The punching device 9 comprises a mounting seat 901 and an electric telescopic rod 902, wherein the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 902 is fixedly connected to the middle part of the upper surface of the mounting seat 901, the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod 902 is fixedly connected to the top of the inner cavity of the punching drawer 5, two sides of the electric telescopic rod 902 are fixedly connected with a sliding rod 903 on the mounting seat 901, the sliding rod 903 is connected in series in a sliding manner in a hole at the top of the inner cavity of the punching drawer 5, five mounting heads 905 are rotatably and cooperatively mounted in the inner cavity of the mounting seat 901, the five mounting heads 905 are arranged in a straight line and are connected through gear transmission, one end of the mounting seat 901 is provided with a motor 904, the motor 904 is in transmission and cooperative connection with the mounting heads 905 through gears, the lower ends of the mounting heads 905 extend out from the lower surface of the mounting seat 901 and are provided with drill bits 906 in a buckling manner, and the drill bits 906 correspond to the drill bit prepared holes 503 and the upper prepared holes 508 one by one, the mounting head 905 comprises a gear 9051, the gear 9051 is located in an inner cavity of the mounting seat 901, the lower end of the gear 9051 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft which extends out of the mounting seat 901, a square hole 9052 is formed in the end of the gear 9051, the drill 906 is buckled and inserted into the square hole 9052, holes are formed in the left side surface and the right side surface of the square hole 9052, a spring 9053 and a steel ball 9054 are respectively installed in the holes, and the steel ball 9054 compresses the spring 9053 and is pressed against the hole; the end of the drill bit 906 is fixedly connected with a square head 9061, grooves 9062 are formed in the left side surface and the right side surface of the square head 9061, the square head 9061 is inserted into the square hole 9052, the steel balls 9054 are buckled in the grooves 9062, the steel balls 9054 buckle the square head 9061, the drill bit 906 is fixed, the drill bit 906 is convenient to disassemble and assemble, the number and the position of the drill bit 906 can be adjusted according to needs, and the drilling work is completed. The electric telescopic rod 902 is used for driving the whole mounting seat 901 and the drill bit 906 to move up and down, the motor 904 is used for driving the gear, and the gear is used for driving the drill bit 906 to rotate, so that the drilling is completed.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when finance and tax data need to be punched and bound, the punching drawer 5 is pulled out, the data needing to be punched are placed in the placing groove 502 in order, the data can be horizontally placed or vertically placed according to the binding position and can be punched along the long edge or the short edge of the data respectively, then the screw 506 is rotated manually, the screw 506 moves downwards, the data can be pressed and fixed by the pressing plate 507, then the drill bit 906 is installed on the installing head 905 according to the position where the hole needs to be punched, the drill bit 906 completes fastening by the steel ball 9054 through the elastic force of the spring 9053 to the steel ball 9054, and when the drill bit 906 needs to be taken down, the data can be pulled out only by pulling the drill bit 906 downwards. After installing drill bit 906, will punch drawer 5 and push back fixed position, control electric telescopic rod 902 through controller 7 and extend downwards to promote mount pad 901 and drill bit 906 downstream, observe through transparent drawer 5 preceding curb plate that punches, confirm that drill bit 906 can correspond and pass the preformed hole 508 after, starter motor 904 drives drill bit 906 and rotates, thereby utilizes drill bit 906 to accomplish the punching to the material, then it can to take out the data and bind. Tools such as clips, glue, scissors, paper cutters and the like for arranging data can be placed in the material drawer and can be directly taken when in use; after finishing the data arrangement, putting the data into the data box 13, putting the data content label in the data box 13 into the label placing bag 1303, then putting the data box 13 into the storage drawer 8, putting the data box 13 placed in the storage drawer 8 in the front-mounted state into the data placing cavity 802, putting the data box 13 placed in the storage drawer 8 in the reverse-mounted state from bottom to top, and suspending the data box 13 in the data placing cavity 802 by the absorption of the magnet 1304, so that the data box can be placed and the information of each data box 13 can be directly viewed from below, pulling out the data box 13 by directly pulling the handle 1301 when taking the data box 13, and pushing the storage drawer 8 in the reverse-mounted state back into the main cabinet body 1, and then, the opening below the storage drawer is also provided with the supporting plate 104, so as to avoid the data box 13 from accidentally falling from the storage drawer 8; the hot air blower 10 can be started regularly, hot air generated by the hot air blower 10 can be introduced into the hot air cavity 102, and is uniformly blown into the inner cavity of the storage cabinet 2 through the air outlet hole 103 and flows in the data storage cavity 802 and the air outlet hole 803, so that stored data is dried, and the data is prevented from being damped and damaged; the waste data can be directly put into the paper shredder 11 through the paper shredding hole 101 to be shredded, the shredded paper scraps are collected in the paper scrap storage box 12, and the paper shredder cabinet 3 can be opened periodically to take out the paper scrap storage box 12 for processing the paper scraps.
