1. A water treatment apparatus, comprising:

wherein the side wall component, the top component and the bottom component are arched towards the direction far away from the accommodating cavity.

2. The water treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the corrugated plates are sine wave corrugated plates.

3. The water treatment apparatus of claim 2, wherein the side wall member includes a first connection portion provided at a bottom thereof, the first connection portion being connected to the bottom member.

4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the first connection portions extend toward a side of the receiving chamber and a side away from the receiving chamber, respectively.

5. The water treatment apparatus of claim 4, wherein the first connecting portion is formed by splicing one or more second corrugated plates, and the second corrugated plates are parallel to the first corrugated plates of the bottom member.

6. The water treatment apparatus of claim 5 wherein the first corrugated plate of the base member and the second corrugated plate of the first coupling member have a gasket therebetween for sealing between the first corrugated plate of the base member and the second corrugated plate of the first coupling member.

7. The water treatment device according to claim 6, wherein first flanges are arranged at two ends of the bottom part, second flanges are arranged at two ends of the first connecting part, and the first flanges and the second flanges are connected through locking parts so that the bottom part is connected with the side wall parts.

8. The water treatment apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the top member includes second connection portions provided at both sides thereof, wherein the second connection portions have the same structure as the first connection portions, and the second connection portions are parallel to and connected to the side wall members.

9. The water treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus body further comprises:

the partition plate is arranged on the side wall part and the bottom part, is positioned in the accommodating cavity and is used for dividing the accommodating cavity into at least two water tanks.

10. The water treatment apparatus according to claim 1,

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment, in particular to water treatment equipment.

Background

The water treatment refers to physical and chemical measures adopted to ensure that the water quality reaches a certain use standard. The water treatment aims to improve the water quality and make the water quality reach a certain water quality standard. There are various methods such as physical water treatment, chemical water treatment, biological water treatment, etc. depending on the treatment method. The water treatment has important significance for developing industrial production, improving product quality, protecting human environment and maintaining ecological balance.

In the related art, some water treatment equipment needs to be completely arranged underground, and due to the difference between the underground environment and the overground environment, the water treatment equipment can be subjected to multiple actions such as the pressure of the inside water outside, the pressure of the outside soil, the corrosion of the inside water and the outside water, the corrosion of the soil and the like after being buried, and the service life of the water treatment equipment is short.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a water treatment apparatus, which is used to solve the technical problem that the existing water treatment apparatus needs to be entirely placed underground, and after being buried, the water treatment apparatus is subjected to multiple actions such as internal water external pressure, external soil pressure, corrosion of internal and external water and corrosion of soil due to the difference between the underground environment and the above-ground environment, which results in a short service life of the water treatment apparatus.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a water treatment apparatus including: an apparatus body, comprising: two side frame parts 110, a top part 130, a bottom part 120, a front part 140 and a back part 150, wherein the side frame parts 110, the top part 130, the bottom part 120, the front part 140 and the back part 150 together form the device body with a containing cavity; when the equipment body is embedded underground, the accommodating cavity is used for accommodating liquid to be treated, and the side wall part 110, the bottom part 120 and the top part 130 all comprise a first corrugated plate or are formed by splicing a plurality of first corrugated plates; the compression strength and the load-bearing strength of the individual parts of the side wall part 110, the bottom part 120 and the top part 130 can be effectively improved, and the side wall part 110, the top part 130, the bottom part 120, the front end part 140 and the rear end part 150 are arched in the direction away from the accommodating cavity; when the equipment body is embedded underground, when soil in all directions acts on the side wall parts 110, the top part 130 and the bottom part 120, the two side wall parts 110 arch to better bear the acting force applied by the soil and towards the accommodating cavity, and the top part 130 arch to play a better compression resistance when the soil at the top downwards exerts the acting force under the gravity;

The front end part 140 and the rear end part 150 are plate bodies, the plate bodies are provided with inlet and outlet ports communicated with the accommodating cavity for liquid to enter and exit the accommodating cavity through pipelines, and the plate bodies are provided with reinforcing ribs which are transversely and longitudinally arranged to reinforce the strength of the plate bodies, so that when the equipment body is underground, the front end part 140 and the rear end part 150 have better strength and can still keep longer service life under the action of soil;

The side wall part 110, the top part 130, the bottom part 120, the front end part 140 and the rear end part 150 which are processed are correspondingly connected through bolts through flanges and the like on the side wall part, the top part 130, the bottom part 120, the front end part 140 and the rear end part 150, equipment such as welding and the like is not needed, the installation structure can be standardized and modularized, the transportation cost is low, the construction period is short, and the field assembly is simple

In some embodiments, the corrugated sheet is a sine wave corrugated sheet.

The sine wave corrugated plate can have better mechanical strength, so that the mechanical strength of the side wall part 110, the top part 130 and the bottom part 120 is effectively enhanced, the strength of the sine wave corrugated plate can be improved on a single part, and the strength of the whole water treatment device can be improved.

Since the equipment body is disposed underground, corrosion is easily caused, and in some embodiments of the present application, the surfaces of the side wall part 110, the top part 130, the bottom part 120, the front part 140, and the rear part 150 are provided with corrosion prevention layers which are subjected to hot dip tinning and FBE hot melt epoxy corrosion prevention treatment.

Therefore, the water treatment equipment of the embodiment has the service life of a civil engineering structure of more than 30 years, and the problem of service life reduction caused by reduction of the compressive strength due to corrosion is solved.

Further, the side wall member 110 includes a first connecting portion 111 provided at the bottom thereof, and the first connecting portion 111 is connected to the bottom member 120.

The side wall members 110 and the bottom member 120 are connected by the first connecting portion 111, and the first connecting portion 111 may be pre-welded to the bottom of the corrugated plate of the side wall member 110 and connected to the bottom member 120 by the first connecting portion 111, in such a manner as to facilitate the connection between the side wall member 110 and the bottom member 120.

Further, the first connecting portion 111 extends towards one side of the accommodating cavity and one side far away from the accommodating cavity respectively.
