Background

The principle of the medical negative pressure suction device is that the negative pressure state of the suction head is manufactured by a certain method, so that substances outside the suction head can be extruded to the suction head by atmospheric pressure, and the suction effect is achieved.

The invention aims to provide a medical negative pressure suction device which is a passive medical negative pressure suction device, has good pressure retention, lower cost and smaller volume, is easy to move and is simple to operate in a suction operation.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a medical negative pressure suction device comprises a negative pressure pump and a passive negative pressure pumping mechanism; the negative pressure pump comprises a bottle body and an upper cover, the upper cover is connected to the bottle body in a sealing mode to seal a bottle opening of the bottle body, and the upper cover is provided with a pressure pumping and releasing opening for pumping pressure or releasing pressure, a control switch for connecting with an external component and a negative pressure meter; the passive negative pressure pumping mechanism can be jointed with a pressure pumping and releasing port of the negative pressure pump.

2. Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a medical negative pressure suction apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a negative pressure pump 1 and a negative pressure suction gun 2; the negative pressure pump 1 comprises a bottle body 106 and an upper cover 101, wherein the upper cover 101 is hermetically connected to the bottle body 106 to close the bottle mouth of the bottle body 106, and the upper cover 101 is provided with a pressure pumping and releasing port 103 for pumping pressure or releasing pressure, a control switch 105 for connecting with an external component and a negative pressure meter 102; the negative pressure pumping gun 2 comprises a tubular main body 201, a handle 202 and a negative pressure pumping nozzle 203, the negative pressure pumping nozzle 203 is connected to the front end of the tubular main body 201 to be connected with the pressure pumping pressure outlet 103 of the negative pressure pump 1, the extending part of the handle 202 is arranged inside the tubular main body 201, the front end of the extending part of the handle 202 is connected with a negative pressure pumping plug 204, and the negative pressure pumping plug 204 is driven to move by the handheld part of the handle 202 through pulling.

In the present embodiment, the passive negative pressure pumping mechanism is a negative pressure pumping gun, which performs negative pressure pumping operation by a manual method. Of course, the passive negative pressure pumping mechanism is not limited thereto, and any mechanism capable of achieving the negative pressure pumping operation by a passive manner is possible.

In the present embodiment, the external member connected to the control switch 105 is a medical suction member. The medical negative pressure suction device is generally used for sucking and removing the contents of bleeding, exudates, pus and thoracic organs in the operation, so that the operation is clear and the pollution chance is reduced. The passive medical negative pressure suction device is a manual negative pressure suction device, is not required to be plugged, only needs to be used before an operation according to the operation condition and the display of the negative pressure gauge 102 to extract proper negative pressure by using the negative pressure suction gun 2, does not occupy a power supply port of an operating room, and does not have risks caused by electrical safety.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the upper cover 101 is provided with a circumferential flange, the circumferential flange is provided with a groove along a circumferential direction, the mouth edge of the bottle body 106 is embedded in the groove, and a first sealing ring 109 is arranged at the embedding position of the groove and the mouth edge of the bottle body 106. The thickness of the circumferential flange of the upper cap 101 is thicker than the thickness of the other portions of the upper cap 101, so that a groove may be formed in the circumferential flange of the upper cap 101 to fit the mouth edge of the bottle body 106 into the groove, and the first sealing ring 109 may be disposed between the inner wall of the mouth edge and the inner wall of the groove.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the negative pressure gauge 102 is screwed with the upper cover 101, and a second sealing ring 110 is disposed at the connection between the negative pressure gauge 102 and the upper cover 101. Specifically, the top of the upper cover 101 is provided with a recessed portion, the negative pressure gauge 102 is installed in the recessed portion and is in threaded connection with the upper cover 101, and the bottom of the recessed portion is provided with an inlet of the negative pressure gauge 102, so that the negative pressure gauge 102 can measure the negative pressure value in the bottle body 106 of the negative pressure pump 1. The negative pressure gauge 102 is screwed to the upper cover 101 at the access port. The second seal ring 110 between the negative pressure gauge 102 and the upper cover 101 provides a good seal.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the control switch 105 are provided with luer connectors 107, one end of the control switch 105 is directly or indirectly connected to the upper cover 101 through the luer connectors 107 (the control switch 105 may be directly connected to the upper cover 101 (as shown in fig. 6), or may be connected to the upper cover 101 through a pressure extension tube 108 (as shown in fig. 2)), the other end of the control switch 105 is connected to an external member through the luer connectors 107, and an opening of the upper cover 101 for connecting the control switch 105 is provided with a third sealing ring 111.

In the invention, bottle mouth sealing rings are arranged at the middle positions of the upper cover 101 of the negative pressure pump 1 and the bottle body of the negative pressure pump 1, the sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the negative pressure meter 102 and the upper cover 101 of the negative pressure pump 1, and the sealing ring is also arranged at the joint of the luer 107 and the upper cover 101 of the negative pressure pump 1, so that the negative pressure pump 1 has good pressure maintaining performance, thereby providing a relatively stable negative pressure value in a suction operation.

The external connection part of the control switch 105 of the invention is a luer connector 107 which is matched with most middle catheters and suction catheters used for suction in the market, and the control switch 105 is simple to operate and is convenient for a doctor to operate with one hand.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, two or more locking pieces 104, preferably 2-5 locking pieces 104, for locking the upper cover 101 to the bottle 106 are attached to the edge of the upper cover 101.

