when the actual outlet water temperature is lower than the alarm temperature, judging whether the actual outlet water temperature is higher than a preset temperature or not, wherein the preset temperature is lower than the alarm temperature;

and when the actual outlet water temperature is higher than the preset temperature, controlling a display to display reminding information for manually cleaning the cooling fan.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a control method and a control device of a cooling fan, the engineering machinery and a storage medium.

Background

At present, a cooling system of an engine generally adopts a cooling fan to dissipate heat, the probability of the use of the cooling fan on an excavator is higher and higher, dust in the working environment of the excavator is larger, when more dust is on blades of the cooling fan, the power consumed by the cooling fan is increased, the efficiency is lowered, therefore, a reverse rotation function needs to be manually started at intervals to clear the dust on the blades, and meanwhile, the cooling system has the function of cleaning the dust on the surface of a radiator. However, the dust on the blades is not cleaned in time, and the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation fan is poor, so that the water temperature of the engine is high and the engine cannot work normally.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a control method, a control device, engineering machinery and a storage medium of a cooling fan, so as to solve the problem that the heat dissipation of an engine is affected when dust is not cleaned timely due to the fact that the cooling fan is manually and periodically reversed to clean in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for controlling a cooling fan, comprising the steps of: acquiring the actual outlet water temperature of the engine and the actual rotating speed and the actual power of the cooling fan; and controlling whether the cooling fan rotates reversely or not according to the actual outlet water temperature, the actual rotating speed and the actual power.

Optionally, before the step of determining whether the actual rotation speed is less than the preset rotation speed, the method further includes: when the actual outlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the alarm temperature, acquiring the running time of the engine; judging whether the running time is greater than or equal to the preset time or not; when the running time is less than the preset time, controlling a display to display reminding information of shutdown inspection; and when the running time is more than or equal to the preset time, judging whether the actual rotating speed is less than the preset rotating speed.

The invention also provides a storage medium, which stores computer instructions, and the instructions are executed by a processor to realize the control method of the cooling fan.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages: whether the cooling fan rotates reversely or not is controlled through the actual outlet water temperature of the engine and the actual rotating speed and the actual power of the cooling fan, so that the reversing time of the cooling fan is accurately controlled, dust on blades of the cooling fan can be timely cleaned, self-cleaning of the cooling fan is realized, the cooling effect of the cooling fan is improved, the water temperature of the engine is reduced, and the normal work of the engine is ensured.

By applying the control method of the cooling fan in the embodiment, whether the cooling fan rotates reversely or not is controlled through the actual outlet water temperature of the engine and the actual rotating speed and the actual power of the cooling fan, so that the reverse rotation time of the cooling fan is accurately controlled, dust on blades of the cooling fan can be cleaned in time, self-cleaning of the cooling fan is realized, the cooling effect of the cooling fan is improved, the water temperature of the engine is reduced, and the normal work of the engine is ensured.

It should be noted that a temperature sensor is arranged at the water outlet of the engine, and the temperature sensor is used for detecting the actual temperature of water at the water outlet of the engine, that is, the temperature sensor detects the actual water outlet temperature of the engine; a rotating shaft of the cooling fan is provided with a rotating speed sensor, and the rotating speed sensor is used for detecting the actual rotating speed of the rotating shaft.

In this embodiment, after the step of controlling the reverse rotation of the heat dissipation fan, the method further includes: acquiring the reverse rotation time of the cooling fan; judging whether the reversal time reaches the cleaning time; and when the reverse rotation time reaches the cleaning time, controlling the cooling fan to stop reverse rotation. After the cooling fan rotates reversely for a period of time, dust on the blades is cleaned up, then the controller controls the cooling fan to rotate forwards to dissipate heat, the reverse rotation time of the cooling fan can be accurately controlled, and the influence of overlong reverse rotation time of the cooling fan on engine heat dissipation is prevented.

