a first motor 102 disposed at the center of the circular plate 2, wherein an output shaft of the first motor 102 is connected to the rotating shaft 106 through a first transmission assembly, the first transmission assembly is a sprocket transmission assembly, and in this embodiment, the first transmission assembly includes: the connecting gear 101, the large chain wheel 103, the chain 104 and the small chain wheel 105 are connected, the small chain wheels 105 are installed on the tops of two groups of rotating shafts 106 on the non-same side, the large chain wheel 103 is installed at the output end of the first motor 102, the chains 104 are arranged on the outer sides of the large chain wheel 103 and the small chain wheel 105 together, the connecting gear 101 meshed with each other is arranged at the bottom of the outer sides of the two groups of rotating shafts 106 on the same side, and in other embodiments, other structures can be adopted to realize transmission connection as required; the first motor 102 is a servo motor and is electrically connected with the control panel 5, the control panel 5 controls the first motor 102 to drive the large chain wheel 103 to rotate, the large chain wheel 103, the chain 104 and the small chain wheel 105 are used for driving the rotating shafts 106 on two sides of the circular plate 2 to rotate, when one group of rotating shafts 106 on one side rotate, the two groups of connecting gears 101 are meshed with each other, so that the two groups of mounting bars 107 on the same side of the bottom of the circular plate 2 rotate from the bottom of the circular plate 2 at the same time, and at the moment, the oil injection assembly 6 is positioned right above the front fork tube body of the electric vehicle, so that the subsequent oil injection operation of the oil injection assembly 6 is facilitated.

Specifically, the oil injection assembly 6 includes:

the fixing plate 604 is symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the circular plate 2, and the electromagnetic valves 603 are arranged on the outer side of the fixing plate 604;

the oil injection head 601 is fixed at the bottom of the mounting bar 107;

the oil delivery pump 606 is arranged at the inner bottom of the circular truncated cone bin 11, the input end of the oil delivery pump is communicated with the inner bottom of the main body bin 3, the output end of the oil delivery pump is provided with two sets of oil delivery pipes 605, the oil delivery pipes 605 penetrate through the inner part of the installation pipe 4 and are communicated with the input end of the electromagnetic valve 603, the electromagnetic valve 603 and the oil delivery pump 606 are electrically connected with the control panel 5, the oil delivery pump 606 sequentially delivers oil inside the main body bin 3 to the inside of the oil injection head 601 after the oil delivery pipes 605, the electromagnetic valve 603 and the three-way connector 602, and then the output end of the oil injection head 601 is sprayed into a pipe body of a front fork of the electric vehicle.

Specifically, the lift adjustment assembly 12 includes:

a threaded rod 124, wherein a nut 125 is arranged at the outer thread of the threaded rod 124, and the nut 125 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the mounting tube 4;

the second motor 121 is disposed in the circular truncated cone bin 11, an output shaft of the second motor 121 is connected to the threaded rod 124 through a second transmission assembly, the second transmission assembly is a gear transmission assembly, and in this embodiment, the second transmission assembly includes: a first gear 122 disposed at the output end of the second motor 121 and a second gear 123 disposed at the bottom of the outer side of the threaded rod 124, where the first gear 122 and the second gear 123 are engaged with each other, and in other embodiments, other structures may be adopted to realize transmission connection as needed; the second motor 121 is a servo motor and is electrically connected with the control panel 5, the control panel 5 controls the second motor 121, the second motor 121 drives the threaded rod 124 to rotate through the first gear 122 and the second gear 123, the threaded rod 124 drives the installation pipe 4 to gradually descend, the circular plate 2 and the oil injection head 601 descend along with the installation pipe, and therefore the bottom end of the oil injection head 601 can be conveniently inserted into the inner top of the front fork pipe body of the electric vehicle to inject oil. The baffle is arranged along the axial direction parallel to the threaded rod 124, is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the upper side of the circular truncated cone bin 11, and is provided with an auxiliary plate along the axial direction perpendicular to the threaded rod 124;

and two sets of sliding rods are fixedly arranged on the auxiliary plate, and the top parts of the sliding rods penetrate through the nuts 125, so that the threaded rods 124 can be ensured to stably rotate, and the lifting of the circular plate 2 is controlled.

