1. A preparation method of a rubber waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising the following steps:

gelatinizing a first mixture of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, a polyolefin thermal welding agent and a reinforcing agent under a first environmental condition to obtain a first colloid;

granulating the first colloid to obtain a first particulate material;

and mixing and extruding the first granular material, the low-density polyethylene and the composite antioxidant master batch to obtain the rubber waterproof coiled material.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first environmental condition comprises a first temperature parameter and a first pressure parameter, the first temperature parameter is from 190 ℃ to 210 ℃, and the first pressure parameter is from 0.5MPa to 0.65 MPa.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the gelling the first mixture under the first ambient condition to obtain a first gel comprises:

and gelling the first mixture under the first environmental condition for a preset time to obtain the first colloid, wherein the preset time is 15-20 min.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein said granulating said first colloid to produce a first particulate material comprises:

and granulating the first colloid under a second temperature parameter to obtain the first granular material, wherein the second temperature parameter is 190-220 ℃.

5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the first particulate material has a particulate average particle diameter of 2.5mm to 3.0 mm.

6. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the step of mixing and extruding the first particulate material, the low density polyethylene and the composite antioxidant masterbatch to obtain the rubber waterproof roll comprises the following steps:

mixing the first particulate material, the low-density polyethylene and the composite antioxidant master batch to obtain a second mixture;

and extruding the second mixture to obtain the rubber waterproof coiled material, wherein the extrusion treatment is a co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the temperature of the extruder screw of the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion process is controlled to be 190 ℃ to 220 ℃, and the temperature of the extruder die of the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion process is controlled to be 200 ℃ to 220 ℃.

8. The method of claim 6, wherein the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion process has an extrusion rate of 3m/min to 4 m/min.

9. The rubber waterproof roll obtained by the preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the rubber waterproof roll comprises the following main raw materials in parts by weight:

25-30 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer;

20-25 parts of polyolefin hot welding agent;

28-30 parts of reinforcing agent;

15-20 parts of low-density polyethylene;

2-4 parts of the composite antioxidant master batch.

10. The roll of rubber waterproofing of claim 9 wherein said polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer comprises ethylene propylene diene monomer.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a rubber waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The waterproof roll is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a roll-shaped flexible building material product for resisting external rainwater and underground water leakage, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a first barrier for waterproofing of the whole engineering, and plays a vital role in the whole engineering. In the construction of a waterproof layer of a building, waterproof coiled materials need to be laid on a large scale, common rubber waterproof coiled materials are mostly bonded by adhesives and adhesive tapes, the bonding method has the problems that the lap joint parts of the coiled materials are not firmly bonded, the phenomenon of cracking is easy to occur and the like, the overall waterproof effect of the coiled materials is influenced, the integral waterproof layer cannot be formed, and the adhesives and the adhesive tapes cannot have the same service life as the coiled materials of the body.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present application provides a rubber waterproof roll with good welding performance and a preparation method thereof.

The application provides a preparation method of a rubber waterproof coiled material in a first aspect, which comprises the following steps:

gelatinizing a first mixture of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, a polyolefin thermal welding agent and a reinforcing agent under a first environmental condition to obtain a first colloid;

granulating the first colloid to obtain a first particulate material;

and mixing and extruding the first granular material, the low-density polyethylene and the composite antioxidant master batch to obtain the rubber waterproof coiled material.

According to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, the first environmental condition comprises a first temperature parameter and a first pressure parameter, the first temperature parameter is between 190 ℃ and 210 ℃, and the first pressure parameter is between 0.5MPa and 0.65 MPa.

According to any embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, the gelling the first mixture under the first environmental condition to obtain a first colloid comprises:

and gelling the first mixture under a first environmental condition for a preset time to obtain a first colloid, wherein the preset time is 15-20 min.

According to any embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, granulating the first colloid to obtain a first particulate material comprises:

and granulating the first colloid under a second temperature parameter to obtain a first granular material, wherein the second temperature parameter is 190-220 ℃.

According to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, the first particulate material has an average particle size of 2.5mm to 3.0 mm.

