected with the main shaft 1 through the rotating connecting mechanism 3 for transmission, so that the storage cylinder bodies 2 can synchronously rotate around the main shaft 1 under the driving of the main shaft 1. The specific form of the rotary connecting mechanism 3 is not limited, any component capable of connecting the main shaft 1 and the storage cylinder bodies 2 can be used, and the main shaft 1 can be connected with all the storage cylinder bodies 2 through a single rotary connecting mechanism 3 and can also be connected with different storage cylinder bodies 2 through different rotary connecting mechanisms 3.

As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the rotating connection mechanism 3 is a turret-type connection mechanism, and the connection mechanism is in the shape of a circular truncated cone, a through hole is formed in the center of the connecting mechanism, the connecting mechanism is coaxially sleeved on the spindle 1 to rotate synchronously, the circular truncated cone is provided with connecting pieces at intervals along the periphery, the connecting pieces correspond to the storage cylinders 2 one by one, and each storage cylinder 2 is mounted on the side portion of the spindle 1 in a posture that the axis is vertical through the connecting piece. Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, all of the cartridge bodies 2 form a circular rotation region during rotation. For the purpose of facilitating the delivery, the delivery channel is located at the edge position outside the rotation area of all the storage cylinders 2, and the delivery opening on the housing of each storage cylinder 2 is located at the bottom of the side wall on the side facing away from the main shaft 1. That is, each of the outlets is located at the outer periphery of the rotation region so as to be able to be docked with the discharge passage. Generally, a rotary drum type storage and delivery mechanism A only needs to be provided with a delivery passage.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the lifting mechanism 5 and the pushing mechanism 6 are both disposed at the position of the delivery passage, and each storage cylinder 2 passes through the starting position of the delivery passage one by one while being driven by the main shaft 1 to rotate. As shown in fig. 7, each of the storage cylinders 2 may be loaded with the corresponding goods 7 for sale, and during the rotation of the storage cylinder 2, when the outlet of the bottom of the storage cylinder 2 having the goods 7 for sale is aligned with the outlet passage, the rotation of the storage cylinder 2 may be stopped to perform the discharging operation. The main function of the lifting mechanism 5 is to be able to controllably extend into the cylindrical inner cavity of the storage cylinder 2 with the outlet aligned with the outlet passage, lift other goods 7 to be sold in the cylindrical inner cavity except for the bottommost goods 7 to be sold, and separate the other goods 7 to be sold from the bottommost goods 7 to be sold, so that the other goods 7 to be sold do not press on the bottommost goods 7 to be sold, and the bottommost goods 7 to be sold can be smoothly pushed horizontally. In general, the height of the outlet in the housing of the storage cylinder 2 is greater than the height of a single item 7 to be sold but less than the sum of the heights of two items 7 to be sold, so that only one item 7 to be sold can be pushed into the outlet channel at a time.

The specific form of the lifting mechanism 5 and the pushing mechanism 6 is not limited, and any technical solution capable of achieving the above functions may be adopted. It should be noted that the mounting positions and configurations of the lifting mechanism 5 and the pushing mechanism 6 should ensure that there is no interference with the storage cylinder 2 in the rotating state, and the storage cylinder 2 can be shipped without rotating in cooperation with the lifting mechanism 5 and the pushing mechanism 6.

In general, the lowermost item 7 to be sold among the vertically stacked items 7 to be sold is shipped first, and the newly replenished item 7 to be sold is located at the uppermost level. Therefore, when the bottommost article 7 for sale needs to be shipped, all the articles 7 for sale above the bottommost article 7 for sale need to be lifted synchronously. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, a specific implementation of a lifting mechanism 5 having two sets of telescopic lifting assemblies is provided. Two sets of flexible lifting units set up respectively in the inside and outside both sides of storage barrel 2 rotation path. Each group of telescopic lifting assemblies comprises a telescopic driving mechanism 501 and a hook 502 which are arranged on a support, and the support is vertically arranged to provide mounting sites for the telescopic driving mechanism 501 and the hook 502. The middle part of the hook 502 is hinged on the support and can rotate around the hinge point, and the installation position of the hook 502 should be close to the hollow area formed at the bottom of the storage cylinder 2. The telescopic driving mechanism 501 may be any device capable of outputting telescopic displacement, such as a pneumatic or electric telescopic rod. The displacement output end of the telescopic driving mechanism 501 is connected with one end of the hook 502, the telescopic driving mechanism 501 can drive the hook 502 to rotate around a hinge point in the telescopic process, a hook body at the other end extends into the cylindrical embedding body from the outside of the shell through a hollow area in an inclined mode, upward lifting force is applied to goods 7 to be sold on the second layer from bottom to top, and therefore the rest goods 7 to be sold except the goods 7 to be sold on the bottom layer can be lifted. In the rotation state of the cartridge body 2, the retractable driving mechanism 501 may drive the hook 502 to be disengaged from the cartridge body 2, thereby preventing interference with the rotation of the cartridge body 2.

