Preferably, the flash polished glaze comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of potash feldspar, 12-16 parts of quartz, 10-15 parts of calcite, 5-7 parts of red feldspar, 3-6 parts of transparent stone, 5-10 parts of iron ore, 5-8 parts of plant ash, 3-5 parts of copper oxide and 2-4 parts of iron oxide red powder. Specifically, after detection, the chemical components of the glaze layer, calculated by mass percent, include: SiO 22 55.23%~57.02%,Al2O3 14.75%~16.08%,CaO 7.37%~8.61%,MgO 4.54%~5.75%,Na2O3.54%~4.73%,K2O 1.45%~2.61%,ZnO 2.42%~3.6%,Fe2O3 3.27%~5.14%,CuO 2.85%~4.52%,TiO2 0.23%~0.35%。

The potassium feldspar and the red feldspar in the glaze material for the flash glaze polishing belong to feldspar raw materials, and are aluminosilicate minerals containing sodium and potassium elements, but in the feldspar of different types, the contained impurity elements are different, so that different colors can be shown, for example, the red feldspar possibly has high content of impurity Cu element, so that the red feldspar is red. In the firing process, feldspar can become vitreous glaze after being melted, and SiO can be introduced simultaneously2、Al2O3、Na2O、K2O and other chemical components.

The main content of quartz is silicon dioxide, and the quartz can be fused with more oxides to generate transparent glass, so that the glaze surface is bright, the expansion coefficient of the glaze is reduced, and the glossiness of the glaze color is increased.

Calcite is a calcium carbonate mineral, and can increase the refractive index of glaze, increase the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of glaze layer, and improve the glossiness of glaze. The CaO formed after the sintering can be used as a high-temperature fluxing agent to promote the mutual diffusion of the components of the blank and the glaze, is beneficial to forming a good intermediate layer of the blank glaze and relieves the stress caused by the difference of expansion coefficients of the blank glaze.

The transparent stone is a raw material which is artificially processed, and the main component of the transparent stone is quartz stone liquid mineral SiO2The crystalline product of (1). The transparent stone is added into the glaze, so that the transparency of the glaze layer can be increased, and compared with natural stone, the transparent stone is lighter in weight and lower in melting temperature.

Iron ore is an economically usable aggregate of minerals containing a simple substance of iron or an iron compound, is a large variety of materials, is an important raw material for forming a black glaze layer, and also contains trace elements such as manganese, nickel, chromium, vanadium, titanium and the like.

The plant ash is the residue of plant after burning, and after refining treatment, most of sodium, potassium and impurities are removed, so that the plant ash has fluxing action when used in glaze, and has certain suspension property on glaze slurry. The glaze also contains trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and the like, and has good color rendering effect on the glaze.

Copper oxide is generally used as a coloring agent in the glaze, and can be shown to be red after being fired, but because the glaze of the application contains iron ore, the definition of the color development of the glaze layer can be increased, and the color development effect of the black glaze layer is improved.

The iron oxide red powder as pigment can be used in coating, paint and printing ink, and has good resistance to dilute acid, alkali, water, solvent and weather. The glaze material is introduced in the form of a coloring agent like copper oxide, mainly plays a role of color-assisting, and the black glaze layer fired by iron red with bright red appearance has good saturation.

It should be noted that the gold particles used in the present application are flaky yellow particles, which are processed copper and iron sulfides, and the particle size of the particles is 60 to 200 meshes (specifically, any range of 60 to 100 meshes, 80 to 150 meshes, 100 to 200 meshes, 80 to 200 meshes, or 60 to 200 meshes), and the gold particles are purchased from shiitake precision ceramic technology (kunshan) limited company, and the specific trade name is Y60.

The raw materials of the flash glaze polishing in the embodiment of the application are purchased from Guangdong Sanshui Dahong glaze Co Ltd and Guangdong Dow technology GmbH Co, and the suspending agent in the embodiment of the application is purchased from Yidajia precision ceramics technology Co Ltd.

It is to be understood that the above description of the article is by way of example only and is not to be construed as limiting the use of the article of manufacture by the manufacturer.

The application also provides a preparation method of the black rock plate, which specifically comprises the following steps:

carrying out blank polishing treatment on the dried rock plate green blank conveyed from the drying kiln by using a blank polishing machine, removing dust on the surface of the green blank by using a dust suction device, and then carrying out water spraying treatment on the surface of the rock plate green blank by using a water spraying cabinet;

uniformly mixing the gold particles and the suspending agent according to a ratio to form a mixture, adding the mixture into flash glaze polishing, and continuously and uniformly mixing to obtain glaze polishing glaze slurry;

and (3) spreading glaze-throwing glaze slip on the surface of the rock plate green body subjected to water spraying treatment, and then sequentially drying and firing to obtain the black rock plate.