According to any embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, the mixing and extrusion processing of the first particulate material, the low density polyethylene and the composite antioxidant masterbatch to obtain the rubber waterproof roll comprises:

mixing the first particulate material, the low-density polyethylene and the composite antioxidant master batch to obtain a second mixture;

and extruding the second mixture to obtain the rubber waterproof coiled material, wherein the extrusion treatment is a co-rotating double-screw extrusion treatment.

According to any embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, the temperature of the extruder screw for the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion process is controlled to be 190 ℃ to 220 ℃, and the temperature of the extruder die for the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion process is controlled to be 200 ℃ to 220 ℃.

According to any embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, the co-rotating twin screw extrusion process has an extrusion rate of 3 to 4 m/min.

The second aspect of the application provides a rubber waterproof roll, which is obtained by the preparation method provided by the first aspect, and the rubber waterproof roll comprises the following main raw materials in parts by weight:

25-30 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer;

20-25 parts of polyolefin hot welding agent;

28-30 parts of reinforcing agent;

15-20 parts of low-density polyethylene;

2-4 parts of the composite antioxidant master batch.

According to any embodiment of the second aspect of the present application, the polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer comprises ethylene propylene diene monomer.

Compared with the prior art, the method has the following beneficial effects:

according to the preparation method of the rubber waterproof coiled material, the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, the polyolefin thermal welding agent, the low-density polyethylene, the reinforcing agent and the like are subjected to gelling, granulating and extruding treatment, so that the rubber waterproof coiled material with the weldable performance can be prepared. The granulation treatment can enable the reinforcing agent and the polyolefin hot welding agent to be better melted into the whole colloid system, so that the reinforcing agent has a better reinforcing effect on rubber; and the granulation treatment can ensure that the polyolefin hot welding agent is uniformly distributed in the whole colloid system, improve the welding performance and simultaneously play a role in promoting the welding stability of subsequent finished products.

The rubber waterproof coiled material obtained by the preparation method can be directly welded in the construction process without additionally using auxiliary products such as adhesives and the like, so that the construction difficulty can be reduced, and the weather resistance, the water resistance and the service life of a construction product can be greatly improved. The preparation method of the rubber waterproof roll is simple to operate and easy to control.

Detailed Description

In order to make the application purpose, technical solution and beneficial technical effects of the present application clearer, the present application is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the embodiments described in this specification are only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

For the sake of brevity, only some numerical ranges are explicitly disclosed herein. However, any lower limit may be combined with any upper limit to form ranges not explicitly recited; and any lower limit may be combined with any other lower limit to form a range not explicitly recited, and similarly any upper limit may be combined with any other upper limit to form a range not explicitly recited. The first aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a method for preparing a rubber waterproof roll, including:

gelatinizing a first mixture of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, a polyolefin thermal welding agent and a reinforcing agent under a first environmental condition to obtain a first colloid;

granulating the first colloid to obtain a first particulate material;

and mixing and extruding the first granular material, the low-density polyethylene and the composite antioxidant master batch to obtain the rubber waterproof coiled material.

According to the preparation method of the rubber waterproof coiled material, the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, the polyolefin hot welding agent, the low-density polyethylene, the reinforcing agent and the like are subjected to gelling, granulating and extruding treatment, so that the rubber waterproof coiled material with weldable performance can be prepared, wherein the granulating treatment can enable the reinforcing agent and the polyolefin hot welding agent to be better melted into a whole colloid system, and therefore the reinforcing agent can better reinforce rubber; and the granulation treatment can ensure that the polyolefin hot welding agent is uniformly distributed in the whole colloid system, improve the welding performance and simultaneously play a role in promoting the welding stability of subsequent finished products.

The rubber waterproof coiled material obtained by the preparation method can be directly welded in the construction process without additionally using auxiliary products such as adhesives and the like, so that the construction difficulty can be reduced, and the weather resistance, the water resistance and the service life of a construction product can be greatly improved. The preparation method of the rubber waterproof roll is simple to operate and easy to control.

In the preparation method of the rubber waterproof coiled material provided by the embodiment of the application, the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, the polyolefin thermal welding agent and the low-density polyethylene are all thermoplastic materials, and the internal structure of the thermoplastic material forms a net structure due to the entanglement of molecular chains, so that the movement of internal molecules of the thermoplastic material is accelerated when the thermoplastic material is heated, the distance between the molecular chains is increased, the two same molecular chains which are not originally together are mixed together, and the two same molecular chains are entangled together again after the temperature is reduced, so that the rubber waterproof coiled material obtained by the preparation method can achieve the welding effect.

