6. The floor scrubbing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said floor brush further comprises a power supply unit disposed within said first receptacle, said power supply unit being positioned forward of the liquid-powered apparatus in the direction of travel of the apparatus.

7. The floor scrubbing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said main motor is located alongside the liquid-powered apparatus in the direction of travel of the apparatus.

8. The floor scrubbing apparatus of claim 7, wherein said liquid storage tank is located diagonally above the liquid powered apparatus.

The floor scrubbing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said floor scrubbing apparatus includes a water channel, wherein a first end of said water channel is connected to said liquid supply power apparatus and another end of said water channel is connected to said floor brush, said liquid supply power apparatus providing liquid to said floor brush through said water channel.

The floor scrubbing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said floor scrubbing apparatus includes an airflow channel, a first end of said airflow channel being connected to said main motor, a second end of said airflow channel being connected to said floor brush, said main motor being operable to conduct suction through said airflow channel to said sump tank.

11. The floor scrubbing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said liquid supply power unit is disposed on a side portion of said main motor.

12. The floor scrubbing apparatus of claim 11, wherein said main motor is disposed in said second housing on a side thereof adjacent said roller brush, and said liquid supply power unit is disposed in said second housing on a side thereof remote from said roller brush.

13. A floor scrubbing apparatus according to any one of claims 1, 11 and 12, wherein said main motor is located at the bottom of said secondary containment volume.