It should be noted that the rock plate green compact of the present application can be directly purchased as a finished rock plate green compact on the market, and can also be processed and produced autonomously by using related mineral raw materials. Specifically, the rock plate green body raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of potassium sand, 20-25 parts of medium temperature sand, 7-9 parts of quartz, 10-15 parts of mixed mud, 5-7 parts of black mud, 12-18 parts of white mud, 5-7 parts of talc, 0.25-0.35 part of water glass, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium tripolyphosphate and 40-50 parts of water. The raw materials are mixed according to a proportion, ground, screened by vibration and deironized to obtain the slurry. Wherein the specific gravity of the slurry is 1.7-1.9, the flow rate is 60-70 s, and the fineness is 0.6-0.9%. And then baking the slurry, spraying powder and granulating, wherein the grain size of the granules is 20-30 meshes. And then, performing blank making in a 900 x 1800 x 12mm die under the pressure of 55-60 MPa to obtain a rock plate green body.

In the glaze-polishing slip, if the gold particles and the flash glaze-polishing are directly mixed, agglomeration among the particles can be caused, the suspending agent can be used for ensuring that the metal particles do not precipitate and agglomerate, and the gold particles and the suspending agent are mixed and then added into the glaze-polishing slip, so that the glaze slip is not agglomerated and is easier to disperse uniformly.

In some embodiments, the polishing slip prepared by the method has a specific gravity of 1.8-1.9 (specifically, any value between 1.80, 1.81, 1.82, 1.83, 1.84, 1.85, 1.86, 1.87, 1.88, 1.89, 1.90 or 1.8-1.9), and a flow rate of 25-30 s (specifically, any value between 25s, 26s, 27s, 28s, 29s, 30s or 25-30 s). It should be noted that if the viscosity of the prepared glaze slip is higher and the flow rate is slower, a proper amount of water can be added for adjustment.

Before glaze-polishing glaze slip is applied, water needs to be sprayed on the surface of a rock plate green body, and the water spraying amount is 20-30 g/m2(specifically, it may be 20 g/m)2、21g/m2、22g/m2、23g/m2、24g/m2、25g/m2、26g/m2、27g/m2、28g/m2、29g/m2、30g/m2Or 20 to 30g/m2Any value in between). When applying the glaze slip, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the green rock plate is 80 to 90 ℃ (specifically, any value between 80 ℃, 81 ℃, 82 ℃, 83 ℃, 84 ℃, 85 ℃, 86 ℃, 87 ℃, 88 ℃, 89 ℃, 90 ℃ or 80 to 90 ℃). The water is sprayed on the surface of the green body, so that the defects that the water content of glaze slip is absorbed by the green body during subsequent glazing, the flowability of glaze is poor, and the glaze surface is uneven are mainly prevented. The temperature of the rock plate green body is controlled to ensure that water drops left on the surface can be quickly evaporated while the surface of the green body is wetted, so that the defects of bubbles, pinholes and the like in the subsequent glazing and firing process are prevented.

In some embodiments, the glaze-polishing slip is applied by spraying glaze in an amount of 800~1000g/m2(specifically, 800g/m may be mentioned2、810g/m2、820g/m2、850g/m2、880g/m2、900g/m2、910g/m2、950g/m2、1000g/m2Or 800 to 1000g/m2Any value in between). The thickness of the glaze layer applied by the method is 2.50-3.50 mm.

After the glaze-throwing glaze slip is applied to the rock plate green body, when drying treatment is needed, the temperature in the drying kiln is 135-155 ℃ (specifically any value between 135 ℃, 140 ℃, 145 ℃, 150 ℃, 155 ℃ or 135-155 ℃), and the drying time is 8-10 min (specifically any value between 8min, 9min, 10min or 8-10 min).

And feeding the dried rock plate into a firing kiln for firing, wherein the firing temperature is 1180-1200 ℃ (specifically any value between 1180 ℃, 1185 ℃, 1190 ℃, 1195 ℃, 1200 ℃ or 1180-1200 ℃), and the firing time is 80-90 min (specifically any value between 80min, 81min, 82min, 83min, 84min, 85min, 86min, 87min, 88min, 89min, 90min or 80-90 min).

And after the firing is finished, cooling the rock plate, polishing and grinding the glaze surface of the rock plate, and finally waxing by using black wax water to obtain the black rock plate.