In some embodiments, the gelling treatment is performed under certain environmental conditions, such as a first environmental condition; wherein the first environmental condition includes a first temperature parameter condition and a first pressure parameter condition. The first temperature parameter condition can control the temperature within a certain range, such as 190-210 ℃; the first pressure parameter may be a pressure controlled within a range, such as 0.5MPa to 0.65 MPa.

In some embodiments, the reaction time of the gelling treatment is controlled within a certain range, such as 15min to 20 min. By controlling the temperature, pressure and reaction time of the gelling treatment within a certain range, the first colloid obtained can be ensured to have better dispersity and viscosity.

In some embodiments, the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer is TPO, which has better flowability at high temperature, so that the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer has better processability and can facilitate subsequent granulation and extrusion treatment. In some embodiments, the TPO designation may be selected from CA10A, CA60A, and the like; preferably, TPO is available under the designation CA 10A. The CA10A has a low melt index, and has good breaking strength, hardness, toughness and aging stability, so that the rubber waterproof coiled material prepared by the rubber waterproof coiled material has the excellent performances.

In some embodiments, the polyolefin hot welding agent may be POE, POE is a thermoplastic material, an internal structure of the thermoplastic material forms a mesh structure due to entanglement of molecular chains, when the thermoplastic material is heated, the movement of internal molecules of the thermoplastic material is accelerated, the distance between the molecular chains is increased, two identical molecular chains which are not originally together are mixed together, and the two identical molecular chains are entangled again after the temperature is reduced, so that the welding effect can be achieved. In some embodiments, the POE model is selected to be 2300, 3020, 8150, 6102, and the like; preferably, the POE is 8150. 8150 the low melt index of the heat-welding agent, its high filler loading and excellent peroxide curing ability enable the product to have excellent heat aging and weather resistance.

In some embodiments, the reinforcing agent may be selected from plastic-based rubber reinforcing agents, wood-based rubber reinforcing agents, sponge stone rubber reinforcing agents, carbon black, and the like. The reinforcing agent can improve the strength of the ethylene propylene diene monomer to a certain extent. Preferably, the reinforcing agent is carbon black, and the closely-packed network chain structure of the carbon black can reinforce the structure of the ethylene propylene diene monomer, so that the strength of the ethylene propylene diene monomer is improved. As specific examples, carbon black may be selected from 330N, 234N, 326N, and the like; preferably, the carbon black is 330N.

In some embodiments, the first colloid obtained from the gelling treatment is subjected to a granulation treatment, which enables the reinforcing agent and the polyolefin thermal welding agent to be better melted into the whole colloid system, so that the reinforcing agent can better reinforce the rubber; and the granulation treatment can ensure that the polyolefin hot welding agent is uniformly distributed in the whole colloid system, improve the welding performance and simultaneously play a role in promoting the welding stability of subsequent finished products. Through granulation treatment, a particulate material with uniform particle size distribution can be obtained.

In some embodiments, the temperature of the granulation process is controlled within a range, such as 190 ℃ to 220 ℃. The colloid can be made into a particulate material with good fluidity and uniform particle size through granulation treatment. In some embodiments, the first particulate material obtained after the granulation process has a uniform particle size distribution, e.g., a mean particle size distribution of the particles between 2.5mm and 3.0 mm.

In some embodiments, the first granular material obtained by granulation, the low-density polyethylene and the composite antioxidant master batch are mixed and extruded to obtain the rubber waterproof coiled material. In some embodiments, the extrusion process may be selected from a single screw extrusion process and a twin screw extrusion process. Preferably, the extrusion treatment is a co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment, and the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment can produce a good mixing effect.

In some embodiments, the low density polyethylene may be selected from low density polyethylene for rubber-based adhesives; preferably, the low density polyethylene can be selected as LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene), the LLDPE is a thermoplastic material, the internal structure of the thermoplastic material forms a net structure due to the entanglement of molecular chains, when the thermoplastic material is heated, the movement of internal molecules is accelerated, the distance between the molecular chains is increased, two identical molecular chains which are not originally together are mixed together, and the molecular chains are entangled again after the temperature is reduced, so that the auxiliary welding effect can be achieved. As a specific example, the linear low density polyethylene may be model number 7042.

