Background

In industrial production, a plurality of occasions need to fasten products by means of a nail gun, and the nail gun is a necessary tool in industries such as carpentry, building construction and the like. The nail gun is composed of a gun body and a cartridge clip part. The gun body part comprises a gun shell, an air cylinder, a balance valve, a trigger assembly, a firing pin assembly, a cushion pad, a gun nozzle, a gun cover, a bumper assembly and the like, and a firing pin piston reciprocates in the air cylinder through a trigger switch by utilizing the pressure difference between compressed air and atmosphere. The bullet clip part is composed of accessories such as a nail pusher, a fixed bullet clip and a movable bullet clip, the gun nail is sent into the gun cover groove through a pressure spring, a tension spring or a coil spring, and when the firing pin is pushed out from the gun nozzle at high speed, the nail is ejected out.

When the current nail gun is used, firstly, the nail box needs to be opened and nails are loaded into the nail box, and a resetting structure is arranged between the nail pusher and the nail box which are installed in the nail box at present, the resetting structure is used for pushing the nail pusher to move so that the nail pusher pushes the nails, but the current nail gun has the following defects when in use:

firstly, the pushing action of the pushing plate of the nail pusher is unstable, and the condition of idle pushing can occur;

secondly, due to the function of the nail pusher resetting structure, when a user loads nails into the nail box, the fingers of the user need to always push the nail pusher to prevent the nail pusher from resetting, so that inconvenience is brought to the user.

The nail gun has the advantages that the nail gun is stable in pushing effect when in use, meanwhile, when a user moves the nail pusher to the tail of a nail box of the nail gun, the nail pusher can be locked, the free reset of the nail pusher can be avoided, the user does not need to push the nail pusher with fingers all the time, the user can conveniently load nails, and the use convenience is brought to the user.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1) when the nail box is used, the force application part is required to be pressed down during nail loading, so that the other end of the pushing plate, namely the pushing part, is tilted, a nail can conveniently slide into the top of the nail box from a nail loading port, after the nail is loaded, the force application part is loosened, under the action of the elastic part, the tilted end of the pushing plate, namely the pushing part, falls back, the nail is pushed into the gun nozzle for nailing, the pushing part has the tendency of downwards abutting against the nail box to push the nail due to the action of the elastic part, and finally the pushing action of the pushing plate is stable, so that empty pushing is avoided;

2) when the nail is installed, the user can move the nail pusher to the tail of the nail gun to lock the nail pusher, and then the nail is installed, so that the free reset of the nail pusher can be avoided, the user does not need to push the nail pusher with fingers all the time, and the use convenience is further brought to the user.

Furthermore, the locking structure comprises a first locking hole formed in the bottom cover and a second locking hole formed in one side of the moving groove, the first locking hole and the second locking hole are attached to each other in an up-down and staggered mode, and a limiting position used for clamping the clamping tongue is formed in the staggered position.
