Examples of the experiments

(one) sensory Scoring

The foods for enhancing memory and improving sleep quality prepared in examples 1-8 were taken respectively, and 10 sensory evaluators were asked to perform sensory evaluation on the foods for enhancing memory and improving sleep quality prepared in different examples, and the scores were given by percentage. The evaluation was performed from the following dimensions: color, taste, smell, texture and taste.

For the color, the color is uniform and 21-25 minutes; the color uniformity is general and a certain gloss is 16-20 minutes; the color is relatively uneven, and the luster is 11 to 15 minutes when the color is relatively not uniform; the color is not uniform and dull, and the color abnormality is 0-10 minutes.

The meat flavor is rich, has harmonious flavor and good taste, and has no peculiar smell of 21-25 minutes; the meat has common flavor, light or discordant flavor, good taste and no peculiar smell of 16-20 minutes; the meat flavor is light, the flavor is not harmonious, the taste is general, and certain fishy smell is 11-15 minutes; has light meat flavor, poor taste and peculiar smell of 0-10 min.

For the tissue state, the section is uniform and regular, the structure is compact, and certain elasticity is 21-25 minutes; the section is relatively uniform, the structure is relatively compact, and certain elasticity is 16-20 minutes; the section has general uniformity, loose structure and 11-15 minutes of lack of elasticity; rough section, loose structure and 0-10 minutes of inelastic property.

The taste is moderate in hardness, good in elasticity and good in chewiness, and the rough feeling is not 21-25 minutes; the hardness is moderate, the elasticity is good, the chewing property is certain, and the obvious rough feeling is not 16 to 20 minutes; poor hardness, poor elasticity, poor chewiness, and a rough feel of 0 to 12 points.

Specific results are shown in table 1.

Analyzing and comparing the table 1, it can be seen that the comprehensive evaluation of the example 3 is the highest among the examples 1 to 5; comparing example 3 with examples 6-8, the overall evaluation of example 7 is the highest, demonstrating that the food product prepared in example 7 combines best memory enhancement and sleep quality improvement.

(II) sleep effect verification

A total of 80 people with insomnia, frequent dreams and fatigue after sleep were randomly selected, the age was 25-67 years, the food was randomly divided into 8 groups of 10 people, and the food prepared in examples 1-8 was eaten for 1 month at a dose of 80g per time 2 times a day. The experimenters were allowed to recover after 1 month, with the cases classified as curative, effective and ineffective. The insomnia, frequent dreams, disappearance of fatigue after sleep and good sleep quality are cured; effectively improving the conditions of insomnia, frequent dreams and fatigue after sleeping and improving the sleep quality; the ineffectiveness is insomnia, frequent dreams and unchanged condition of fatigue after sleeping. The results are shown in Table 2.

Comparing table 2, it can be seen that the effect of example 3 and examples 5-8 is the best, which illustrates that the food prepared by the present application for enhancing memory and improving sleep quality has outstanding effect of improving poor sleep.

(III) verification of memory Effect

90 rats of 20 months of age, with the weight of 270g, 47 female rats and 33 male rats were selected and randomly divided into 9 groups of 10 rats each, and the groups 1 to 8 were fed with the food for enhancing memory and improving sleep quality prepared in examples 1 to 8 at a daily dose of 2g/kg, while the group 9 was used as a blank control group and was fed for 1 month. After 1 month, the learning ability behaviour of the rats was tested by means of the water maze, during which the feeding was continued according to the previous dose, the experiment was performed in stages, for the rats which did not reach the end point, they were led to the end point, and finally the number of errors was counted for each group of mice, the results being shown in table 3.

Comparing table 3, it can be seen that the mice of groups 1-8 all had better memory and significantly fewer errors than group 9, which indicates that the memory enhancing and sleep quality improving foods prepared in the present application can significantly enhance the memory of groups 1-8, and that the number of errors of group 7 is minimal, which indicates that the memory enhancing and sleep quality improving foods prepared in example 7 are the best for improving memory.

In conclusion, the selenium-rich food materials are used as main raw materials, and the selenium-rich food materials are rich in selenium, so that the selenium-rich food materials can be used for preventing and treating liver diseases, protecting livers, detoxifying, expelling toxins, preventing keshan disease, Kashin-Beck disease, arthritis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cataract and diabetes, enhancing immunity and the like after being made into food; the beef can provide high-quality protein, and the beef can tonify spleen and stomach, replenish qi and blood and strengthen tendons and bones, and can effectively play a role in tonifying qi and replenishing blood; the tomato is delicious, sour and sweet in taste, and can be added into the formula to effectively adjust the taste of the food and make the food attractive; millet has the effects of regulating the middle warmer, tonifying the kidney, removing heat and detoxifying, and has the effects of tonifying qi and blood deficiency, nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney; the wheat extract contains the morphpeptide and the homoglutamine, the morphpeptide has the effect of improving the nerve regulation, can relieve mental stress and improve sleep, the homoglutamine can effectively regulate the nerve, plays the roles of soothing the nerve and relieving the sleep, and further can enable a human body to recover the body in the sleep and improve the memory; the lotus seeds have the effects of tonifying spleen and stopping diarrhea, tonifying kidney and securing essence, and nourishing heart and soothing nerves, and can nourish qi and blood, and calm heart and tranquilize mind, thereby ensuring the sleep quality; the lily has the effects of nourishing yin, moistening lung, calming heart, tranquilizing, benefiting mind and nourishing five internal organs, and can nourish kidney, calm heart and tranquilize mind, thereby ensuring sleep quality; the spina date seed has the effects of nourishing heart and tonifying liver, calming heart and soothing nerves, arresting sweating and promoting fluid production, and is used for supplementing heart blood, calming heart and soothing nerves, and finally achieving the purpose of improving sleep quality and memory. The effects of the medicines which are mutually coordinated are fully adjusted, the medicines are combined to be synergetic, and the effects of improving the sleep quality and the memory can be effectively achieved under the combined action.

The preparation method is simple and convenient, and the food can be produced with low cost and high efficiency.