The upper cover 101 of the negative pressure pump 1 is provided with 2-5 locking fasteners 104, the locking fasteners 104 can fasten the upper cover 101 of the negative pressure pump 1 and the bottle body 106 of the negative pressure pump 1 before negative pressure pumping, the tightness in the negative pressure pumping process is increased, the efficiency of manual negative pressure pumping is improved, and meanwhile, the locked negative pressure pump 1 prevents blood in the negative pressure pump 1 from overflowing due to misoperation of a doctor.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bottle body 106 is made of a transparent material or a semitransparent material, and the bottle body 106 is marked with volume scales on the outside to facilitate the doctor to observe the amount of blood sucked.

As shown in fig. 3, according to the embodiment of the present invention, a movable pin 113 is disposed in the pumping pressure outlet 103, a sealing plug 114 is disposed between the pumping pressure outlet 103 and the movable pin 113, and a protective cap 112 connected to the upper cover 101 is disposed outside the pumping pressure outlet 103. Specifically, the pressure relief opening 103 provided in the upper cover 101 is a tubular opening, the movable pin 113 is inserted into the tubular pressure relief opening 103, and the sealing plug 114 is tightly interposed between the pressure relief opening 103 and the movable pin 113. The pressure relief opening 103 has a protruding edge protruding from the surface of the upper lid 101 in the circumferential direction, and the protruding edge is tightly fitted with the negative pressure suction nozzle 203 of the negative pressure suction gun 2.

The structural design of the movable pin 113 and the sealing plug 114 of the pumping and pressure releasing port 103 provides a function similar to a one-way valve, so that in the process of pumping negative pressure to the negative pressure pump 1 by using the pumping and negative pressure gun 2, gas in the negative pressure pump 1 can be only transmitted from the inside to the outside of the negative pressure pump 1, and the negative pressure pumping efficiency is increased.

The design of the protective cap 112 of the pressure relief opening 103 requires that after the medical staff finishes the process of pumping negative pressure, the protective cap 112 covers the pressure relief opening 103 to prevent the medical staff from misoperation later to cause the pressure relief of the negative pressure pump 1, and meanwhile, the pressure relief opening protective cap 112 is connected with the upper cover 101 of the negative pressure pump 1 to prevent the protective cap 112 of the pressure relief opening 103 from being lost.

As shown in fig. 4 to 5, a spring 205 is disposed between the negative pressure extraction plug 204 and the tubular body 201 along an extension of the handle 202, and the spring 205 can provide a restoring force to the handle 202 after the handle 202 is extracted. The negative pressure extraction plug 204 is in threaded connection with the extending part of the handle 202, and a fixing seat 206 for limiting the negative pressure extraction plug 204 is arranged in the tubular main body 201 close to the front end. The negative pressure suction plug 204 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the tubular body 201, so as to achieve a good effect of sucking air in the negative pressure pump 1.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the negative pressure suction nozzle 203 and the negative pressure suction plug 204 are made of rubber or silicone; the inner diameter of the negative pressure suction nozzle 203 corresponds to the outer diameter of the pressure suction and release opening 103, so that the negative pressure suction nozzle 203 is tightly matched with the pressure suction and release opening 103.

The negative pressure pumping nozzle 203 is made of rubber or silica gel, the inner diameter of the negative pressure pumping nozzle 203 is tightly matched with the outer diameter of the pressure pumping/relieving opening, the tightness of the position of the negative pressure pumping process is improved, and the negative pressure pumping efficiency is improved.

The negative pressure pumping plug 204 is made of rubber or silica gel, so that the overall vacuum degree of the negative pressure pumping gun 2 is improved, the negative pressure pumping efficiency is improved, and the negative pressure value which can be pumped by the negative pressure pump 1 is improved.

The handle 202 of the negative pressure pumping gun 2 is of a TPE soft rubber coating structure, so that medical workers feel better in the process of manually pumping the negative pressure, and are not easy to hurt hands.

All parts in the medical negative pressure suction device are made by opening the die, and the parts after opening the die have lower cost and better performance, and can increase the whole sealing performance. Before the intracranial thrombus aspiration operation, according to the experience of a doctor, the negative pressure pumping nozzle 203 is used for propping against the pressure pumping and releasing port 103, the handle 202 of the negative pressure pumping gun 2 is repeatedly pulled, and the negative pressure pumping operation is carried out on the negative pressure pump 1, wherein the recommended negative pressure value is-50 KPA to-80 KPA. In the operation process, a doctor can connect one end of the control switch 105 with an intermediate catheter or an aspiration catheter which is required to be connected by the doctor through the luer 107 according to the characteristics of thrombus, the far end of the intermediate catheter or the aspiration catheter is abutted to the position of the thrombus through the indication of a developed image, meanwhile, the control switch 105 is turned on, at this time, the thrombus is sucked into the negative pressure pump 1 or held by the head end of the intermediate catheter or the aspiration catheter due to the negative pressure effect, and the doctor slowly moves the intermediate catheter or the aspiration catheter out of the body to finish the purpose of thrombus removal. During this process, the physician can turn the control switch 105 on or off as desired at any time. After the thrombus is taken out, the control switch 105 is closed, the operation of the whole thrombus taking process is simple, and only one doctor is needed to complete the thrombus taking process.