In this embodiment, before the step of determining whether the actual rotation speed is less than the preset rotation speed, the method further includes: when the actual outlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the alarm temperature, acquiring the running time of the engine; judging whether the running time is greater than or equal to the preset time or not; when the running time is less than the preset time, controlling a display to display reminding information of shutdown inspection; and when the running time is more than or equal to the preset time, judging whether the actual rotating speed is less than the preset rotating speed. When the outlet water temperature of the engine exceeds the alarm temperature in a short time, the engine needs to be stopped to check whether the blades of the cooling fan have dust or not and whether the cooling fan has faults or not, so that the faults can be found in time, and the problem that the service life of the engine is influenced by the too fast temperature rise of the outlet water temperature of the engine in a short time is prevented.

In this embodiment, the step of controlling whether the cooling fan rotates reversely according to the actual outlet water temperature, the actual rotation speed, and the actual power further includes: when the actual outlet water temperature is lower than the alarm temperature, judging whether the actual outlet water temperature is higher than a preset temperature or not, wherein the preset temperature is lower than the alarm temperature; and when the actual outlet water temperature is higher than the preset temperature, controlling the display to display reminding information of manually cleaning the radiating fan. When the actual outlet water temperature is lower than the alarm temperature, the rotating speed of the cooling fan does not reach the maximum rotating speed, a small amount of dust possibly exists in the cooling fan, and the cooling fan can be manually started to rotate reversely at the moment in order to reduce the power consumption of the cooling fan. The cab of the construction machine is provided with a control button for turning on the reverse rotation of the cooling fan, and the reverse rotation of the cooling fan is started by pressing the control button. As an alternative embodiment, the controller may not issue any instruction when the actual leaving water temperature is greater than the preset temperature and less than the alarm temperature.

In this embodiment, the step of controlling whether the cooling fan rotates reversely according to the actual outlet water temperature, the actual rotation speed, and the actual power further includes: when the actual outlet water temperature is higher than or equal to the alarm temperature, the alarm is controlled to give an alarm, and when the actual outlet water temperature is too high, the alarm can remind an operator.

In this embodiment, the step of controlling whether the cooling fan rotates reversely according to the actual outlet water temperature, the actual rotation speed, and the actual power further includes: and when the actual rotating speed is equal to the preset rotating speed, controlling the display to display the actual rotating speed and reminding information of shutdown inspection. The preset rotating speed is the maximum rotating speed, when the actual water outlet temperature exceeds the alarm temperature, if the actual rotation reaches the maximum rotating speed, the cooling system of the engine is indicated to have faults, the engine needs to be stopped to check whether cooling liquid is lost or not, whether a radiator is blocked or not and the like, and the condition that the engine is damaged due to overhigh temperature of the engine is effectively prevented. As an alternative embodiment, when the actual outlet water temperature exceeds the alarm temperature, if the actual rotation reaches the maximum rotation speed, only one of the actual rotation speed and the reminding information of the shutdown check is controlled to be displayed by the display.

In this embodiment, the step of controlling whether the cooling fan rotates reversely according to the actual outlet water temperature, the actual rotation speed, and the actual power further includes: and when the actual power is smaller than the preset power, controlling the display to display the actual power and checking the information of the cooling fan. When the actual rotating speed of the cooling fan is smaller than the maximum rotating speed, if the actual power is smaller than the preset power, the cooling fan is indicated to have a fault, and the cooling fan needs to be checked. As an alternative embodiment, when the actual rotation speed of the heat dissipation fan is less than the maximum rotation speed, if the actual power is less than the preset power, only one of the actual power and the information for checking the heat dissipation fan is controlled to be displayed on the display.

In this embodiment, the step of obtaining the actual power of the cooling fan includes: acquiring actual voltage and actual current of a cooling fan; and calculating to obtain the actual power according to the actual voltage and the actual current. The present invention also provides an engineering machine, including: the control system comprises at least one processor and a memory which is in communication connection with the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions which can be executed by the at least one processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor, so that the at least one processor executes the control method of the cooling fan.

