1. A forced safety system for an automobile, characterized by: the safety device comprises a main driving position safety component, a plurality of other seat safety components, a speed sensor and a circuit breaking controller corresponding to the speed sensor;

the main driving position safety assembly comprises a main driving safety belt;

each of said other seat safety assemblies including other safety belts and seat pressure switches;

the main driving safety belt is the same as other safety belt structures in structure and comprises a safety belt body, a safety belt accommodating cavity, a safety belt plug and a safety belt socket matched with the safety belt plug; the safety belt accommodating cavity is provided with a safety belt winding device at the bottom, one end of the safety belt body is connected with the safety belt winding device, the other end of the safety belt body penetrates out of the upper side of the safety belt accommodating cavity and is fixed at the lower part of the outer side of the safety belt accommodating cavity, the safety belt plug is arranged in the area of the safety belt body outside the safety belt accommodating cavity, and the safety belt socket is arranged at the side of the safety belt accommodating cavity;

Background

the main driving safety belt is the same as other safety belt structures in structure and comprises a safety belt body, a safety belt accommodating cavity, a safety belt plug and a safety belt socket matched with the safety belt plug; the safety belt accommodating cavity is provided with a safety belt winding device at the bottom, one end of the safety belt body is connected with the safety belt winding device, the other end of the safety belt body penetrates out of the upper side of the safety belt accommodating cavity and is fixed at the lower part of the outer side of the safety belt accommodating cavity, the safety belt plug is arranged in the area of the safety belt body outside the safety belt accommodating cavity, and the safety belt socket is arranged at the side of the safety belt accommodating cavity;

the upper part in the safety belt accommodating cavity is provided with two conductor fixing seats which are obliquely arranged, the upper sides of the two conductor fixing seats are closed, the two conductor fixing seats are respectively connected with a lead wire used for accessing a circuit, the safety belt body penetrates through the upper side closed openings of the two conductor fixing seats, the area, corresponding to the lower part of the conductor fixing seats, of the safety belt body is provided with a strip-shaped connecting conductor arranged along the length direction of the safety belt body, and the connecting conductor is matched with the closed openings of the two fixing seats to form a first switch;

the safety belt socket is provided with a slot for inserting a safety belt plug, a locking mechanism is arranged in the slot, the bottom of the slot is provided with two fixed reeds and a movable reed, the two fixed reeds are arranged at intervals left and right, the two fixed reeds are respectively connected with a lead wire for accessing a circuit, the movable reed is arranged above the two fixed reeds in a spanning mode, the lower side of the movable reed is fixedly connected to the bottom of the slot through a reset spring, the fixed reeds are made of conductor materials, the lower side of the movable reed is made of conductor materials, the upper side of the movable reed is made of insulating materials, and the movable reed and the two fixed reeds are matched to form a second switch;

the seat pressure switch is arranged in a cushion corresponding to the seat, the seat pressure switch is initially in a switch-on state, and the pressure of the seat pressure switch triggering the switch-off state is more than 15 kg;

in the main driving position safety assembly, a first switch and a second switch are connected in series to form a main driving position safety unit;

in each other position safety assembly, the first switch is connected with the second switch in series and then connected with the corresponding seat pressure switch in parallel to form a plurality of other seat safety units;

the speed sensor is electrically connected with the circuit breaking controller, the initial state of the circuit breaking controller is a circuit, and the corresponding speed value of the circuit breaking controller triggering the circuit breaking is more than 20 km/h;

the main driving seat safety unit and other seat safety units are connected in series to form a first branch, leads are respectively led out of two ends of the circuit breaking controller to form a second branch, and the first branch and the second branch are connected in parallel.

For the sake of simplicity, the following forced safety system for automobiles according to the present invention is simply referred to as the present system.

The principle and the using method of the device are as follows:

in the first branch:

first switch on condition: when the safety belt body is pulled out from the safety belt accommodating cavity, the connecting conductor moves upwards and is in contact with the two fixed seats, the first switch is switched on, and because the lengths of the pulled safety belt bodies are different when people with different physiques use the safety belt, the connecting conductor is in a strip shape, the first switch can be switched on when people with any physique use the safety belt;

second switch on condition: when the safety belt plug is inserted into the slot of the safety belt socket, the plug presses the movable spring down to enable the movable spring to be in contact with the two fixed springs, and the second switch is switched on;

seat pressure switch open-circuit condition: when the pressure on the cushion of the seat exceeds 15kg, the seat pressure switch is disconnected;

the second branch circuit is switched on and off, when the speed of the vehicle is lower than 20km/h, the second branch circuit is kept switched on, and when the speed of the vehicle is higher than 20km/h, the second branch circuit is switched off;

the using method comprises the following steps:

for a fuel vehicle: the first branch and the second branch are connected in series to the front part of a circuit of an engine oil nozzle or a spark plug, and for the electric vehicle, the first branch and the second branch are connected in series to the front part of an input circuit of a driving motor.

