1. A waterproof device for a battery, comprising:

a first housing and a second housing which are hermetically connected together and form a closed space therebetween; and

a watertight partition positioned within the second housing and sealingly connected to the second housing so as to divide the enclosed space into a first enclosed space between the first housing and the watertight partition and a second enclosed space between the watertight partition and the second housing, wherein the second enclosed space is configured to accommodate a battery assembly.

2. The battery waterproofing device according to claim 1, wherein the first case and the second case are sealingly connected together by a glue, or the first case and the second case are sealingly connected together by a screw and a gasket.

3. The battery waterproofing device of claim 1 or 2, further comprising a latch module configured to lock the first and second housings together.

4. The battery waterproofing device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a handle attached to the first housing.

5. The battery waterproofing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the waterproofing separator is a plate-like structure, is sealingly attached to the side wall of the second case by glue, or is sealingly attached together by a screw and a sealing ring.

6. The battery waterproofing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a buffer space is provided between the waterproofing separator and the first case.

7. The waterproof device for battery as claimed in claim 1 or 2, further comprising a metal strip and a metal strip fixing plate.

8. The battery waterproofing device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a first water detector provided in the first enclosed space and a second water detector provided in the second enclosed space.

10. The battery waterproofing device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a control button provided on the first housing and a battery assembly provided in the second enclosed space, the control button being electrically connected to the battery assembly.

11. A surfboard comprising:

a plate body;

the battery waterproofing device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, provided on a plate body; and

and the battery component is arranged in the second closed space of the battery waterproof device.

12. The surfboard of claim 11, further comprising a power unit electrically connected to the battery assembly to provide power through the battery assembly.

Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of a battery waterproofing device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 shows a partial sectional view of the battery waterproofing device 10, and fig. 3 shows the assembled battery waterproofing device 10, which will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.

As shown in fig. 1, the battery waterproofing device 10 includes a first case 11, a second case 12, and a waterproofing partition 13, wherein the second case 12 is, for example, in the form of an open container, the first case 11 is of a substantially plate-like structure and covers the second case 12, and the first case 11 and the second case 12 are sealingly joined together with a closed space formed therebetween. The waterproof partition 13 may also be configured in a plate-like structure, located inside the second case 12, and hermetically connected to the second case 12, thereby dividing the closed space into a first closed space between the first case 11 and the waterproof partition 13 and a second closed space between the waterproof partition 13 and the second case 12, wherein the second closed space is configured to accommodate a battery assembly. Fig. 2 shows a partial sectional view of the battery waterproofing device, in which it is clearly shown that the watertight partition 13 is provided in the closed space formed by the first case 11 and the second case 12 and divides the closed space into a first closed space C1 located above the watertight partition 13 and a second closed space C2 located below the watertight partition 13.

In the structure of the battery waterproof device 10 shown in fig. 1 and 2, the seal between the first case 11 and the second case 12 constitutes a first reseal. The two mating surfaces of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 may be fixed and sealed by, for example, structural glue G (as shown in fig. 2), and the adhesive surfaces of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are fastened by bolts 15 through metal strips 14 and metal strip fixing plates 15, so as to increase the adhesive strength of the adhesive surface between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 and improve the shear strength of the adhesive surface of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. Or instead of fixing the seal with said glue, said first housing 11 and second housing 2 may be sealingly connected together by means of screws and sealing rings. The present invention is not limited to a particular sealing connection. Two metal strips 14 are schematically shown in fig. 1, which are symmetrically arranged, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and four metal strips may be arranged at four edges of the first housing 11. Alternatively, no metal strip can be provided, and the first resealing can be ensured only by the adhesive between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12.

The seal between the watertight partition 13 and the second housing 12 constitutes a second reseal. The waterproof separator 13 may be disposed in the second casing 12, and may be fixed in the second casing 12 by, for example, a sealant and a structural adhesive, the periphery of the waterproof separator 13 is fixed to the sidewall of the second casing 12 by an adhesive, and components such as a battery cell and a circuit are disposed in the second sealed space between the waterproof separator 13 and the second casing 12. Or instead of fixing the seal with the glue, the watertight partition 13 and the second housing 12 may be sealingly connected together by a screw and a gasket.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the waterproof partition 13 and the first housing 11 are spaced apart from each other by a certain distance, so that a buffer space is provided between the waterproof partition 13 and the first housing 11, thereby ensuring that the first housing 11 does not encroach on the waterproof partition 13 and does not touch or affect components such as a battery and a circuit provided in the second sealed space C2 when the first housing 11 is subjected to heavy weight and impact deformation.

In addition, in order to further enhance the connection strength between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 and facilitate assembly and disassembly, a latch module 16 may be provided, and the latch module 16 is configured to lock the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 together. As shown in fig. 1, four grooves 111 (only one groove 111 is labeled) are provided on the first housing 11, four grooves 121 are correspondingly provided at the edge positions of the second housing 12, the grooves 111 correspond to the positions of the grooves 121, and the latch modules 16 are provided in the grooves 111 and 112, so that the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 can be locked together.

In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the battery waterproofing device 10 further includes a handle 17 connected to the first housing 11, and detachably connected to the first housing 11 through a handle fixing plate 18, so as to facilitate a user to access the battery waterproofing device 10.

Fig. 3 shows the assembled battery waterproofing device, wherein a switch button S is further provided on the first housing 11. The switch key S is hermetically disposed on the first housing 11 and electrically connected to a battery or an electric circuit located in the second sealed space through a wire. The wire passes through the first housing 11 and the watertight partition 13 so as to extend into the second sealed space. The openings provided for the leads can be sealed and fixed by a silica gel plug and glue to ensure the sealed and waterproof state of the battery waterproof device 10.

Further in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the battery waterproofing device 10 further comprises a first water detector disposed in the first closed space C1 and a second water detector disposed in the second closed space C2. In the present invention, a water detection probe is placed in the first sealed space C1 between the first housing 11 and the waterproof partition 13, and after the first sealed space C1 between the first housing 11 and the waterproof partition 13 is invaded by water, conduction and alarm can be realized, at this time, it can be known that the first layer of sealing of the battery has failed, and measures such as timely battery replacement or remediation are required, and the battery cannot be used for a long time. The alarm device can be an acoustic, optical or electric alarm device, and when any one of the first water detector and the second water detector detects water, the alarm device gives an alarm to remind a user of timely maintaining or avoiding danger.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the battery waterproofing device 10 further includes a control button provided on the first housing and a battery assembly provided in the second closed space C2, the control button being electrically connected to the battery assembly so as to control, for example, turning on or off, the power supply.

The present invention also relates to a surfboard 20, as shown in fig. 4, which comprises a board body 21, a battery waterproof device 10 as shown above, and a battery assembly, wherein the battery waterproof device 10 is arranged on the board body 21; the battery assembly is disposed within the second enclosed space of the battery waterproofing device.

As shown in fig. 4, the surfboard 20 also includes a power unit 22, such as a propeller, the power unit 22 being electrically connected to the battery assembly to provide power through the battery assembly.
