3. The fat-free and talc-free pressed powder of claim 1 further comprising 0.6 to 1 part of a preservative.

4. The powder cake without grease and talcum powder is characterized by comprising the following components: 1250-70 parts of chinlon; 9-25 parts of silica; 10-25 parts of mica; and 2-8 parts of synthetic fluorophlogopite compound.

5. The grease-free and talc-free pressed powder of claim 4, wherein said nylon-12 is a hollow nylon powder with an oblate shape, said hollow nylon powder having a concave-convex surface formed thereon.

The fat-free talc-free pressed powder of claim 4 wherein said synthetic fluorophlogopite composite comprises: 1-4 parts of a first synthetic fluorophlogopite composite and 1-4 parts of a second synthetic fluorophlogopite composite; the first synthetic fluorophlogopite compound is a compound formed by synthetic fluorophlogopite and lauroyl lysine, and the second synthetic fluorophlogopite compound is a compound formed by synthetic fluorophlogopite, tin oxide and titanium dioxide.

7. The fat-free and talc-free pressed powder of claim 4 comprising the following components: 5-65 parts of chinlon-125; 15-20 parts of silica; 12-18 parts of mica; 3-7 parts of synthetic fluorophlogopite compound.

8. The fat-free and talc-free pressed powder of claim 4 further comprising 0.6 to 1 part of a preservative.

9. A method of making the fat-free and talc-free compact of claim 3 or 8, comprising:

a crushing step: adding the chinlon-12, silica, mica, synthetic fluorophlogopite or synthetic fluorophlogopite compound into a powder grinding machine according to the formula amount, and grinding to form first mixed powder; taking out part of the first mixed powder, adding a preservative with a formula amount into the powder grinding machine, and grinding to form second mixed powder; then uniformly mixing the taken out part of the first mixed powder with the second mixed powder to obtain third mixed powder;

compacting: and putting a preset amount of the third mixed powder into a charging basin, paving, putting into powder pressing equipment, and compacting to obtain the powder.

10. The fat-free and talc-free compact of claim 9 wherein in said compacting step, a compacting pressure of 40-60kg is set, a compacting time of 2-10 seconds, and a number of compacting times is set.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a powder cake without grease and talcum powder and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The talcum powder has the advantages of low price and stable property, and is widely applied to cosmetics all the time. Especially for pressed powder products, talcum powder is an essential component for assisting pressure and improving the anti-falling performance of pressed powder and has an irreplaceable position. However, carcinogen asbestos may remain in the talc powder, and the awareness of environmental protection and safety of consumers is gradually raised in recent years, so that the talc powder component is more and more rejected by consumers. Especially, after several official staffs of the Ming-Sheng company publicize the masses due to the talcum powder, consumers have deeper understanding about the problem that the talcum powder may contain asbestos residue. Therefore, many manufacturers have studied how to replace talc with other ingredients with better performance and higher safety, and at the same time, to ensure or improve the oil control and make-up performance of the pressed powder. However, after the talcum powder is replaced by other raw materials in the prior art, the prepared product cannot achieve good falling resistance and good makeup effect.

For example, patent No. cn202110107910.x discloses a baby corn toilet cake and a method for making the same, which uses corn starch and kaolin as fillers, and certain grease as a binder to help compact the cake. The patent uses 5-77.39% of starch as a compacting agent, the compacting effect that can be achieved is very limited, the final product cannot achieve good anti-falling performance, and the surface is easy to generate oil blocks.

For another example, CN202110011528.9 discloses a formulation and process for preparing a talc-free low-weight metal blush, which uses mica flakes as filler and a higher amount of grease as binder to aid in the compaction of the pressed powder. This patent uses 50-60% mica powder to aid in compaction, and the final cake product has a relatively heavy opaque finish, and can also have the negative effect of false-facial feel.

In summary, the pressed powder in the prior art has the following defects:

(1) grease can not be abandoned as a binder to help the compaction of the pressed powder, and the addition of the grease in the pressed powder is not beneficial to the oil control effect of the pressed powder;

(2) the existing pressed powder without talcum powder has poor anti-falling performance and poor cosmetic effect after being made up.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the powder cake without grease and talcum powder, which has excellent cosmetic effect, good anti-falling performance and good oil control effect.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the cake powder without grease and talcum powder, which is simple and convenient to operate and high in production efficiency.