In summary, the following steps:

when the speed of the vehicle is lower than 20km/h, whether any seat of the vehicle is occupied or not and whether any seat of the vehicle is fastened with a safety belt or not do not influence the running of the vehicle, and the state is suitable for temporarily moving the vehicle in a corresponding parking lot when the vehicle runs at a low speed;

when the vehicle speed is higher than 20km/h, determining that the vehicle runs on a normal road;

when only one main driving position is occupied and other seats are not occupied, the main driving position fastens a safety belt, at the moment, a first switch and a second switch of the main driving position are switched on, namely, a safety unit of the main driving position is switched on, seat pressure switches of other seats are switched on, namely, safety units of other seats are switched on, at the moment, a first branch is a passage, a vehicle can normally run at a speed higher than 20km/h, if the main driving position is not occupied with the safety belt, the safety unit of the main driving position is switched off, and the vehicle cannot normally run at a speed higher than 20 km/h;

when a person is in the main driving position and the other seats corresponding to the other seats are also provided with the persons, the main driving position and the other seats with the persons are both tied with safety belts, at the moment, the first switch and the second switch of the main driving position and the other seats with the persons are switched on, the other seats without the persons are switched on as pressure switches, namely, the main driving position safety unit and the other seat safety units are both switched on, at the moment, the first branch is a passage, and the vehicle can normally run at the speed higher than 20 km/h; if the main driving seat is not fastened with a safety belt and/or other seats of the person are not fastened with a safety belt, the main driving seat safety unit and/or other seat safety units are disconnected, and the vehicle cannot normally run at the speed higher than 20 km/h.

The device has the advantages that: the device has simple structure and convenient use, the circuit part of the device is directly connected with the automobile driving system in series, the safety belt is forcibly used for a driver and passengers, and the use of the automobile can be forcibly influenced directly in a power cutting mode if the safety belt is not fastened after the device is used. And because the safety belt is provided with the first switch and the second switch, even if the insert buckle simulating the safety belt plug is inserted into the safety belt insert buckle, the second switch can be switched on, the first switch still belongs to the open circuit state, and the whole forced safety system still can normally operate.

In order to achieve better using effect of the device, the preferred scheme is as follows:

preferably, the upper side of the connecting conductor is provided with a conical guide structure.

Conical guide structure makes things convenient for connecting conductor and two fixing base cooperations more, prevents that the positional deviation when preventing because of the motion of safety belt body leads to connecting conductor and two fixing base to take place the jamming.

Preferably, the safety belt body is located at the part outside the safety belt accommodating cavity, a sliding block is sleeved at the position corresponding to the upper side of the safety plug, and the sliding block is in sliding fit with the safety belt body.

When the normal use safety belt, when the safety belt body is pulled out certain length, it arranges the chest in to drive the sliding block, can not cause the influence to the normal use of safety belt itself, when untiing the safety belt, the safety belt body is retracted and is gone into the safety belt and hold the chamber, and because sliding block and safety belt body sliding fit, when the safety belt body is retracted, do not influence the safety belt body and retract and advance and hold the chamber, the sliding block stays outside the safety belt holds the chamber, but when someone uses the safety belt unusually, but when filling up it behind one's body, the sliding block will be present between seat and human as a arch, cause the discomfort for the user, thereby stop the action of unusually using the safety belt.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a mandatory safety system for an automobile includes a main driving seat safety assembly, a plurality of other seat safety assemblies, a speed sensor 11, and a cut-off controller 1 corresponding to the speed sensor 11;

the main driving position safety assembly comprises a main driving safety belt;

each of said other seat safety assemblies comprises other safety belts and a seat pressure switch 2;

the main driving safety belt is the same as other safety belt structures in structure and comprises a safety belt body 3, a safety belt accommodating cavity 31, a safety belt plug 32 and a safety belt socket 33 matched with the safety belt plug 32; a safety belt winding device 34 is arranged at the bottom of the safety belt accommodating cavity 31, one end of the safety belt body 3 is connected with the safety belt winding device 34, the other end of the safety belt body penetrates out of the upper side of the safety belt accommodating cavity 31 and is fixed at the lower part of the outer side of the safety belt accommodating cavity 31, a safety belt plug 32 is arranged in the area of the safety belt body 3 outside the safety belt accommodating cavity 31, and a safety belt socket 33 is arranged at the side of the safety belt accommodating cavity 31;

