Background

Simultaneously, because the negative pole post of battery adopts the copper material usually, and the copper material is more expensive, therefore in order to practice thrift the cost, the part of being connected the inside of utmost point post and electric core keeps original copper material usually to guarantee the performance of battery, and the part of being connected the outside of utmost point post and consumer sets up to the aluminium material that the cost is lower relatively, and copper material and aluminium material adopt friction weld's mode cooperation to be connected, in order to form and to guarantee battery performance, the compound utmost point post that the cost is lower relatively again.

However, in the prior art, the composite pole connected by the friction welding method has high processing cost, and is easy to produce insufficient welding in the welding process, which affects the quality and safety performance of the power battery.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a composite pole which is simple and reliable in matching mode and low in cost, and can effectively ensure the quality, the service performance and the safety performance of a battery.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a cap and a battery, which include the above composite post. Therefore, the method also has the advantages of low cost, good performance and high quality.

The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following steps:

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a top cover 100 according to this embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a battery, which includes a casing (not shown), a battery cell (not shown), and a top cover 100. The casing is a hollow square structure with an opening at one end, the battery cell is arranged inside the casing, and the top cover 100 is arranged at the opening of the casing and is electrically connected with the battery cell.

Of course, in other embodiments, the composite post 104 may also be suitable for a sodium ion battery, and when being suitable for a sodium ion battery, the material of the positive post and the negative post of the composite post 104 is aluminum, which is not limited in this embodiment.

In detail, in order to ensure stability and reliability of the composite pole 104, in the present embodiment, the inner pole 105 is provided with the first fitting part 121. The outer pole 107 is provided with a second fitting portion 123 that fits with the first fitting portion 121. For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the number of the first fitting part 121 and the second fitting part 123 is one, and as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the number of the first fitting part 121 and the second fitting part 123 is two, so as to further ensure the stability and reliability of the composite pole post 104, thereby ensuring the safety performance and the service performance of the battery. The conductive layer is a structure made of a softer conductive material, and can be stamped together with the inner pole 105 and the outer pole 107 to obtain a composite structure matched with the first matching portion 121 and the second matching portion 123, so that the contact area between the first matching portion 121 and the second matching portion 123 is increased, the conductivity between the first matching portion 121 and the second matching portion 123 is enhanced, and the safety and the reliability of the battery are further ensured.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 6 to 8 again, in this embodiment, a bus bar 133 is further disposed on one side of the top cover plate 101 close to the battery core, one end of the bus bar 133 is connected to the inner electrode post 105, and the other end of the bus bar 133 is connected to a tab of the battery core to communicate the inside and the outside of the battery. Wherein the bus bar sheet 133 is integrally formed with the first pole body 113 of the inner pole 105. Specifically, the inner pole 105 and the bus bar 133, which are connected and disposed, may be directly stamped using a copper material, so as to simplify the manufacturing process, improve the manufacturing efficiency, and ensure the stability and reliability of the manufactured composite pole 104.

In this embodiment, the bus bar sheet 133 is integrally formed with the internal electrode post 105, so that the original assembly sequence of the battery can be changed. In detail, prior art because utmost point post and the structure that converges separately set up, therefore when utmost point post and the utmost point ear cooperation of electricity core, need earlier with the structure that converges and install to the top cap, earlier with the utmost point post welding cooperation of top cap, then assemble whole top cap to battery case to make the structure that converges again with utmost point ear welding, such mounting means process is complicated, and the required precision is high around installation and the welding to the structure that converges, therefore also be convenient for the operation. Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 6 to 8 again, in the present embodiment, the top cover plate 101 specifically includes a cover 109 and a plastic body 111 disposed on one side of the cover 109 close to the battery cell, and the plastic body 111 can provide an insulation protection function to further ensure the safety of the battery. Meanwhile, the mounting hole 103 of the top cover 100 is disposed through the top cover plate 101 and the plastic body 111. And the inner pole 105 is attached to one side of the plastic body 111 close to the battery cell, and the pole boss 115 of the inner pole 105 is inserted into the mounting hole 103. Meanwhile, the bus bar 133 is also attached to one side of the plastic body 111 close to the battery cell, so as to be electrically connected to a tab of the battery cell, thereby ensuring efficient operation of battery charging and discharging.

Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the top cover 100 includes a sealing ring 125 and an insulating stopper 127. The sealing ring 125 is disposed between the internal pole 105 and the inner wall of the mounting hole 103, and is used for sealing and connecting the internal pole 105 and the inner wall of the mounting hole 103; the insulation stopper 127 is disposed between the outer pole 107 and the inner wall of the mounting hole 103, and is used for limiting the position of the outer pole 107 relative to the top cover 100. Through the setting of sealing washer 125 and insulating locating part 127 for the gas tightness between compound utmost point post 104 and the mounting hole 103 is better, and the two complex structures are compacter and reliable, thereby do benefit to the performance and the security performance that guarantee compound utmost point post 104, and then can further improve the reliability and the stability of battery. Meanwhile, the material of the insulating limiting part 127 is specifically selected to be pps, which has the advantages of good rigidity and insulation, so that the insulating limiting part can be matched with the sealing ring 125 to provide good limiting and insulating effects, thereby ensuring the compression amount of the sealing ring 125, providing limiting and insulating effects for the matching between the composite pole post 104 and the top cover 100, further improving the stability and safety of the composite pole post 104, and further improving the stability and safety of the battery.