One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a powder cake without grease and talcum powder comprises the following components: 1250-70 parts of chinlon; 9-25 parts of silica; 10-25 parts of mica; and 2-8 parts of synthetic fluorophlogopite.

Further, in the compacting step, the compacting pressure is set to be 40-60kg, the compacting time is set to be 2-10 seconds, and the compacting times is set to be one time.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the powder cake without grease and talcum powder provided by the invention is a powder cake mainly made of nylon powder, silicon powder and mica powder, can achieve a good compaction effect without adding talcum powder and grease, and has a strong and durable oil absorption effect.

(2) The preparation method of the grease-free talcum powder-free pressed powder provided by the invention has the advantages that the pressed powder does not contain grease components, the requirement on crushing equipment in the preparation process is lower, the operation is simple and convenient, and the production efficiency is high. In the traditional preparation of the cake powder containing the oil, the uniform crushing and mixing of the oil and the powder are very important, and if the crushing is not thorough, the final product which is not uniformly mixed has obvious oil drops, so the traditional preparation method of the cake powder containing the oil has higher requirements on equipment and operation.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict. The raw materials, equipments and the like used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified.

A powder cake without grease and talcum powder comprises the following components: 1250-70 parts of chinlon; 9-25 parts of silica; 10-25 parts of mica; and 2-8 parts of synthetic fluorophlogopite. The NYLON-12 is also called NYLON-12, and is named NYLON-12 in English. The mica is preferably flake mica powder. Silica has a high instantaneous oil absorption value, provides a dry, smooth tactile impression to the compact, and an instantaneous matte make-up effect. The second synthetic fluorophlogopite compound is a compound formed by synthetic fluorophlogopite, tin oxide and titanium dioxide, and the tin oxide and the titanium dioxide are auxiliary material components, so that the improvement of the brightness of the skin after being smeared is facilitated to a certain extent.

Furthermore, the preservative is 0.6-1 part, and the preservative is preferably a combination of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol. The antiseptic is nontoxic and safe, and can prolong the shelf life of the product.

The oil-free talcum powder-free powder cake provided by the embodiment of the invention uses irregular oblate hollow nylon powder as a main raw material, can achieve a good compaction effect without adding talcum powder and oil, and has a strong and durable oil absorption effect. The porous nylon powder with the irregular structure is matched with the flaky mica powder, so that the pressed powder can keep good anti-falling performance, and the talcum powder with risk is eliminated. The pressed powder cake is not added with pressure-assisting grease, so that no matter how the pressed powder cake is kneaded, no oil block is generated. The existence of the nylon powder can help the formation of the pressed powder, and more importantly, the irregular oblate hollow nylon powder can provide a lasting oil absorption effect. Most of the existing pressed powder and makeup fixing loose powder use silicon powder with high instantaneous oil absorption value to achieve the effect of makeup fixing, although the oil absorption effect is strong, the oil on the surface of the skin is absorbed too thoroughly in a short time, and the makeup surface becomes dry and dark. The cake powder provided by the embodiment of the invention can provide a slow continuous oil absorption effect by matching the irregular oblate hollow nylon powder with the silicon powder, so that the oil-free and talc-free cake powder provided by the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for consumers with more skin types.

compacting: and putting a preset amount of the third mixed powder into a charging basin, paving, putting into powder pressing equipment, and compacting to obtain the powder.

Further, in the crushing step, adding the phase A raw materials (the formula amount of the chinlon-12, the silica, the mica, the synthetic fluorophlogopite or the synthetic fluorophlogopite compound) into a high-speed crusher, crushing twice, each time for 10 seconds, and cleaning the cover of the container and the powder stuck on the inner wall after each time of crushing to obtain uniformly mixed fine powder, which is marked as first mixed powder; taking out part of the first mixed powder, uniformly mixing the phase B raw materials (the preservative with the formula amount), adding the mixture into a powder grinding machine, grinding twice for 10 seconds each time, and cleaning a container cover and the powder stuck on the inner wall after the powder grinding is finished each time to form second mixed powder; and then uniformly mixing the taken out part of the first mixed powder with the second mixed powder to obtain third mixed powder.

