When the coke mixing device is used, a coke mixing end is poured into the material receiving hopper 7 through a forklift, the coke mixing enters the material receiving hopper 9 through a belt conveyor 8 below the material receiving hopper 7, mixed coke particles entering the material receiving hopper 9 enter the screen 18, the driving motor 16 is started, the driving motor 16 drives the threaded rotating shaft 17, the threaded rotating shaft 17 is fixedly connected with the screen 18 through the support 24, therefore, the threaded rotating shaft 17 drives the screen 18 to rotate, the mixed coke particles entering the screen 18 respectively sequentially pass through the coke particle screen section 3, the coke particle screen section 4 and the medium coke screen section 5, coke particles smaller than 10mm are screened by the coke particle screen section 3 and enter the coke particle funnel 10, coke particles smaller than 25mm enter the coke particle screen section 4 and enter the coke particle funnel 11, and coke particles larger than 25mm enter the medium coke particle screen section 5 and enter the medium coke particle 12, and therefore screening of different coke particles is completed.

Specifically, oversize products passing through the second section 5 of the drum screen enter a funnel 10 and enter a belt conveyor 11, and the medium coke enters a medium coke pile.

Further, as shown in fig. 2-3, a retaining ring 19 is arranged between each fixed metal ring 20 and the fixed cylinder 6, the fixed metal rings 20 and the retaining rings 19 are rotatably connected with each other, and the fixed cylinder 6 is divided into three different closed areas by the retaining rings 19, so that the unicity of coke particle separation in the areas of the coke t screen section 3, the coke particle screen section 4 and the medium coke screen section 5 is ensured, and the screening effect is improved.

Further, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, a counterweight ring 25 is slidably sleeved on each support 24, the screen mesh 18 and the threaded rotating shaft 17 are knocked and impacted by the gravity of the counterweight ring 25, the impact force of the counterweight ring 25 is used for vibrating the trommel screen 1, on one hand, the impact force of the counterweight ring 25 can enable the medium-sized coke particles in the screen mesh 18 to quickly penetrate through, and on the other hand, the possibility of blocking of the screen mesh 18 can be reduced.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, the screen mesh of the coke screening section 3 is a steel wire screen mesh with a mesh of 10mm and a thickness of 1mm, so that the coke can be better screened out in the coke screening section 3.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the included angle between the drum screen 1 and the horizontal plane is 15 degrees, so that the mixed coke can be conveniently screened and advanced in the drum screen 1, and the screening effect is improved.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, a coke t belt conveyor 13, a coke particle belt conveyor 14 and a medium coke belt conveyor 15 are respectively arranged below the coke t hopper 10, the coke particle hopper 11 and the medium coke hopper 12, so that coke particles with different sizes can be automatically collected and transported conveniently.