In the present embodiment, the construction machine is an excavator, a loader, or the like. When the excavator works, the outlet water temperature of the engine is increased along with the increase of the working time, the air quantity required by heat dissipation is increased, the rotating speed of the heat dissipation fan is increased accordingly, the consumed power is increased, and the heat balance of the whole excavator is achieved. The maximum rotating speed is set in the design matching process of the cooling fan, when the temperature of the outlet water of the engine reaches the thermal balance temperature, the cooling fan works at the maximum rotating speed, and the power consumed by the cooling fan is maximum at the moment. The working environment of the excavator is large in dust, when the dust on the blades of the cooling fan is large, the power consumed by the cooling fan is increased, the efficiency is low, therefore, the cooling fan needs to be reversed to automatically remove the dust on the blades, and meanwhile, the cooling fan has the function of cleaning the dust on the surface of the radiator. Whether the reverse self-cleaning function needs to be started or not is judged by respectively detecting the water outlet temperature of the engine, the rotating speed of the cooling fan and the consumed power of the cooling fan, so that the reverse time of the cooling fan is accurately controlled, dust on blades of the cooling fan can be timely cleaned, self-cleaning of the cooling fan is realized, the heat dissipation effect of the cooling fan is improved, the water temperature of the engine is reduced, and the normal work of the engine is ensured.

In the embodiment, the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), or a combination of CPU and NP. The Processor may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), Programmable Logic Devices (PLD), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA), other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or any combination thereof. The PLD may be a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or any combination thereof.

In the present embodiment, the memory, as a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer-executable programs, and modules. The memory may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor, and such remote memory may be coupled to the processor via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.

In this embodiment, the controller further comprises at least one communication interface and at least one communication bus. The communication interface may include a Display (Display) and a Keyboard (Keyboard), and optionally, the communication interface may also include a standard wired interface and a wireless interface. The communication bus is used to enable connection communication between these components. The communication bus may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc.

The invention also provides a storage medium, which stores computer instructions, and the instructions are executed by a processor to realize the control method of the cooling fan. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, HDD), or a Solid State Drive (SSD); the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:

1. whether the reverse rotation self-cleaning function needs to be started or not is judged by respectively detecting the water outlet temperature of the engine, the rotating speed of the cooling fan and the power consumption of the cooling fan, the reverse rotation of the cooling fan is accurately controlled, the use efficiency of the fan can be improved, the consumption is reduced, and the use time is prolonged.

2. When the actual outlet water temperature of the engine is higher than the preset temperature and lower than the alarm temperature, the alarm cannot give an alarm, the rotating speed of the cooling fan does not reach the maximum rotating speed, a small amount of dust possibly exists in the cooling fan, and the reverse rotation function can be manually started at the moment in order to reduce the power consumption of the cooling fan; when the actual outlet water temperature of the engine is greater than or equal to the alarm temperature, the alarm gives an alarm, the controller judges whether the actual rotating speed of the cooling fan reaches the maximum rotating speed, if the actual rotating speed does not reach the maximum rotating speed, the actual power of the cooling fan is checked, if the actual power is greater than or equal to the preset power, the situation that a large amount of dust exists on blades of the cooling fan is indicated, the cooling fan needs to be controlled to stop rotating forwards immediately, and the cooling fan is rotated backwards through the controller to clean the dust on the blades; if the actual power is smaller than the preset power, whether the cooling fan has a fault needs to be checked; if the actual rotating speed of the cooling fan reaches the maximum rotating speed, stopping the machine to check whether cooling liquid is missing, whether the radiator is blocked and the like; if the actual outlet water temperature of the engine rises too fast in a short time, the rotating speed and the power of the cooling fan need to be monitored through the display, and if the actual outlet water temperature exceeds the alarm temperature, the cooling fan needs to be stopped to check whether dust exists on the cooling fan blades or not and whether the cooling fan has a fault or not.
