Referring to fig. 1, the invention includes a first pin 1, a bracket 2, a spring plate 3, a wire clamp 4, a second pin 5 and a screw 6.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bracket 2 is a box body, the upper surface of the bracket is transversely provided with a concave arc-shaped wire groove 21 and a hinge shaft groove 22, the upper surface of the bracket is vertically provided with a screw hole 23, the lower surface of the bracket is longitudinally provided with a spring plate seat 24 communicated with the hinge shaft groove 22, and the inner edge of the spring plate seat 24 is transversely provided with a pin shaft hole and a stop block 25.