Further, in the compacting step, 2.5g of the third mixed powder is put into an aluminum plate with the diameter of 45mm and is spread, and the aluminum plate is put into powder compacting equipment, the pressure is set to be 40-60Kg, the pressure maintaining time is 3 seconds, and the powder compacting is carried out once.

According to the preparation method of the oil-free and talcum powder-free pressed powder provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pressed powder does not contain oil components, so that the requirement on crushing equipment in the preparation process is lower, the operation is simple and convenient, and the production efficiency is high. In the traditional preparation of the cake powder containing the oil, the uniform crushing and mixing of the oil and the powder are very important, and if the crushing is not thorough, the final product which is not uniformly mixed has obvious oil drops, so the traditional preparation method of the cake powder containing the oil has higher requirements on equipment and operation.

In the examples and comparative examples below, Nylon-12 was obtained from the supplier ARKEMA France; silica is available from supplier ABC nano tech.co., LTD; the synthetic fluorophlogopite and lauroyl lysine complex was from advanced chemical company, korea, supplier, and the synthetic fluorophlogopite, tin oxide, and titanium dioxide complex was from merck photoelectric material (shanghai), supplier.

Examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3

Examples 1-5 provide a fat-free and talc-free pressed powder, the specific formulation of which is detailed in table 1.

The pressed powders of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were prepared as follows:

a crushing step, namely adding the phase A raw material into a high-speed crusher, crushing twice for 10 seconds each time, and cleaning powder adhered to the cover and the inner wall of a container after each time of crushing to obtain uniformly mixed fine powder, wherein the fine powder is marked as first mixed powder; taking out part of the first mixed powder, uniformly mixing the phase B raw materials, adding the mixture into a powder grinding machine, grinding twice for 10 seconds each time, and cleaning a container cover and powder stuck on the inner wall after the grinding is finished each time to form second mixed powder; then uniformly mixing part of the taken first mixed powder with the second mixed powder to obtain third mixed powder;

and a compacting step, namely, taking 2.5g of the third mixed powder, paving the third mixed powder in an aluminum plate with the diameter of 45mm, putting the third mixed powder into powder compacting equipment, setting the pressure to be 40-60Kg, maintaining the pressure for 3 seconds, and compacting the powder once.

Effect testing

The drop test method comprises the following steps: the pressed compact in an aluminum pan was dropped vertically at a distance of 75cm from the marble floor and the surface was examined for chipping. If any fragmentation occurs, the test is not passed, and if the surface is intact, the test is passed. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, are graphs showing the effects of the drop test of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3.

The cosmetic effect testing method comprises the following steps: selecting a voluntary test subject with neutral skin, smearing a moisturizing foundation solution on the face, dipping a circle of foundation solution on the surface of the pressed powder by using a cosmetic brush, lightly spreading the foundation solution on the whole face of the test subject, and grading the cosmetic effect of the test subject according to the conditions of oily, mottled and powder blocking of the face by the test subject. The number of tested people is 10, the total score is 10, and the final score is averaged. 1-3 points as poor; score 4-6 as good; the score of 7-10 is excellent.

The oil control effect test method comprises the following steps: selecting a voluntary subject with neutral skin, smearing a moisturizing foundation solution on the face, dipping a circle of foundation solution on the surface of the pressed powder by using a cosmetic brush, lightly spreading the foundation solution on the whole face of the subject, and grading the oily and shiny condition of the face by the subject at different time periods. The number of tested people is 10, the total score is 10, and the final score is averaged. 1-3 are marked as oil-free light; 4-6 are scored as light oil; scores of 7-10 were recorded as apparent gloss.

The record in the table 1 shows that the best scheme is shown in the example 2, and when the dosage of the chinlon-12 is 60%, the optimal cosmetic effect, oil control effect and drop resistance can be achieved.

The powder cake without the grease and the talcum powder provided by the embodiment of the invention does not contain the grease and the talcum powder, so that the product has extremely dry, smooth and silky surface touch, when in use, a small amount of powder is dipped by a cosmetic brush and thinly spread on the face, so that a matte cosmetic effect can be obtained, the cosmetic effect is superior to that of the traditional powder cake, the cosmetic effect is more natural, thinner and stronger, and the oil is controlled for a long time. And the powder cake without grease and talcum powder can pass a drop test on a 75cm flat ground, and has good drop resistance.
