Background

Traditional tension-reducing stitching instrument is stuck on skin through the adhesive patches on both sides, and is drawn together with the closed wound through the adhesive patches on both sides, but the adhesive patches on both sides fall off easily when the wound tension is large, and the adhesion is unstable, and when skin sweats, sweat, grease and the like can influence the adhesion effect, thereby influencing the use effect and being difficult to popularize clinically.

The traditional suture technology uses suture to suture muscle, deep fascia, fat, skin and the like layer by layer or carries out subcutaneous tension reduction, has the defects of complex operation, long operation time, insufficient tension reduction time, insufficient subcutaneous tension reduction and the like, and can cause the skin to have suture marks or scar formation and even generate scar aggravation.
