the working steps are as follows: placing the plates between an upper mold core 44 and a lower mold core 3, between a first roller 27 and a second roller 39 and between a convex plate 8 and an L-shaped plate 23, then starting a motor 48, wherein the motor 48 provides power to drive the upper mold core 44 to descend, the upper mold core 44 drives a clamping device 4 to well clamp the plates in a centering manner, at the moment, an intermittent conveying device 5 is not started, then the upper mold core 44 cooperates with the lower mold core 3 to punch the plates, then the upper mold core 44 ascends, the upper mold core 44 drives the clamping device 4 and the intermittent conveying device 5, the clamping device 4 does not clamp the plates any more, the intermittent conveying device 5 moves the plates at equal intervals, and the automatic feeding of the plates is completed;

the technical effects and advantages are as follows: the clamping force on the plate in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction is controlled by rotating the adjusting columns 7 and the adjusting bolts 16, so that the clamping device 4 can be suitable for plates with different thicknesses and widths, and the applicability of the punching machine is improved;

the upper die core 44 is driven to drive the clamping device 4 to well center and clamp the plate in advance when descending, and then the upper die core 44 is matched with the lower die core 3 to perform a stamping step on the plate, so that the plate is prevented from being deviated due to overlarge stamping pressure, the problem that the stamping quality of the plate is not high is solved, and the quality of a product is improved;

the first idler wheel 27 cannot be driven to rotate when the upper mold core 44 descends, the intermittent conveying device 5 is started when the upper mold core 44 ascends, the first idler wheel 27 rotates and is matched with the second idler wheel 39 to drive the plate to move, manual operation is not needed, safety is improved, meanwhile, the moving distance of the plate is equidistant, and the stamping precision of the plate is high;

the clamping device 4 and the intermittent conveying device 5 utilize the upper die core 44 to provide power during punching, automatically perform centering clamping and equidistant movement on the plate without providing additional power, save energy, this embodiment solves in particular the problem that when the stamping machine of the prior art performs equidistant stamping of the sheet material, due to the fact that the stamping strength is high, and due to repeated stamping, the plate can deviate, so that the stamping quality of the plate needs to be improved, and when the plate is moved, the plate is moved manually, so that the plate is dangerous and has low precision, or a conveying device with a power source is additionally arranged, the moving of the plate needs to be matched with the stamping step of the stamping machine, which is troublesome and wastes energy, therefore, there is a need for a press machine which can automatically clamp and equidistantly move a sheet material in accordance with a press work.
