The HDPE hot melt powder modified waterborne polyurethane resin as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of diisocyanate, 30 parts of oligomer polyol, 17 parts of diluent, 20 parts of HDPE hot melt powder, 8 parts of triethylamine, 10 parts of neutralizer, 7 parts of hydrophilic modifier, 2 parts of chain extender, 0.4 part of catalyst and 80 parts of deionized water.

3. The HDPE hot melt powder modified aqueous polyurethane resin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diisocyanate is one or more of toluene diisocyanate, 4 '-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, and 4,4' -dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate.

The HDPE hot melt powder modified waterborne polyurethane resin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oligomer polyol is one or more of polycarbonate diol, polypropylene oxide polyol, polyethylene oxide diol, polytetrahydrofuran diol, polyethylene glycol adipate diol, and neopentyl glycol adipate diol.

5. The HDPE hot melt powder modified waterborne polyurethane resin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diluent is one or more of acetone, butanone and N-methylpyrrolidone.

6. The HDPE hot melt powder modified waterborne polyurethane resin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydrophilic modifier is one or more of 2-hydroxypropionic acid, 2-pyrrolidone, 3-hydroxypropionic acid and 2-hydroxybutyric acid.

The HDPE hot melt powder modified waterborne polyurethane resin of claim 1, wherein the chain extender is one or more of 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 6-hexanediol, ethylene glycol, 1, 2-propanediol, diethylene glycol, trimethylolpropane, ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, isophoronediamine, and sulfamate.

8. The HDPE hot melt powder modified waterborne polyurethane resin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the HDPE hot melt powder is a HDPE hot melt powder with a hot melt temperature of 100-130 ℃.

Background

The waterborne polyurethane resin has the advantages of non-inflammability, no toxicity, no environmental pollution, energy conservation and the like, and has excellent properties of high strength, wear resistance, safe use and the like, so the waterborne polyurethane resin is widely applied and becomes an important development direction in the field of new materials at home and abroad. Up to now, the industrialized waterborne polyurethane in China has few varieties and small yield, is difficult to meet the current diversified requirements, and has poor film forming property, flexibility, strength, solvent resistance and water resistance.

In a preferred embodiment, the hydrophilic modifier is one or more of 2-hydroxypropionic acid, 2-pyrrolidone, 3-hydroxypropionic acid, and 2-hydroxybutyric acid.

In a preferred embodiment, the chain extender is one or more of 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 6-hexanediol, ethylene glycol, 1, 2-propanediol, diethylene glycol, trimethylolpropane, ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, isophoronediamine, sulfamates.

In a preferred embodiment, the HDPE hot melt powder is an HDPE hot melt powder with a hot melt temperature of 100-130 ℃.

The oligomer polyalcohol is a mixture of polycarbonate dihydric alcohol, polypropylene oxide polyalcohol, polyethylene oxide dihydric alcohol, polytetrahydrofuran dihydric alcohol, polyethylene glycol adipate dihydric alcohol and polyethylene glycol adipate dihydric alcohol. The diluent is a mixture of acetone and butanone. The hydrophilic modifier is a mixture of 2-hydroxypropionic acid and 2-pyrrolidone. The diisocyanate is a mixture of 4,4 '-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, and 4,4' -dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate. The oligomer polyalcohol is a mixture of polycarbonate dihydric alcohol, polyoxyethylene dihydric alcohol, polytetrahydrofuran dihydric alcohol, polyethylene glycol adipate dihydric alcohol and polyethylene glycol adipate dihydric alcohol. The diluent is a mixture of butanone and N-methyl pyrrolidone. The hydrophilic modifier is a mixture of 2-pyrrolidone and 2-hydroxybutyric acid. The chain extender is a mixture of 1, 4-butanediol, ethylene glycol, 1, 2-propanediol, diethylene glycol, ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine and isophorone diamine. The diluent is a mixture of acetone, butanone and N-methyl pyrrolidone. The hydrophilic modifier is a mixture of 2-hydroxypropionic acid, 2-pyrrolidone, 3-hydroxypropionic acid and 2-hydroxybutyric acid.