In some embodiments, the temperature of the co-rotating twin screw extrusion process is controlled within a certain range; wherein, the temperature of the extruder screw for the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment needs to be controlled within a certain range, such as 190-220 ℃; the temperature of the extruder die for the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment needs to be controlled within a certain range, such as 200-220 ℃.

In some embodiments, the extrusion rate of the co-rotating twin screw extrusion process is controlled within a range, such as 3m/min to 4 m/min; by controlling the extrusion rate in a lower range, the slow and uniform extrusion can be realized, and a better extrusion effect can be obtained.

In the embodiment of the application, each reaction condition of the extrusion treatment is controlled within a certain range, so that better plasticization and more uniform blending of various raw materials in the processing process can be ensured, the performance of a finished product is not greatly influenced, and the stability of the performance of the finished product is ensured.

The second aspect of the embodiment of the application provides a rubber waterproof roll, which is obtained by adopting the preparation method, wherein the rubber waterproof roll comprises the following main raw materials in parts by weight:

25-30 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer; 20-25 parts of polyolefin hot welding agent; 28-30 parts of reinforcing agent; 15-20 parts of low-density polyethylene; 2 to 4 portions of composite antioxidant master batch.

In some embodiments, the polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer may be Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM). The inventor has found that ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber is a copolymer of ethylene, propylene and a small amount of non-conjugated diene, the main chain of the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber is composed of chemically stable saturated hydrocarbon, unsaturated double bonds are contained in side chains, and the chain segment structure causes the problem that the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber cannot be welded in the using process.

The ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber is modified by utilizing the gelling, granulating, extruding and the like in the preparation method, the polyolefin thermal welding agent and the low-density polyethylene are thermoplastic materials, and the internal structure of the thermoplastic material forms a net-shaped structure due to the winding of molecular chains, so that the movement of internal molecules of the thermoplastic material is accelerated when the thermoplastic material is heated, the distance between the molecular chains is increased, the two same molecular chains which are not originally together are mixed together, and the two same molecular chains are wound together again after the temperature is reduced, so that the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber waterproof coiled material obtained by the preparation method has the weldable performance.

In some embodiments, the rubber waterproofing membrane of the present application further comprises the following main raw materials in parts by weight: 3 to 5 portions of pigment. In some embodiments, the pigment may be selected to be an inorganic pigment; preferably, the inorganic pigment may be selected from black color concentrates.

The rubber waterproofing membrane that this application embodiment provided possesses welding performance, can directly weld in the work progress and need not additionally to use auxiliary product such as gluing agent to can reduce the construction degree of difficulty and cost, promoted the weatherability of construction product simultaneously, water-fast and long service life.

Examples

The present disclosure is more particularly described in the following examples that are intended as illustrative only, since various modifications and changes within the scope of the present disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Unless otherwise indicated, all parts, percentages, and ratios reported in the following examples are on a weight basis, and all reagents used in the examples are commercially available or synthesized according to conventional methods and can be used directly without further treatment, and the equipment used in the examples is commercially available.

Example 1

A rubber waterproof coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

30 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA 10A; polyolefin hot welding agent POE8150, 25 parts; 30 parts of carbon black 330N; linear low density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, 15 parts; 2 parts of composite antioxidant master batch; 4 parts of black master batch.

Example 2

A rubber waterproof coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

30 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA 10A; polyolefin hot welding agent POE8150, 22 parts; carbon black 330N, 28 parts; linear low density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, 20 parts; 2 parts of composite antioxidant master batch; 4 parts of black master batch.

Example 3

A rubber waterproof coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

25 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA 10A; polyolefin hot welding agent POE8150, 25 parts; 30 parts of carbon black 330N; linear low density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, 20 parts; 2 parts of composite antioxidant master batch; 4 parts of black master batch.

Example 4

A rubber waterproof coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

27 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA 10A; polyolefin hot welding agent POE8150, 25 parts; carbon black 330N, 28 parts; linear low density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, 20 parts; 2 parts of composite antioxidant master batch; 4 parts of black master batch.

Example 5

A rubber waterproof coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

26 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA 10A; polyolefin hot welding agent POE8150, 26 parts; carbon black 330N, 28 parts; linear low density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, 20 parts; 2 parts of composite antioxidant master batch; 4 parts of black master batch.

