A limiting block 13 is fixed at the top of the sliding rod 12. The rear end of the pressing plate 11 is tilted to form an arc material guiding part 14.

Thus, when the material enters the feeding cylinder 2, the pressing plate 11 presses the material and cooperates with the cutter to form shearing to cut the material, and the arc-shaped material guiding part 14 facilitates the material to enter.