A slot for inserting the safety belt plug 32 is formed in the safety belt socket 33, a locking mechanism is arranged in the slot, two fixed reeds 51 and a movable reed 52 are arranged at the bottom of the slot, the two fixed reeds 51 are arranged at left and right intervals, the two fixed reeds 51 are respectively connected with a lead wire for connecting a circuit, the movable reed 52 is arranged above the two fixed reeds 51 in a spanning manner, the lower side of the movable reed 52 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the slot through a reset spring 53, the fixed reeds 51 are made of a conductor material, the lower side of the movable reed 52 is made of a conductor material, the upper side of the movable reed 52 is made of an insulating material, and the movable reed 52 and the two fixed reeds 51 are matched to form a second switch 5 (the locking mechanism in the safety belt socket 33 is conventional prior art, detailed description is not provided in the embodiment, and only additional characteristics of the bottom of the slot are shown in the attached drawing);

the seat pressure switch 2 is arranged in a cushion of a corresponding seat, the seat pressure switch 2 is initially in an on state, and the seat pressure switch 2 triggers the off pressure to be more than 15 kg;

in the main driving position safety assembly, a first switch 4 and a second switch 5 are connected in series to form a main driving position safety unit A;

in each other position safety assembly, the first switch 4 is connected with the second switch 5 in series and then connected with the corresponding seat pressure switch 2 in parallel to form a plurality of other seat safety units B;

the speed sensor 11 is electrically connected with the circuit breaking controller 1, the initial state of the circuit breaking controller 1 is a passage, and the corresponding speed value of the circuit breaking controller 1 triggering the circuit breaking is more than 20 km/h;

the main driving seat safety unit A and other seat safety units B are connected in series to form a first branch, leads are respectively led out of two ends of the circuit breaking controller 1 to form a second branch, and the first branch and the second branch are connected in parallel.

The principle and the using method of the device are as follows:

in the first branch:

first switch 4 on condition: when the safety belt body 3 is pulled out from the safety belt accommodating cavity 31, the connecting conductor 42 moves upwards and is in contact with the two fixed seats 41, the first switch 4 is switched on at the moment, and because the lengths of the pulled safety belt bodies 3 are different when people with different physiques use the safety belt, the first switch 4 can be kept switched on when people with any physique use the safety belt because the connecting conductor 42 is in a long strip shape;

second switch 5 on condition: when the belt plug 32 is inserted into the slot of the belt socket 33, the plug presses the movable spring 52 down, so that the movable spring 52 contacts with the two fixed springs 51, and the second switch 5 is turned on;

seat pressure switch 2 open condition: when the pressure on the cushion of the seat exceeds 15kg, the seat pressure switch 2 is switched off;

the second branch circuit is switched on and off, when the speed of the vehicle is lower than 20km/h, the second branch circuit is kept switched on, and when the speed of the vehicle is higher than 20km/h, the second branch circuit is switched off;

the using method comprises the following steps:

for a fuel vehicle: the first branch and the second branch are connected in series to the front part of a circuit of an engine oil nozzle or a spark plug, and for the electric vehicle, the first branch and the second branch are connected in series to the front part of an input circuit of a driving motor.

when a person is in the main driving position and the other seats corresponding to the other seats are also occupied, the main driving position and the other seats occupied by the person are both tied with safety belts, at the moment, the first switch 4 and the second switch 5 of the main driving position and the other seats occupied by the person are switched on, the other seats without the person are switched on as pressure switches, namely, the main driving position safety unit A and the other seat safety units B are both switched on, at the moment, the first branch is a passage, and the vehicle can normally run at the speed higher than 20 km/h; if the main driving seat is not fastened with a safety belt and/or other seats of the person are not fastened with a safety belt, the main driving seat safety unit A and/or the other seat safety units B are disconnected, and the vehicle cannot normally run at the speed higher than 20 km/h.

Moreover, because the safety belt is provided with the first switch 4 and the second switch 5, even if the insert buckle of the simulated safety belt plug 32 is inserted into the safety belt insert buckle, the second switch 5 can be switched on, the first switch 4 still belongs to a broken circuit state, and the whole forced safety system still can normally operate.

The conical guide structure 421 facilitates the matching of the connecting conductor 42 and the two fixing seats 41, and prevents the connecting conductor 42 and the two fixing seats 41 from being stuck due to the position deviation when the safety belt body 3 moves.

When the safety belt is normally used, when the safety belt body 3 is pulled out by a certain length, the sliding block 35 is driven to be arranged in front of the chest, the influence on the normal use of the safety belt can not be caused, when the safety belt is unfastened, the safety belt body 3 retracts into the safety belt accommodating cavity 31, and because the sliding block 35 is in sliding fit with the safety belt body 3, when the safety belt body 3 retracts, the safety belt body 3 is not influenced to retract into the safety belt accommodating cavity 31, the sliding block 3 is left outside the safety belt accommodating cavity 31, but when someone abnormally uses the safety belt, but the sliding block 35 is padded behind, and can be used as a protrusion between the seat and the human body, so that discomfort is caused to a user, and the behavior of abnormally using the safety belt is avoided.

When normally using the safety belt, sliding block 35 is located user's the body in front, can not cause the influence to the normal use of safety belt itself, but when someone abnormal use safety belt, but when cushioning it behind one's body, sliding block 35 will be as a arch and exist between seat and the human body, causes the discomfort for the user to stop the action of abnormal use safety belt.