In addition, the horizontal pushing mechanism 6 is matched with the lifting mechanism 5, and when the lifting mechanism 5 lifts the other goods 7 to be sold except for the bottom-layer goods 7 to be sold, the bottom-layer goods 7 to be sold can be pushed by the horizontal pushing mechanism 6. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the horizontal pushing mechanism 6 includes a guide rail 601, a window pushing chain 602, and a drive gear 603. During rotation, the storage cylinders 2 enclose an inner ring region in the interior, in which the entire flat pushing mechanism 6 is arranged for pushing the bottom product 7 to be sold from the inside out into the discharge channel. The driving gear 603 may be driven by an external device such as a motor. The casement window chain 602 is a conventional chain that can be bent only on one side, but cannot be bent again after reaching a straight posture during the reverse bending process to the other side. The window pushing chain 602 is arranged in the guide rail 601 to form a sliding pair, and the driving gear 603 is in meshing transmission with the window pushing chain 602, so that the window pushing chain 602 can slide along the guide rail 601 under the driving of the driving gear 603, and when the horizontal pushing operation is not needed, the whole window pushing chain 602 can be curled and contracted in the guide rail 601, thereby saving the occupied space; when the horizontal pushing operation is needed, the end of the window pushing chain 602 can extend out of the guide rail 601 and into the cylindrical inner cavity of the storage cylinder 2, so as to push the bottommost goods 7 to be sold to slide out of the goods outlet and enter the goods outlet channel.

In this embodiment, since the shapes of the side walls of different articles 7 to be sold are different, for some articles 7 to be sold with smooth side walls, the sliding phenomenon is likely to occur only by pushing the end portion of the push window chain 602, so that a wrapping sleeve 604 matching with the shape of the article 7 to be sold may be connected to the end portion of the push window chain 602, and the form of the wrapping sleeve 604 is not limited, so that the side of the wrapping sleeve 604 contacting with the article 7 to be sold can be engaged with the article 7 to be sold. By arranging the wrapping sleeve 604, the wrapping sleeve 604 can wrap the outer part of the side wall of the goods to be sold 7 under the pushing of the window pushing chain 602, and further a uniform pushing force is applied to the goods to be sold. Of course, whether or not the package body 604 is provided may depend on the particular form of the item 7 to be sold.

In addition, in the drum type storage and delivery mechanism a, a bottom platform 4 may be installed below all the storage drums 2, and the bottom platform 4 may provide an installation platform for the lifting mechanism 5 and the pushing mechanism 6. Meanwhile, the bottom platform 4 can also receive sundries or goods 7 to be sold which are accidentally dropped in the area of the storage cylinder 2, and the influence on other components below is prevented. It should be noted, however, that the bottom platform 4 is not in direct contact with the items 7 to be sold within each cartridge 2. The specific material of the drum type storage and delivery mechanism a is not limited, but generally steel is used as the main material. In addition, in the present invention, the delivery transport mechanism C may employ any device capable of transporting goods, such as a pneumatic or electric pusher, a conveyor belt, and the like. In this embodiment, in order to save the occupied space, the shipment conveying mechanism C may also adopt a chain type pushing mechanism 9, which is the same as the horizontal pushing mechanism 6, and is composed of another set of guide rails, a window pushing chain, a driving gear and a wrapping sleeve body. The pushing direction of the window pushing chain of the chain type pushing mechanism 9 is parallel to the vertical partition plate and is vertical to the pushing direction of the window pushing chain in the horizontal pushing mechanism 6. After the goods 7 to be sold are pushed into the goods outlet channel through the vertical partition plate by the horizontal pushing mechanism 6, the positions of the goods 7 to be sold should be located within the moving range of the pushing window chain of the chain type pushing mechanism 9, the goods 7 to be sold stay in the goods outlet channel and are pushed into the heating device B by the chain type pushing mechanism 9 for heating, and after the heating is finished, the goods 7 to be sold are pushed to the goods taking platform 10 of the vending machine by the chain type pushing mechanism 9.

