A microminiature combustor is characterized in that: an oil pump (14) sucks fuel oil from a fuel tank (1), the fuel oil is heated by an instant heater (6) to become a vapor state, then the vapor state is sprayed out from a nozzle (11) to a combustion part of a furnace plate (9), and then the vapor state is blown by a fan (12) to form a dispersed state, and then an igniter (10) ignites and burns; the fuel oil vapor fog led out from the instant heating heater (6) is shunted to the nozzle (11) and the steam return pipe (4) through the electric three-way regulating valve (7), and the electric three-way regulating valve (7) is used for controlling the on-off of pipelines entering the nozzle (11) and the steam return pipe (4) and regulating the flow; a cooler (5) is arranged on the pipeline of the steam return pipe (4) to cool the passing steam fog, and the cooled steam fog enters the steam tank (3); the igniter (10), the fan (12), the oil pump (14), the instant heating heater (6) and the electric three-way regulating valve (7) are respectively and electrically connected with the controller (13).

Background

The prior natural gas or liquefied gas fuel has wide application, is characterized by convenient use and low price, and is widely applied to daily life of people except for large-scale application of industrial heating. However, many unsafe factors exist in the using process, such as flash explosion, fire, gas poisoning and the like, which endanger the life safety of people.

With the continuous development of new energy industry, novel environment-friendly and safe fuel is gradually replacing the existing fuel; the liquid fuel for vaporization combustion is a new fuel newly invented in recent years, and has the advantages that: the liquid fuel can not be combusted in a liquid state, has a high flash point, can be ignited and combusted only by forming tiny liquid drops after vaporization, has good safety, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and can be used for replacing the existing natural gas and liquefied gas; when the fuel is used, the liquid fuel needs to be pressurized by an oil pump and then sprayed out through a nozzle for atomization or tiny liquid drops of the liquid fuel can be combusted after being blown and atomized by compressed air, and the evaporation surface of the oil drops is increased after atomization. This is achieved by using a smaller pump (flow rate greater than 20 ml per minute) and a smaller nozzle (nozzle diameter greater than 0.4 mm) for a burner with a liquid output flow rate greater than 20 ml per minute, but for the condition of low heat demand, such as cooking rice and porridge at home, ignition starting or other special uses, the flow rate of the required liquid fuel is only 2 ml to 10 ml per minute, because the conventional oil pump meeting the same pressure has larger flow, the miniature oil pump with small flow and needing certain pressure can not be matched, the diameter of the nozzle needs to be extremely small, even the diameter of the nozzle needs to be less than 0.1-0.3 mm, the nozzle is too small to be easily processed, so that the liquid atomization effect is poor, the combustion is insufficient, the small fire cannot ignite, the energy is wasted, the nozzle is easy to block, and the popularization and the application of the liquid fuel are greatly limited.

The purpose of the patent is to design a microminiature burner, which meets the requirements of sufficient atomization and combustion of liquid with a minute flow of 2-10 milliliters of liquid fuel per minute.

The technical scheme of this patent is: a microminiature combustor is characterized in that: the oil pump sucks fuel oil from the fuel oil tank, the fuel oil is heated by the instant heater to be changed into a vapor state and then is sprayed out of the nozzle to the combustion part of the furnace plate, and then the fuel oil is blown by the fan to form a dispersed state and then is ignited and combusted by the igniter; the steam fog led out from the instant heater is distributed to the nozzle and the steam return pipe through the electric three-way regulating valve, and the electric three-way regulating valve is used for controlling the on-off of the pipelines entering the nozzle and the steam return pipe and regulating the flow; a cooler is arranged on a pipeline of the steam return pipe to cool the passing steam fog, and the cooled steam fog enters the steam tank; the igniter, the fan, the oil pump, the instant heating heater and the electric three-way regulating valve are respectively and electrically connected with the controller;

the oil pump adopts a spherical pump;

the vapor tank is communicated with the fuel tank through an oil return pipe, and an oil return valve is arranged on a pipeline of the oil return pipe;

a temperature sensor is arranged in the instant heating type heater and is electrically connected with the controller.

