The first electric push rod 251, the second electric push rod 252 and the third electric push rod 253 are controlled to stretch according to a certain proportion, so that the thigh plate 212 can be controlled to rotate around a rotating shaft which is rotatably connected with the thigh plate 212 and the back plate 211, and the lifting of the thigh is realized; the two lower leg bending electric push rods 242 are controlled to stretch according to a certain proportion, and the lower leg plate 213 can be controlled to rotate around the pin shaft rotationally connected with the upper leg plate 212 and the lower leg plate 213, so that the lower legs can be lifted and placed; in this mode, the lower leg is limited, the bed board is completely overlapped with the bed frame 11 in a lying state, at this time, the two lower leg bending electric push rods 242 are continuously shortened, the bed board is blocked by the bed frame 11, and the limitation of the lower leg bending is realized.

When the user performs the side-turning function, taking the left side-turning as an example, the first electric push rod 251, the second electric push rod 252 and the third electric push rod 253 below the thigh plate 212 extend at a certain ratio, and the extension lengths of the first electric push rod 251 and the second electric push rod 252 are greater than the extension length of the third electric push rod 253, so that the entire bed plate rotates around the central axis of the left cylindrical pair, and the bed plate is lifted. The movable bed plate 15 of the right fixed bed body 1 is also driven to rotate around the central axis of the column pair on the right side of the bed plate, and the right side edge of the right movable bed plate 15 translates leftwards along the bed frame 11, thus realizing the left turning function. The right side turnover principle of the bed board is the same as the left side turnover principle.

In the process of side turning, the cylindrical groove edges on the movable bed plates 15 and the second fixed bed plate 14 on the two sides are respectively contacted with the cylindrical convex edges on the thigh plates 212 and the shank plates 213, so that the contact plate 21 is limited to be turned upwards continuously; in the process of the side-turning reset, when the first electric push rod 251, the second electric push rod 252 and the third electric push rod 253 are shortened to enable the side-turning contact plate 21 to completely contact the bedstead 11, the contact plate 21 is limited to be turned downwards continuously.

At least two idler wheels 4 and at least two universal wheels 5 are arranged on the wheelchair bottom plate 22, and at least two driving motors 6 for driving the idler wheels 4 are arranged on the bottom plate. After the movable wheelchair bed 2 is separated from the gap 3 of the fixed bed body 1, the self-moving of the movable wheelchair can be realized through the idler wheels 4 and the universal wheels 5 arranged below the wheelchair bottom plate 22, the function of conveying patients is realized, and meanwhile, the functions of back lifting and leg bending can be performed on the patients through the back lifting mechanism 23 and the leg bending mechanism.

The leg bending function in the wheelchair mode does not need to control the bending and stretching of the thigh, and the thigh plate 212 can be kept in a horizontal state all the time, namely the first electric push rod 251, the second electric push rod 252 and the third electric push rod 253 do not need to stretch, and the angle of the lower leg plate 213 relative to the thigh plate 212 is adjusted by controlling the stretching and stretching of the two lower leg bending electric push rods 242, so that the bending and stretching of the lower leg in the wheelchair mode is realized. The back lifting mechanism 23 is combined to realize the lying and sitting switching of the wheelchair, that is, the wheelchair is switched from the lying mode to the seat mode. The leg bending linkage 241 is connected with the thigh plate 212, the shank plate 213 and the foot pedal 214 to form a parallelogram mechanism, so that the parallel state of the thigh plate 212 and the foot pedal 214 is ensured, and the patient has comfortable sitting posture.