It should be noted that although the goods 7 to be sold are pushed into the heating device B by the delivery conveyor C in this embodiment, if only adjustment is needed for the layout of the inside of the entire vending machine, the heating device B may be directly disposed within a range that can be pushed by the window chain in the horizontal pushing mechanism 6, and at this time, the goods 7 to be sold may be directly pushed into the heating device B by the window chain in the horizontal pushing mechanism 6 in the delivery passage, and the secondary pushing by the delivery conveyor C is not necessarily required. Of course, the tip-shaped water injection port 14 may also be directly connected to the water storage tank 13, so that the water injection device D may directly inject normal temperature water into the package of the goods 7 to be sold without heating the water, and may specifically be selected according to the thermal processing requirements of the corresponding products.

In the present invention, the shape of the whole casing of the vending machine can be designed as required, and as shown in fig. 9, the shape of the whole casing of the vending machine designed in this embodiment is shown. A display screen for the user to select the order interaction can be arranged on the whole machine shell. The whole vending machine wraps through the shell, can provide the display screen who supplies the user to select the order on the vending machine shell, and the user can be on the plane operation appointed required commodity, and these subassemblies all are similar with traditional vending machine, and this is no longer repeated.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a control method in a vending process is provided for the above vending machine for heated edible goods, comprising the steps of:

s1, obtaining the type of the goods 7 to be sold selected by the user, searching whether the goods 7 to be sold which is currently positioned at the bottommost position in one storage cylinder 2 meets the type selected by the user according to the storage information of the goods 7 to be sold in each storage cylinder 2, if so, taking the corresponding storage cylinder 2 as a target cylinder and executing S2-S6, and if not, stopping the subsequent flow and prompting the lack of goods. The storage information of the goods 7 to be sold in each storage cylinder 2 can be recorded into a control system of the vending machine during replenishment, and the data information can be called for searching subsequently. If a stock out occurs, the user may be prompted on the display screen to facilitate replacement of other items or to terminate the purchase process.

And S2, after the target barrel information is acquired, driving the main shaft 1 to rotate through the driving mechanism, further driving each storage barrel 2 to rotate around the main shaft 1, and stopping rotating after the target barrel rotates to the position of the delivery channel and the delivery port of the target barrel is aligned with and communicated with the delivery channel.

And S3, controlling the lifting mechanism 5 to extend into the cylindrical inner cavity of the target cylinder body, lifting other goods 7 to be sold except for the bottommost goods 7 to be sold in the cylindrical inner cavity, and separating the other goods 7 to be sold from the bottommost goods 7 to be sold.

S4, the horizontal pushing mechanism 6 is controlled to output pushing force to the bottom-most article 7 to be sold in the target cylinder, and the bottom-most article 7 to be sold separated from other articles 7 to be sold is pushed out from the outlet and further pushed into the delivery passage.

And S5, transferring the goods 7 to be sold in the delivery passage into the heating device B through the delivery conveying mechanism C, and carrying out thermal processing according to the processing requirements of the goods 7 to be sold so that the goods 7 to be sold meets edible conditions. The operating parameters of the heating device B during the thermal process can be entered beforehand into the control system of the vending machine for each type of product 7 to be sold.

It should be noted that in this step, if the goods 7 to be sold only need to be heated and do not need to be filled with water, the goods can be directly moved into the heating device B by the delivery conveying mechanism C; if the goods 7 to be sold is a fast-heating food which needs to be heated by injecting water, a predetermined amount of water needs to be injected into the package of the goods 7 to be sold by the water injection device D before the goods 7 to be sold is transferred to the heating device B, and then the goods 7 to be sold is transferred to the heating device B to be heated. The specific amount of water injected can be preset and the optimum amount of water to be added can be set for each food product and input into the control system of the vending machine.

And S6, controlling the goods delivery conveying mechanism C to output thrust, and conveying the goods 7 to be sold meeting edible conditions in the heating device B to a goods taking port of the vending machine for a user to take goods. When the goods 7 to be sold are conveyed to the goods taking port of the vending machine, the user can be prompted through sound or a display screen.

The above-described embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which should not be construed as limiting the invention. Various changes and modifications may be made by one of ordinary skill in the pertinent art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
