1. Closure system (1) for use as a container for liquid and/or bulk material, in particular a beverage can (2) or a carton, the closure system (1) comprising

-a lid (10), wherein the lid (10) comprises an upper side (11), a lower side (12) and a drinking aperture (14), wherein the drinking aperture comprises a guide groove;

-a closing member (20) for closing the drinking aperture (14), and

an operating member (30) for manually opening the drinking aperture (14) by a user,

wherein

-the closing member (20) is located at the lower side (12) of the cover (10) and is fixedly connected with the operating member (30) at the upper side (11) of the cover (10);

-the closing member (20) for closing the drinking aperture (14) is configured to cover the entire surface of the drinking aperture (14) in a closed position; and

-the operating member (30) and the closing member (20) are configured to be movable along a first axis (a) extending substantially parallel to the upper side (11) of the cover (10), wherein

■ movement of the operating member (30) in a first direction (8) along the first axis (A) causes movement of the closure member (20) from the closed position and opening of the drink aperture (14), and

■ movement of the operating member (30) in a second direction (9) opposite to the first direction (8) along the first axis (A) causes movement of the closure member (20) into the closed position and re-closure of the drinking aperture (14).

2. Closure system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixed connection of the closure member and the operating member is realized by a welded connection, an adhesive connection or a riveted connection.

3. Closure system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the closure system comprises at least one fastening and/or control member (34, 40, 45), wherein the fastening and/or control member (34) comprises a lifting portion (39) on its underside, the lifting portion (39) being arranged such that the lifting portion (39) collides with the cover (10) when the operating member (30) is moved in the first direction (8).

4. Closure system according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the lifting portion meets the end of the guide groove in the first direction.

5. Closure system according to one of the two preceding claims,

characterized in that said fastening and/or control member (34) is connected with said operating member (30) by a hinge (70), in particular by a film hinge, wherein said film hinge preferably defines a tilting axis orthogonal to said first axis.

6. Closure system according to one of the three preceding claims,

characterized in that the closing member (20) comprises a groove (26), wherein the lifting portion (39) extends into the groove (26).

7. Closure system according to one of the preceding claims,

characterized in that the closure system comprises at least one fastening and/or control member (34, 40, 45), wherein the control member is configured such that it

-comprises a first state as long as the operating member (30) does not move and/or the closing member (20) does not move from the closed position, and

-irreversibly assuming a second state, at least visually distinct from said first state, when said operating member (30) is moved in said first direction (8) and/or when said closing member (20) is moved from said closed position,

in particular wherein

-the fastening and/or control member (34, 40, 45) maintains the second state even if the operating member (30) is moved back in the second direction (9) and/or the closing member (20) is moved back into the closed position.

8. Closure system according to one of claims 3 to 7,

the operating member (30) is integrally arranged with the control member (34).

-the closing member (20) comprises a groove (26), wherein the lifting portion (39) extends into the groove (26).

13. The closure system of claim 7,

the control member (45) is arranged to the closure member (20) and engages an opening (48) of the lid (10) in the first state and is visible through a viewing opening (46) of the operating member (30), in particular wherein the control member (45) is arranged and positioned relative to the opening (48) of the lid (10) such that the control member (45) breaks when the operating member (30) is moved in the first direction (8) and/or the closure member (20) is moved from the closed position.