The advantage of this patent is:

1) an instant heater is arranged on a connecting pipeline between an oil pump and a nozzle, oil introduced from a fuel tank is heated in an instant burner and then is changed into fuel oil vapor fog with certain pressure, the fuel oil vapor fog is sprayed out through the nozzle to form uniform oil mist for combustion, the liquid output of the oil pump is changed into oil mist and vapor mixed state output, the quality of the output fuel oil is greatly reduced under the same pressure and the through-flow diameter of the nozzle, the fuel oil quantity requirement with the minimum flow of 1-10 milliliters per minute can be met, the slow fire heating with the tiny heat value requirement can be met, the ignition of the small fire is convenient, and the thermal regulation range of the mini-type burner is expanded;

2) an electric three-way regulating valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the instant heater and the nozzle, at the moment of fire shutoff, the electric three-way regulating valve cuts off an oil-gas channel leading to the nozzle (namely, a spray pipeline is cut off), oil gas in the pipeline outside the instant heater and the oil pump enters a gas return pipeline through the electric three-way regulating valve, and the phenomenon that the oil gas in the pipeline and the instant heater is sprayed out from the nozzle after fire shutoff to cause environmental pollution and energy waste is avoided; the oil-gas amount entering the spray pipe can be adjusted and reduced as required by adjusting the valve opening degrees of the inlet spray pipe and the steam return pipe of the electric three-way adjusting valve, so that the thermal adjustment range of the micro combustor can be adjusted in a wider range;

3) the fuel oil is fully combusted, the combustion efficiency is high, no peculiar smell is generated in the combustion process, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.

The following detailed description of the present patent refers to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.

As shown in fig. 1, the micro-combustor according to the present invention is schematically configured, and includes a fuel tank 1, an oil pump 14, an instant heater 6, an electric three-way regulating valve 7, a steam return pipe 4, a fan 12, a furnace plate 9, an igniter 10, a nozzle 8, a nozzle 11 connected to an end of the nozzle 8, a cooler 5, a vapor-liquid tank 3, a controller 13, and the like; the spherical pump is a new-principle structure variable-capacity mechanism newly invented recently, and has the advantages of small volume, high pressure and ultramicro capability; the oil pump 14 is a miniature spherical pump and comprises a pump body and an oil pump motor 141 connected to the pump body, the pump body of the oil pump 14 is rigidly connected with the oil pump motor 141 through a flange, and an output shaft of the oil pump motor 141 is connected with a pump body main shaft through a coupling to transmit torque; the fuel tank 1 is used for storing fuel oil, the fuel oil is liquid, the fuel oil can be reliably combusted only when the fuel oil is changed into a vapor-fog state without being combusted in the liquid state, and the vapor-fog state is a mist-shaped mixture formed by tiny liquid drops and can be fully combusted after being mixed with oxygen. For this purpose, an oil pump 14 is used for sucking and pressurizing liquid fuel in the fuel tank 1 into a spray pipe 8, and then the liquid fuel is sprayed out from a nozzle 11 to form vapor fog with tiny particles, the nozzle 11 sprays the vapor fog to a combustion part of a furnace plate 9 and blows air through a fan 12, so that the vapor fog particles and air are mixed and further refined to form a dispersion state, and then an igniter 10 ignites against the vapor fog and then burns on the furnace plate 9; an igniter 10 and a fan 12 are fixed on a furnace body, a nozzle 11 is arranged at the lower part of a furnace plate 9, the center of the lower part of the furnace plate is upward (a fire hole of a cooking range), steam mist is sprayed, an air port of the fan 12 blows air upwards from the lower part of the nozzle 11, the steam mist sprayed by the nozzle 11 is mixed with air to be changed into fine dispersed particles, and a combustion pool is formed above the furnace plate 9.