The preparation method of the rubber waterproof roll of the above embodiments 1 to 5 is as follows:

mixing polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA10A, polyolefin thermal welding agent POE8150 and carbon black 330N, and gelling at 190-210 deg.C and 0.5-0.65 MPa for 15-20 min to obtain first colloid;

granulating the first colloid at the temperature of 190-220 ℃ to obtain a first particulate material;

mixing the first particulate material, linear low density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, the composite antioxidant master batch and the black master batch, and then carrying out co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment under the condition that the extrusion speed is 3-4 m/min to obtain the ethylene propylene diene monomer waterproof coiled material.

Wherein the temperature of the extruder screw for the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment is controlled to be 190-220 ℃, and the temperature of the extruder die is controlled to be 200-220 ℃.

Comparative example 1

A rubber waterproof coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

55 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA 10A; 30 parts of carbon black 330N; linear low density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, 15 parts; 2 parts of composite antioxidant master batch; 4 parts of black master batch.

The procedure for producing the rubber waterproofing membrane of comparative example 1 was similar to that of example 1.

Comparative example 2

A rubber waterproof coiled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

30 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA 10A; polyolefin hot welding agent POE8150, 25 parts; 30 parts of carbon black 330N; linear low density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, 15 parts; 2 parts of composite antioxidant master batch; 4 parts of black master batch.

The rubber waterproofing membrane of comparative example 2 was prepared by the following steps:

mixing polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer TPO CA10A, polyolefin thermal welding agent POE8150, carbon black 330N, linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE 7042, composite antioxidant master batch and black master batch, and performing co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment under the condition that the extrusion rate is 3-4 m/min to obtain the ethylene propylene diene monomer waterproof coiled material. Wherein the temperature of the extruder screw for the co-rotating twin-screw extrusion treatment is controlled to be 190-220 ℃, and the temperature of the extruder die is controlled to be 200-220 ℃.

The procedure for preparing the rubber waterproofing membrane of comparative example 1 above was similar to that of example 1 except that polyolefin based heat welding agent POE8150 was not included in the raw material of comparative example 1; the raw material of the rubber waterproofing membrane in comparative example 2 is similar to that of example 1 except that the granulating step is not included in the manufacturing step of the rubber waterproofing membrane in comparative example 2.

The weight parts of the raw materials of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in the following table 1.

Test section

The rubber waterproof rolls prepared in the examples 1 to 5 and the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber waterproof rolls in the comparative examples 1 to 2 are subjected to related physical and mechanical property tests (the related tests are performed according to GB/T18173.1-2012 and weldable ethylene propylene diene monomer (WEP) waterproof rolls (Q/0783WHY 001-2012)), and the test results are shown in the following table 2.

As can be seen from the comparative analysis of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2, the physical and mechanical property parameters of the rubber waterproof coiled material prepared by the preparation method can meet the corresponding technical index requirements; compared with comparative examples 1-2, the retention rate of the tensile strength at break and the retention rate of the elongation at break of the rubber waterproof coiled material in examples 1-5 are far higher than those of comparative examples 1-2 at normal temperature and specified temperature; in addition, the aging resistance and the alkali resistance of the rubber waterproof coiled materials in the examples 1-5 are greatly improved compared with those in the comparative examples 1-2; more importantly, after soaking for 168 hours at normal temperature, the retention rate of the bonding peel strength of the welding seams between the rubber waterproof coiled materials in the examples 1-5 can still reach 80% or more, and the performance parameters of the comparative examples 1 and 2 are far lower than those of the examples 1-5, so that the rubber waterproof coiled material prepared by the embodiment of the application has good weldability.

With reference to embodiments 1 to 5, in the preparation method of the rubber waterproof roll material in the embodiments of the present application, the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, the polyolefin thermal welding agent, the low-density polyethylene, the reinforcing agent, and the like are subjected to gelling, granulating, and extruding treatments, so that the rubber waterproof roll material with the weldable performance can be prepared, and the rubber waterproof roll material can be directly welded in the construction process without using auxiliary products such as an adhesive, so that the construction difficulty can be reduced, and the weather resistance, the water resistance, and the service life of the construction product can be greatly improved.
