the one-step tie-dyeing method of injection dyeing and messy flower dyeing combines two procedures of injection dyeing and messy flower dyeing by adjusting the ready-made clothes dewatering liquid ratio, the tightness of the tie-dyeing and the adding frequency and the process steps of the dyeing auxiliary agent, and carries out synchronous dye-fixing of the injection dyeing process during the messy flower dyeing, thereby shortening the process flow and reducing the production cost.

When the acid-containing soft material is dewatered for three times, firstly, water is fed into the roller, an auxiliary agent consisting of 2g/L of softening agent and 0.8g/L of glacial acetic acid is added, and the bath ratio is 1: 25, moving for 20 minutes, and taking out of the cylinder; then the ready-made clothes are dried for 20 minutes at 85 ℃ at the rotating speed of 1200 rpm for 2 minutes, and then are taken out of the cylinder after being sprayed with cold air.

The injection dyeing and random dyeing one-step tie dyeing method of the embodiment combines the two procedures of injection dyeing and random dyeing by adjusting the ready-made clothes dewatering liquid ratio, the flower tying tightness, the adding frequency of the dyeing auxiliary agent and the process steps, and performs synchronous dye-uptake and color fixation of the injection dyeing process during the random dyeing, thereby shortening the process flow and reducing the production cost.

The following will use specific examples to further illustrate the beneficial effects of the injection dyeing and messy flower dyeing one-step tie-dyeing method of the present application in the practical production.

Examples

The method comprises the following steps: pretreatment → washing → dewatering → flower bundling → injection dyeing → dip dyeing → acid washing → dewatering → thread removing → acid washing → soaping → softening → dewatering → drying.

Secondly, the step-by-step process and the additive dosage are as follows:

According to the process flow of the embodiment, compared with the existing method, the method saves the steps of flower grabbing, injection dyeing, steaming, acid washing, soaping and dehydration. According to the actual production requirements, the following conditions can be obtained:

flower grabbing: manual work-2 minutes per piece;

steaming: steaming in each cylinder for 60 minutes, consuming 150 kg of steam in each cylinder (steaming about 40 kg of ready-made clothes in each cylinder), and manually carrying out 2 steaming auxiliary tools (lifting a steam steaming rack, taking the steam steaming rack down, taking the steam steaming rack out from a screen frame, and pickling and soaping the steam steaming rack in the cylinder);

acid washing: the water consumption of each cylinder is 30 minutes (including water inlet and water discharge time), 30 liters/kilogram of water is used, and 1 operator is used;

soaping: the water consumption in each jar is 60 minutes (including the time of water inlet, water discharge, temperature reduction and cylinder outlet), 60 liters/kilogram of water (including the time of temperature reduction and water inlet after soaping), 12 kilograms of steam is consumed, and 1 operator is used;

and (3) dehydrating: the time is 30 minutes (including entering the dehydrator, exiting the dehydrator and transporting), and 2 dehydration auxiliary tools are used.

Therefore, compared with the existing method, the one-step tie-dyeing method of injection dyeing and messy flower dyeing of the embodiment not only shortens the process flow, improves the production efficiency, but also can reduce the production cost.