An oil inlet pipe of an oil pump 14 is inserted into the fuel tank 1, an oil discharge pipe is connected with an inlet end of an instant heater 6, an outlet end of the instant heater 6 is communicated with an inlet of an electric three-way regulating valve 7, one outlet of the electric three-way regulating valve 7 is communicated with a spray pipe 8, the other outlet is communicated with one end of a steam return pipe 4, and the other end of the steam return pipe 4 is communicated with a steam-liquid tank 3; a cooler 5 is arranged on the pipeline of the steam return pipe 4 to cool the steam fog flowing through the pipeline, and the cooled steam-fog mixture becomes liquid and a very small amount of steam fog enters the steam tank 3; the instant heater 6 is provided with an electric heating wire on the inner wall of an annular channel, so that large-particle liquid fuel passing through the heating channel of the instant heater 6 is changed into dispersed tiny fog-like liquid drops and partial oil vapor in the channel, thereby reducing the density of the fuel, and a temperature sensor 61 is arranged in the instant heater 6 and used for sensing the temperature of an inner cavity of the instant heater 6, and the steam fog can be generated when the fuel is heated to the vaporization critical temperature generally. The cooler 5 is made into a disc-shaped structure by adopting a copper pipe with good heat dissipation, and when vapor entering the cooler 5 from the vapor return pipe 4 flows in the copper pipe, the vapor is rapidly dissipated, the temperature is reduced, and the vapor is changed back to a liquid state and a very small amount of vapor again; the oil pump motor 141 provides power for the oil pump 14, the igniter 9, the motor of the fan 12, the oil pump motor 141 of the oil pump 14, the instant heater 6, the electric three-way regulating valve 7 and the temperature sensor 61 are respectively and electrically connected with the controller 13, and the controller 13 is used for controlling ignition of the igniter 10, blowing and wind power of the fan 12, work control of the oil pump 14, heating temperature control of the instant heater 6 and the like.

An oil pump 14 sucks fuel oil from a fuel tank 1, the fuel oil is heated by an instant heater 6 to become a vapor state, then the vapor state enters a spray pipe 8 through an electric three-way regulating valve 7, is sprayed out of a nozzle to a furnace plate combustion part through the spray pipe 8, and is blown by a fan 13 to form a dispersed state, and then an igniter 10 ignites and burns.

The fuel oil vapor fog led out from the instant heating type burner 6 is shunted to the spray pipe 8 and the vapor return pipe 4 through the electric three-way regulating valve 7, and the vapor fog entering the spray pipe 8 is sprayed out through the nozzle 11; the electric three-way regulating valve 7 is used for regulating the on-off of a pipeline of the spray pipe 8 and the on-off of a pipeline of the gas return pipe 4, and respectively regulating the flow of vapor fog entering the spray pipe 8 and the gas return pipe 4, after the controller 13 controls the oil pump 14 to stop when the fire is over, the electric three-way regulating valve 7 is controlled to close the vapor fog entering the spray pipe 8, and a valve entering the gas return pipe 4 is opened or enlarged, so that the unburned vapor fog in the instant heater 6 and in the pipeline enters the cooler 5 through the gas return pipe 4 to be cooled, and the cooled vapor fog is changed into a liquid state or a liquid state and a small amount of vapor state and then enters the vapor-liquid tank 3, is completely changed into a liquid state in the vapor-liquid tank 3, and then returns to the fuel tank 1 from the vapor-liquid tank 3 through the oil return pipe 2; the vapor-liquid tank 3 is communicated with the fuel tank 1 through an oil return pipe 2, an oil return valve 71 is arranged on a pipeline on the oil return pipe 2, liquid fuel and a small amount of atomized liquid drops in the vapor-liquid tank 3 are stored and accumulated according to the use condition, and the incompletely liquefied vapor can be continuously liquefied; this opens the return valve 71 at regular or irregular intervals to return the fuel in the vapor-liquid tank 71 to the fuel tank 1. The oil return valve 71 can also be electrically controlled, and the controller 13 controls the automatic oil return at regular intervals.
