The torreya grandis oil pressing technology generally comprises the following steps: selecting, shelling, removing impurities, crushing, steaming, frying, extracting oil, finally squeezing to separate oil from oil, squeezing by a squeezer, and purifying by filtering. 2) According to the invention, the blended oil is added into the Chinese torreya oil, so that the properties of the blended oil such as corn oil and rice bran oil can be combined on the premise of ensuring the original quality of the Chinese torreya oil, the increase of cholesterol in blood is inhibited, and the oxidation stability of oil is improved.

3) In the cooling process, the cooling rate is reduced from high to low, and when the pressed oil is cooled to 30-40 ℃, the cooling rate is reduced to 1-2 ℃/h, so that the mixing state of the Chinese torreya oil and the blend oil is more uniform and natural, and the use of the Chinese torreya oil cannot be influenced; the cooling rate in the early stage of cooling is higher than that in the later stage, and the processing efficiency of the product can be improved on the premise of not influencing the product quality.
