Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 11, the pressing hot-pressing roller 61 is provided with annular grooves 72 symmetrically arranged in a front-back direction, the annular grooves 72 are rotatably sleeved with annular seats 401, the front and back annular seats 401 are connected through a connecting frame, the connecting frame is connected with the arc-shaped cover 4 through the pushing spring rods 60, and the pushing spring rods 60 are arranged at equal intervals from front to back.

During operation, when the scraping plate 71 after the glue scraping rotates to be in contact with the abutting plate 705, the abutting plate 705 abuts against the scraping plate 71, so that the scraping plate 71 rotates to be in a vertical state, meanwhile, the blanking plate 704 removes scraped remainders on the scraping plate 71, so that the remainders fall into the remainders box 702 to facilitate next use of the scraping plate 71, and the abutting plate 705 is fixedly installed through the connecting strips which are symmetrically arranged in the front and back, so that the removed remainders can smoothly fall into the remainders box 702.

Referring to fig. 10, the lower ends of the abutting plate 705 and the blanking plate 704 are inclined to the lower right to facilitate removing the excess material on the scraper 71.

Referring to fig. 9, the two opposite ends of the residue box 702, which are close to the arc-shaped end surface of the main hot pressing roller 6, are located below the hot pressing roller 61, so that the residue box 702 can collect the residue.

A composite bed cover pressing manufacturing process comprises the following steps: s1, bottom surface gluing: the bottom surface 10 of the composite bed cover is fed between the glue spreader 21 and the compression roller 22 from the left side, glue in the glue solution tank 20 is adhered to the surface of the glue spreader 21 when the glue spreader 21 rotates, then the glue spreader 21 coats the glue solution on the lower end surface of the bottom surface 10 of the composite bed cover, and then the bottom surface 10 of the composite bed cover coated with the glue solution moves rightwards under the driving of an external existing winding mechanism.

S3, scraping residual glue: the rotating shaft 5 rotates and simultaneously drives the scraper 71 to rotate reversely along the main hot pressing roller 6 through the meshing action between the main gear 75 and the inner gear ring 74, the scraper 71 scrapes off glue solution extruded in the laminating process of the composite bed cover, when the scraper 71 after the glue scraping rotates to be in contact with the resisting plate 705, the resisting plate 705 resists against the scraper 71, so that the scraper 71 rotates to be in a vertical state, and meanwhile, the blanking plate 704 removes scraped surplus materials on the scraper 71, so that the surplus materials fall into the surplus box 702.

S4, cold-pressing and winding: and (4) carrying out cold pressing treatment on the composite bed cover subjected to the hot pressing by using a cold pressing mechanism, and finally winding or cutting the pressed composite bed cover.