Of course, in other embodiments, the top cap 100 can also set up the sealing ring 125 to be sleeved outside the whole composite pole 104 according to requirements, so as to simultaneously seal and connect the inner pole 105 and the inner wall of the mounting hole 103, and the outer pole 107 and the inner wall of the mounting hole 103, so that the airtightness between the inner pole 105 and the outer pole 107 and the mounting hole 103 is better, and thus the safety and reliability of the battery can be further ensured, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.

In detail, the first post body 113 is inserted into the mounting hole 103, and the sealing ring 125 is specifically sleeved outside the post boss 115 for sealing engagement with the inner wall of the mounting hole 103. The insulation limiting member 127 is provided with an inner ring groove 129 and an outer ring groove 131, the cover plate further comprises an annular protrusion 135 located on the edge of the inner wall of the mounting hole 103, the outer pole 107 is inserted into the inner ring groove 129, and the annular protrusion 135 is inserted into the outer ring groove 131. On one hand, the sealing ring 125 is sleeved outside the pole boss 115, so that the pole boss 115 is matched with the top cover 100 more tightly and reliably, and the reliability and stability of the integral structure obtained after stamping are ensured; on the other hand, since the insulating limiting member 127 is provided with the inner annular groove 129 and the outer annular groove 131, the inner annular groove 129 can be tightly matched with the second pole body 117, so that the air tightness between the second pole body 117 and the top cover 100 can be ensured, and the outer annular groove 131 can be matched with the annular protrusion 135, so that the air tightness is further improved after the composite pole 104 is matched with the sealing ring 125 and the insulating limiting member 127, and the safety and the reliability of the battery can be fully ensured.

Further optionally, an upper portion (an end far away from the battery core) of the sealing ring 125 may be set to abut against a lower portion (an end close to the battery core) of the insulation limiting member 127, so as to further improve the sealing performance and stability of the whole composite post 104 after being matched with the top cover plate 101, thereby further improving the safety and reliability of the battery.

The following detailed description of the preparation process, the operation principle and the advantageous effects of the battery provided by the embodiment of the present invention:

when the battery is prepared, the composite post 104 may be disposed on the top cover 100; then, the battery cell is mounted in the casing, the top cover plate 101 is fitted to the casing, the positive tab of the battery cell is electrically connected to the internal post 105 of the positive post, and the negative tab of the battery cell is electrically connected to the internal post 105 of the negative post. In the process of arranging the composite pole 104 on the top cover plate 101, the copper plate can be firstly stamped into a composite structure of the first pole body 113 with the pole boss 115 and the bus plate 133 to serve as the inner pole 105 of the negative pole, and meanwhile, the aluminum plate is stamped into a composite structure of the first pole body 113 with the pole boss 115 and the bus plate 133 to serve as the inner pole 105 of the positive pole; then, the two sealing rings 125 are respectively sleeved outside the pole bosses 115 of the two inner poles 105, and the pole bosses 115 penetrate through the corresponding mounting holes 103 and then extend out so as to be attached to the inner walls of the mounting holes 103 at the corresponding positions through the sealing rings 125; then, two external aluminum plates are used as the external pole 107, are respectively attached to the two internal poles 105, and are respectively stamped to form a negative pole and a positive pole with a composite structure of a concave groove and a convex; finally, the two insulation stoppers 127 may be respectively disposed between the two outer poles 107 and the top cover plate 101.

In the process, on one hand, the composite pole post 104 is not required to be connected in a welding mode, so that the problem of insufficient soldering is avoided, and only the concave groove and the protrusion are required to be matched in a stamping mode and the like, so that the composite pole post has the advantages of simple and reliable matching mode and low cost; on the other hand, when punching operation is carried out, the circumference of the inner wall of the concave groove is tightly attached to the circumference of the protrusion, and the end face of the protrusion is also tightly matched with the groove bottom of the concave groove, so that not only can the rigidity of the composite pole 104 be ensured, but also the conductivity and the air tightness of the composite pole 104 can be ensured, and the quality, the use performance and the safety performance of the composite pole 104 can be effectively ensured.

In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides a composite post 104 with simple and reliable fitting manner and low cost, which can effectively ensure the quality, the usability and the safety performance of the battery. Embodiments of the present invention also provide a top cap 100 and a battery, which includes the composite post 104 described above. Therefore, the method also has the advantages of low cost, good performance and high quality.