Specifically, the driving device 14 is a third motor, an output end of the third motor is connected to the bottom of the outer side of the rotating tube 16 through a third transmission assembly, the third transmission assembly is a gear transmission assembly, and in this embodiment, the third transmission assembly includes: the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear are arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the rotating pipe 16 and are meshed with each other, so that the rotating pipe 16 and the circular plate 2 can be driven to rotate for 45 degrees at each time, and in other embodiments, other structures can be adopted to realize transmission connection according to needs.

Specifically, a mounting ring 8 is mounted at a non-circle center position at the bottom of the turntable 7;

Specifically, the interior bottom of round platform storehouse 11 is provided with fixed frame, the outer bottom of round platform storehouse 11 is provided with circular bin gate, fixed frame with circular bin gate threaded connection is convenient for regularly open circular bin gate and overhaul the maintenance to the part of round platform storehouse 11 inside.

Specifically, the inner side wall of the main body bin 3 is symmetrically provided with electric heating plates 9, the electric heating plates 9 are electrically connected with the control panel 5, and when the device is at a low temperature, the electric heating plates 9 can be controlled by the control panel 5 to heat;

The specific use method of the device comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8, when oil is injected into the front fork of the electric vehicle, an operator manually inserts two tubes at the bottom of the front fork of the electric vehicle into the corresponding pair of insertion holes 15 until the bottom of the front fork of the electric vehicle is inserted into the placement groove 13, then controls the first motor 102 to drive the rotating shafts 106 at both sides of the circular plate 2 to rotate through the control panel 5, when one group of rotating shafts 106 at one side rotates, because the two groups of connecting gears 101 are engaged with each other, the two groups of mounting bars 107 at the same side at the bottom of the circular plate 2 rotate out from the bottom of the circular plate 2 at the same time, the oil injection head 601 is positioned right above the tube of the front fork of the electric vehicle, and then controls the second motor 121 to drive the threaded rod 124 to rotate, due to the screw action, the mounting tube 4 is forced to gradually descend, the circular plate 2 and the oil injection head 601 follow-down until the bottom end of the oil injection head 601 is inserted into the tube of the front fork of the electric vehicle, then controlling the oil delivery pump 606 to spray the oil inside the main body bin 3 into the pipe body for injecting oil to the front fork of the electric vehicle through the output end of the oil injection head 601, after the oil injection to a group of front forks of the electric vehicle is completed, controlling the oil injection head 601 to ascend, and rotating the bottom of the circular plate 2 again, then controlling the driving device 14 to drive the rotating pipe 16 to rotate by 45 degrees, rotating the turntable 7 and the mounting ring 8 by 45 degrees, moving the next pair of jacks 15 to positions right facing to the operator, gradually leaking and flowing back the redundant oil to the inside of the main body bin 3 for the front fork of the electric vehicle which is just injected with oil, when the front fork of the electric vehicle which is discharged with oil moves to the other operator, taking the front fork of the electric vehicle which is not injected with oil away by the operator and inserting the front fork of the electric vehicle which is not injected with oil into the jacks 15, so that the device can continuously inject oil to the front fork of the electric vehicle, and the mounting ring 8 is installed at the position which is not located at the center of the bottom of the center of the turntable 7, the bottom of the mounting ring 8 is uniformly provided with stirring paddles 10, when the device is used for oiling in cold weather, the electric heating plate 9 is controlled in advance to heat the oil in the main body bin 3, and in the process that the driving device 14 drives the rotating disc 7 to rotate, the stirring paddle 10 at the bottom of the mounting ring 8 can also stir the oil in the main body bin 3, so as to ensure the heating effect of the electric heating plate 9, when the device is not used, the first motor 102 is controlled to drive the four groups of mounting bars 107 to be received below the circular plate 2, then the lifting adjusting assembly 12 controls the mounting pipe 4 and the circular plate 2 to slowly descend until the four groups of oil injection heads 601 are respectively inserted into the corresponding through holes 18, and at this moment, the circular plate 2 is also very close to the top of the turntable 7, so that the occupied space of the whole device is reduced, and the circular bin door at the bottom of the circular bin 11 is opened periodically to overhaul and maintain parts in the circular bin 11.
